So the reason I was 2 hours late for work is because I had a job interview for hopefully a more fulling and better paying job but checking myself in the mirror made me laugh because

I will never get over the time I casually asked my friend who was interning at an audio production company I thought was in Britain (it ended up being in Ireland but I didn’t know until afterwards) if she’d listened to The Magnus Archives and instead of saying no or even “hmm”ing noncommittally and changing the subject she said “oh, yes!” very confidently and proceeded to make up an entire episode. I thought it was the first Oliver Banks statement for a moment because she called it “the dream sequence one” but then she mentioned something about a whale and I realized she was making it up. But I couldn’t call her out because what the hell can you even say in response to someone who has never before heard of TMA and doesn’t even know what it’s about making up an episode on the spot when they had no incentive to? That’s equal parts Spiral and Web behavior right there and I’m kind of in awe

I seem to change my personality A LOT. Not even just with other people but myself. I feel like I have 10 different souls inside of one body.. That all yearn to be let free.

One second I feel shy and quiet, snuggling in bed or whatever; the other second I'm loud, annoying, confident; another second I'm swearing, being over confident, goofy; and ANOTHER SECOND I'm kind, soft hearted, sweet... There's SO much more.

Does this happen with everyone? I'm honestly curious.

It’s not okay. It’s not okay to give someone your energy in hopes to get something back. I waited for something from someone last year. It completely broke my heart! Utterly broke my heart. And this summer, I found myself in a similar situation with a different person. wheelchair users deserve a minimum of three wheelchairs to meet different needs. like, bare minimum of indoor chair, outdoor chair, and off road chair. chairs that meet different needs for transport, activity, positioning needs, energy levels, etc.

there is not "one chair" that can meet every need. wheelchair users deserve to have multiple chairs that meet specific needs, no matter how complex their seating/positioning needs. we deserve to at least have a backup if our chair breaks that is just as suited to our needs.
