Chelsy (33) (Bontrager) and John (33) Maxwell welcomed their fourth child Watson Joe on December 3. He joins his three older siblings: Axton (5), Elliott (4), and Madeline (3).

Anastasia (28) (Salyer) and James (29) Silberman welcomed their second child Ezra Maxwell on December 6. Ezra joins his older sister Geneva (16 months).

Paige and David (25) Williams welcomed their second child, a girl (name unknown). She joins older brother Deacon (18 months).

Pregnancies:

Lydia (26) (Romeike) and Trace (25) Bates announced they are expecting their second child, a rainbow boy. This baby will join older brother Ryker (15 months) in June 2025.

Georgia (25) (Brown) and Ryan (35) Williams accidentally leaked that they are expecting their first child together. They officially announced a few days later. This child will join his paternal half-brother Ryder.

Hannah (29) (Wissmann) and Jeremiah (26) Duggar announced they are expecting their third daughter. She will join Brynley (2) and Brielle (10 months) in late Spring.

Becky (38) (Keilen) and Tim Forman announced they are expecting their first child, a boy. He is due to arrive in March 2025.

Rosé All Day Sangria!

INGREDIENTS:

4 Persian cucumbers, divided

2 750-ml bottles rosé

½ cup bianco vermouth

1 bunch mixed herbs, such as basil, mint, tarragon, and/or parsley, divided

2 12-oz. cans citrus soda,

RECIPE PREPARATION:

Cut 3 cucumbers into spears; set aside. Coarsely chop remaining cucumber, then gently smash pieces with a rolling pin or the back of a heavy knife to soften flesh and release juices. 

Transfer all cucumbers to a large pitcher. Add rosé and vermouth and stir to combine. 

Set aside a few of the prettiest herb sprigs and chill in a zip-top bag until ready to serve. 

Smack remaining herbs against a cutting board to release aromas and lightly bruise leaves and add to pitcher. 

Cover and chill at least 3 hours and up to overnight for flavors to meld.

Divide sangria among ice-filled glasses. Top off with soda. Garnish with reserved herbs.

I’VE BEEN SITTING HERE STARING AT THE CLOCK ON THE WALL

With her father out of the picture for most of her life, it was just Chelsie and her mother until she was seven and her half-brother Skylar was born. Determined to make a name for herself, Chelsie put everything she had into ever single thing she did. By the time she entered college for pre-law, Chelsie had amassed quite a large amount of extracurricular’s, even if a few of them hadn’t lasted very long. Always eager to try something new, she was quick to volunteer for internships and it was just as she began grad school that one of those internships led her to the man of her dreams. They had been on several dates before Cheslie even realized he was married and while she had initially been horrified, once he had explained how miserable he was in the marriage, she couldn’t bring herself to leave him. She had faced much harder things in the past then hoping to be chosen over someone that her lover wasn’t happy with.
