Ok time for another one of my random thoughts that popped into my head

So you know how in Ninjago whenever one of the ninja would get a love interest, they would just immediately fall in love at the first sight of said love interest? Well when it comes to Cole and Geo, I like to think that it was the other way around. Instead of Cole immediately falling in love with Geo the second he sees him, I fully believe that it was Geo who was just immediately smitten at the first sight of Cole, and then Cole developed feelings for Geo over time.

Another day, another suspiciously yellow and black animal showing up that i have named Bill.

This poor injured swallowtail was in the backyard, so i offered him a variety of flowers then moved him to a safe spot since i cant really do more to help him. He kept trying to climb my arms, but i politely asked him not to try to crawl on my face and i think he agreed.

When I was grabbing some flowers down the road, there was also a flock of goldfinches flitting around the thistles to add to my yellow-animals tally, but i couldn't get any good pics of them.

Between the goldfinches that have shown back up for the first time since june, this butterfly, and Bill the Caterpillar (who has since crawled off somewhere), I'm starting to debate whether spending the past 2 weeks joking about being possessed by bill cipher was a good idea.

Also i came face to face with a deer while out alone last night and i didn't like the way she took a step toward me when i held my hand out. She bowed to me so i bowed back and after about a minute of staring she decided to wander away.

I wish I liked eggs and weren't allergic to em bc they're so versatile and you can make really simple meals with them which would be very beneficial for my flare up days especially

I've tried several times before my allergy tests and every time I'd have to hype myself up to try it and then take the TINIEST bite and spit it in the trash immediately

Then with several allergy tests over the years it was proven time and time again I'm allergic so even if I wanted to eat them I cant :(

#i saw a post ab soft boiled eggs and they actually looked good :(#i feel like i could get really good at cooking them if i could eat them like id try different ways and make omelets bht alas yucky #i remember one time helping my aunt set up for the church's 'lady's tea' event that was really cute and everyone brought a tea cup or mug #and you'd write your name on the bottom. then everyone would pick one to take home and that would be the person you were supposed to pray #for and the point of the tea cups/mugs was the idea that you do it while having your daily tea or coffee in the morning and it was really #sweet. i dont think i did it bc i was like 10 but i do think of the lady whose cup i picked when i look at it even though shes been passed #anyway they had quiche and i was very excited bc i never had that before and it sounded cool... yeah no sgdgdggdgd i just ate cookies for #lunch that day agsggdgdg i was like oh... it's eggs... 😬#anyway anyway eggs yucky hard boiled especially #marquilla

#the guest was cursing at him inside his cage #the only curse word that Avalon knows. Learned because my dad would say that to him as a “joke”#but theyre all idiots and assholes. birds are smarts. Parrots are SMART. they know the intention behind the words #but anyways im assuming that during the party #my mom told her guests about the birds. and that one of Avalon's quirks is that he can say his name like a pokemon and other stuff #so of course. everyone LOVES the curse word #so when i went outside my room to pilfer some fruit like the fruit menace i am and I saw that interaction I got pissed #but im waayyyy too fucking nice. i wasn't pissed in the yelling way #i got pissed in the “how can i shame this 40+ year old in the most pathetic way possible?”#easy! patronize the fuck outta them #explain to them how to be nice like a fucking 6 year old #every adult HATES that. especially from someone younger than them <3 #and i made it even better cuz while he was trying to bite at everyone. he was cooing and chittering and being cute to me #cuz yknow. My Sonic, Shadow, and Silver chao :)

#i accidentally had sonic's chao evolve as normal... they were supposed to be the neutral/run/run chao that makes a little sonic #but! ah well. they will be normal/run #shadow's is dark/run/run obv #and silver's is gonna be hero/fly/power or hero/power/fly #so they get his silly bangs #leaning more towards a hero power/fly(&run) cause then they get a teal ball #only downside is the chao is a bit bulkier and i believe a smaller chao fits silver better but eh. actually going with hero fly ... hm #also planning on giving silver's chao unicorns for the horns and ears ^^ its fitting #also tried naming them what i believe each of the trio would:#sonic going for a cute nicknamey name #shadow going with something more plain and descriptive but still meaningful #and silver going with something goddamn nerdy and NOT a typical name #silver would have a sparkledog chao. i just know it #will post pictures of these chao again later. especially when geodesic is looking more like how im planning #sorry for tag spam. it will happen again <3 #text

I'm not a "new musical theatre style music" person. Never have been.

