Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups almond milk. 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, vegan whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
