Emerging technologies are technologies that are in the early stages of adoption in drug substance and drug product development and manufacturing in the biopharmaceutical industry. In some cases, the technology may have been known for several decades; however, its adoption in drug substance and drug product development and manufacturing may still be in the nascent stage. I would include these technologies under the term “emerging technologies” in the context of drug substance and drug product development and manufacturing.

Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient | API |Formulation

Drug Substance: A drug substance or API is used to cure or prevent disease in the body. An API is a manufactured drug intermediate used to synthesise organic substances.

APIs add some excipients dosage form shapes like tablets, Capsules, Pellets, and Injectables in formulation development, they are chosen so that the active ingredient can reach the cure in the body.

Examples: OMEE tablets contain Omeprazole an API or Drug substance The drug item is a drug substance and excipients, dosage form which are the fixings of the tablet, Capsules, Orals or the liquid in the active agent is suspended or pharmaceutical form.

Drug Product: A finished product form like a tablet, capsule, or oral that contains an active pharmaceutical ingredient, generally, in association with inactive ingredients.

Examples: OfloxOZ tablets are a sedate item dose form that contains Titanium oxide colour specialists, OfloxOZ tablets are a drug product dosage form that contains Titanium oxide colour agents, Ofloxacin and Ornidazole are drug substances or active pharma ingredients. Pharma excipients are substances contained in a pharma dosage form, with no direct therapy action for the manufacturing process, to protect, and support for bioavailability.

Excipients: Antiadherents, Binders, Coatings, Colours, Disintegrants, Flavours, and lubricants. The difference between the API (DS)and finished form (DP)is the drug substance is the active pharmaceutical ingredient that is used to make the drug product, a pure material with pharmacological action on the body.

The drug product is the combination of a drug substance or two or more drug substances or excipients. Tablets, capsules or injections are known as drug products.  while the active part which exerts action on the body and is present in tablets, capsules or injections is known as a drug substance.

Key Raw Material: The key raw material used in the production of API intermediates or API API starting materials is a significant structural fragment in the structure of the API.

An API Starting Materials is a material purchased from one or more approved vendors under contract manufacturing units or commercial agreement suppliers or produced in-house. Formulations: The formulation is a process which different from API processes, including the active pharma ingredient, which is the combination of excipients to produce a drug product.

Conclusion: The Drug substance or API to cure disease in the body. It is used in the form of dosages called Drug Products like Tablets, Capsules, Orals, Injectables etc.

in season two when wilson is temporarily staying with house as he looks for a new apartment, house ends up deleting a message from a realtor involving information regarding an available apartment wilson was interested in. we're led to believe that this is because house has realized that wilson staying with him means a cleaner environment and real food to eat, and he doesn't want to lose those perks.

but tbqfh i am almost positive that wilson did that on purpose. this man has his OWN phone, so why would he give out house's number for information that only pertains to him? he was 100% trying to gauge house's tolerance of him living there.

i mean, even in episode one it's explicitly stated that house shows affection through actions, rather than words. based on his actions, wilson knows that house cares about him, and also house likes to feel as though he is mischievous and one step ahead of everyone else at all times.

if house, for some reason (say, idk, delicious meals), changed his mind about wanting wilson to move out, would he really swallow his pride and ask wilson to stay? no he fucking would not. he could never admit that he actually is obsessed with wilson's cooking, because that is essentially saying that he's become dependent on something that someone who is NOT himself can provide.

so, instead of having a conversation like a sane person, wilson gave out house's number for information regarding his moving. This way, if house really wanted him to move out, he could shove the message in wilson's face. But, if not, he could start scheming like a cartoon villain for a devious little way to make sure wilson didn't have the opportunity. which is what happened.

Speaking of a previous fandom post I just shared: I have Not stepped away from fandom this fall, I’m just dealing with some health stuff and I’ve been pretty short on the energy I usually have. I’m doing okay and should be all the way better soon! But energy has been going to real job and pottery (which is also real gig job with taxable $ involved but pottery is the art form I have consistently fallen back on for comfort the past decade). I still have so much interest in unfinished fics and art I hope to return to in the new year. And I’m still hoping to noodle out some drawpiles with @sango-blep as my body and energy level allow. The Khans are by FAR the most approachable raiders we've ever come across in any fallout game. 14 years before the start of fnv the Khans were the power house of vegas because of their organisation skills. They have a central government for fucks sake it makes total sense for them to have been approached by the Followers at any point between 14 years ago and Bitter Springs

My complaint is about how transparently obvious it is that fnv was written by people who hate drug users and write the Khans as a problem that needs to Go Away because it bleeds into how Followers like Julie Farkas treats the Khans like shit when she's also fine (well not totally fine but. Can be convinced) about getting into bed with the Garret twins but isn't with the Khans who are. More stable and probably have far better facilities and A PREEXISTING FORMER ALLIANCE

What DC has done to the Todd family has SO much underlying classism, and as someone who grew up in a very similar environment it always grosses me out how people make them completely devoid of any actual personality. Catherine becomes the miserable helpless wife who passively allows her husband to throw around her kid at best or a mindlessly neglectful addict at worst. Willis becomes violent and uncaring about the people he originally died to provide for, he gets reduced to the most bad faith interpretation of a criminal and in doing so it really misses the point of Jason's character. It's no wonder so many people mischaracterize Jason as trigger happy, as someone who doesn't care about petty criminals or thinks all addicts are disgusting or all dealers are heartless monsters.

They fail to see that in growing up impoverished and seeing his dad commit crimes to provide for them, in watching his mother self medicate after the healthcare system fails her, he learns to empathize and he knows where the root of the problems lie in a way someone like Bruce or Dick never could.
