i do have a therapist (if you ever see me talking about anna that's her) who i see weekly and a psychiatrist to manage my meds (whom i'll see in the first week of december iirc), so it's. under control? if you can call it that.

but yeah i've been doing this for a while and i'm resilient, i just cycle through a lot of different phases. as anna puts it, me feeling okay is the rare exception, my default is just being depressed. only good (or bad depending on the situation) thing about bpd is that i forget emotions once i no longer feel them.

maybe i gotta up my bupropion dosage, we'll see. thank you for checking in, although i promise there's no need to worry, and if there was i have my contingency plans to fall back on. 💚

This is an awful time of year for me, for some reason May through August is the worst. For some others it’s around the holidays. I’ve got several people I follow who silently suffer daily. This past week losing people who are in the public eye and being judged because “they took the cowards way out” are human just like you and I, they hurt just as deep.
