Hi! I don't know if you've been asked this question before, but I want to ask you something. If Bill in ur AU still remembers absolutely everything after being reborn, does that mean he will become a young genius? (Srry bad English)

Evil young genius? More like a lunatic with anger issues in the eyes of other people.

Even though he knows a lot about this world, most of his powers were cut short, like mind reading and looking into the future. So he can’t even manipulate people into thinking that he’s actually smart and not crazy.
