i think my new food obsession is chia pudding
i didn't think i would like it, bc i got sick of overnight oats. but i made mine with fruits and yogurt drinks, rather than only with milk, and it's so good
the crushed fruit tastes so good, even when i used canned fruit! and i made it a thicker consistency, the way i like it, and it's just. holy shit. i'm changed.
i don't do any fancy stuff like add yogurt or diced fruit on top, but it's fine. it's still so good. its my go-to breakfast food atm bc i can just make a batch and eat it for the next few days. plus i feel a bit better bc it's healthy apparently!!