Even when I was doing voice lessons, I'd steer towards the golden age or jazzy musical theatre songs. My voice teacher would have to drag me kicking and screaming towards adding anything new musical theatre to my repertoire. For a while, the most modern song in my book was I Know The Truth from Aida, and I wouldn't count that as new musical theatre style since I mean more the Pasek&Paul or Joe Iconis type.

And now I have an audition coming up for a small production of a show in that style and I'm supposed to sing a song in a similar style. And I'm looking at all my sheet music like... let me do some Cole Porter... or Gershwin... at least Sondheim please...

#look i do have SOME newer musicals in my book. but like i said. kicking and screaming.#i'm probably gonna end up doing 'I Think That He Likes Me' which is not IN a musical it's just new musical theatre style #as part of a songbook for some writing duo that i can't remember the name of and it's 2:45am so i can't care enough to look it up.#and it's the only one in my sheet music folder that i'm like 'ok. this is TRULY the right style' and i know it's good in my voice #and it's a cute song and i do like it and it definitely fits the overall vibe of the show #and though i haven't sung it in like 4 years i still remember 90% of the words and have time to study it before the audition #but while trying to find that song deep deep in my folder i pass by other songs i just love so much more #and i'm like ahhhhhhhh why #and i'm not even like 'god i hope i get it' (see A Chorus Line. that's more my type) i truly don't care if i'm cast or not #and yes i can technically audition with any song i could ever want it's just suggested to do the same style #but i know the entire creative panel who i'll be auditioning for and the last 2 times i auditioned for them i sang the same song #only because it's a GOOD song that fit both shows i was auditioning for (Can't Stop Talking About Him by Frank Loesser)#(perfect audition song since it's short at like 28 bars and you can pick the tempo and do a lot of character stuff)#(but see this is what i mean. like 1/3 of my entire sheet music folder is golden age musicals. then half is 60s-90s.)#(and then the last chunk are the few new-ish musical theatre and some pop music.)#(if i took performing more seriously i'd have a wider range but this is truly just for fun and just for me. so i do what i like.)#i don't want to go in for a 3rd audition with the same creative team and doing the same song. especially since it doesn't fit this time.#so once again. dragged kicking and screaming. over to new musical theatre territory. unwillingly.#if i get cast we'll have to see if the show itself even grows on me since honestly i think there's maybe 2 songs i like in it.#it's definitely not the worst new musical theatre style show but it's also not one that drew me in.#ok wait while looking through lists of 'new musical theatre' shows to find one i actually like (i think just Legally Blonde sorry guys)#(every other new musical in the last 20 years that i like did something interesting with the music like Come From Away)#i ended up finding out that apparently 13 was adapted into a netflix movie? when did that even happen?#i mean i don't care for that show either but i thought i was at least up to date on movie adaptations.

Btw, I’ve been playing FFIII for a couple weeks now and I love how the four heroes/player characters just share one dialogue box for that true “one entire brain cell in the group” experience

#especially since the party in 2 were like. actual characters w names and backstories #and they decided to go back to the first game’s party dynamic #of pick-a-class-and-make-up-a-name but also wanted to give them something of a personality this time #so you just get an occasional dialogue box w blue text speaking for all four of them #this is ESPECIALLY funny when they’re all still onion knights #like. they’re all so cute and dumb.
