The Croaker movment revealed.

So here is my take on the Croaker movment. Its a giant reference to more then even one story that Strange already made videos about. Such as, Ms Scribe, Hivliving, Bit of Earth, DAYD and kind of the Snapewives. Lets break it down.

Ms Scribe is combined not only through the smut fanfiction but also through the idea that many of his followers are really soft puppets.

Hivliving had a very committed fanbase that was connected to it because of the condition she allegedly had. And while the muppet as of today hasnt claimed to have any illness, it would be in character for the muppet to do so.

Bit of Earth / Dayd, the religous cult that is his following is based on the following of Andy Blake the cults he tried to build and those that he had for a time.

The Snapewives, The muppet is connected through an religous cult aspect but not like the Andy Blake following. The Snapewives aspects are the Astral pojections, the Muppet joker fiction kin types, and the soul relationships.

My personal theory still is that the muppets following isnt a soft puppet army but is just Father Stranges Patreons. Which would make sence. Its still something she has the full control over, and the people who are in it are people who actually pay money to be there. Its a notes pusher, do YOU want your 15 minutes of tame well all you need to do is to join Stranges Patreon, and she will reblog one of your posts as the Muppet and boom hundrets of notes within the hour. If its a post about Xyz about fandom xyz the followers of that fandom/aesthetic also get draggeed into the muppet blog.

Its flawless. No one will ever come thorth to report on it because they paided money to be in it. And maybe its just a teature for the older Patreons.

Why am i thinking this? Because gathering such a devoted following does seem to be inpossible. A following that is following all those rules, all those Video topics to the extreme. And once again while looking at it form one perspective it all could be an coincidence, but its just too much to be an coincidence. There just is too much evidence to be something else at this point.

DayD Coining Post

now, im a little new to the coining scene, so if somebodys already created a simalar term please let me know! im just trying to fill a niche that ive been looking for :)

DayD-

DayD is a term/label for those who experience/engage with vivid daydreams. This term is meant to be an alternative from maladaptive Daydream Disorder, as somebody who uses the term DayD engages in it as a casual thing and not as a coping mechanism! this term could apply to writters who experience their worlds before they write them, storytellers, post recovery MADD, systems who see this label as useful for their headspace/ alters, etc!

This is Not a MADD label!!! While daydreaming seems like a good way to comfort yourself, using it to cope can cause severe mental issues such as depression. Engage safely!!!

I was in an old group (HMS STFU on the now-defunct Journalfen) that featured sporking of Thanfiction's DAYD and one thing the sporker pointed out was the almost needless addition of bucketloads of MAN ANGST to Neville and the way girls and women in the DAYDverse tend to be reduced to stereotypes and love-interest characters (even as Thanfiction would repeatedly claim to be doing the opposite). It was basically a violence and torture porn bolt-on to Deathly Hallows, when you distill it down to essentials.

What's interesting is how just like Cassandra Claire kept her juggernaut of a fandom even after deleting the Draco Trilogy (which arguably added to the mystique), Thanfiction managed to keep the DAYDians around even after getting rid of DAYD. (I don't know why it was deleted but I suspect Thanfiction was about to shed skins and change fandoms, and from what I've heard this is an ongoing pattern of identity reinvention to keep from being found out as a grifter and con artist)

Anyway all this is to say Thanfiction seems to really like these sorts of hypermasculine personifications and characterizations, but that only works if you can take a canon character and actually make it work. Arguably Neville's canon glow-up formed a viable basis for Thanfiction to pull it off, but to my understanding that isn't so easy in GoT.

Andy cosplaying as Viserys is so on the nose it's almost funny. That said, after mulling on it awhile, I think Abbey's right on the money; no correct archetype for him to latch onto. Additionally one of Andy's primary fandom contributions seemed to be meta which means he had serious competition in regards to the GoT fandom. Also, maybe off the mark here, but one of the feelings I got from DAYD is that Andy really liked adding "adult" or "mature" events 1/2

2/2 to canon that was much more PG. Like all the sexual assault and war stuff that litters DAYD is very distant from the children's fantasy books that HP is canonically. You just can't do that in GoT, it's already very mature and adult thematically which maybe kept Andy more at arm's length. Plus I think there was a warning post about him that circulated in the fandom around the mid-aughts
