I find quite beautiful how Alduin saved dragons from extinction by bringing the deceased ones back to life.

He is a harbringer of destruction. The one destined to devour the world. To bring the end. But even him could not ignore his brothers who once shook the skies with their wings, the mountains once echoed their songs.

But from Alduin and the other Dovah's perspective, the Dragonborn is the great devourer. The one who consumes their souls, their knowledge, their very essence.

Alduin and the Dragonborn are two sides of the same coin.

There's something about how after weeks of treating Pearl like their attack dog or their weapon, the Villies will probably spend the rest of the series trying to kill people in her memory.
