most people my age that i know personally are in their final year of uni right now, everybody i know, including myself, is physically unwell, drained, sleep deprived and absolutely exhausted, i know people that haven’t slept for days because they’re so anxious, i know people that have cried every day this month, i know people that have never been this depressed before, i myself have been nauseous and sick to my stomach for a week

why is this normal, why is this so common, this system needs to change
