Hayden is a college senior and football player, currently the top pick for the NFL draft. As reckless as his brother with no idea what he would do in life other than football.

Catalina is Eddie's youngest sister. She has been helping with Christopher since he was born and doesn't hesitate to move to LA with he and Eddie. While it is not her dream in life, she becomes a bartender to help pay the bills and help with whatever Eddie needs. Eddie feels a lot of guilt that Catalina gave up her dreams to help him and now that they have Carla to help, he's trying to encourage her to start pursuing her passions again

Shannon and Eddie's eldest child, born when they were 16. Has a very different relationship to her parents than Christopher because of how young they were, was raised by her grandparents until Eddie came back from Afghanistan because Shannon couldn't deal with her on top of Christopher's medical needs and they'd already been raising her while Eddie & Shannon finished high school. Daddy's girl but also traumatized by the years that Eddie was away, very protective of her little brother

Bobby's eldest daughter. Was at a sleepover when the fire happened, leaving her as the only other survivor in her family. Struggles a lot with everything that happens after and with moving to California, but eventually finds love and family with Bobby's new team

Rebecca Bryant

Shannon's younger sister. Helped her take care of Christopher while Eddie was in Afghanistan and absolutely adores her nephew but moved to LA to take care of their mother. Shannon joined them a little while after and Rebecca was glad to have her support – until she realized that Shannon had no plan to go back to her son

She is a teacher and reunites with Eddie and Christopher when Eddie tours Christopher's future school. Promises not to tell Shannon anything without Eddie's permission but would really like a chance to know her nephew again

PR representative works for the fire department overall but is based out of the 118 does a combination of things – posts fire safety things (especially tiktoks), makes statements on behalf of the team, keeps an eye on social media & the news in case of any footage etc that needs a cease and desist

Was first sent to the 118 to put on metaphorical fires after a situation ended badly but has stuck around there mostly because she and Bobby share a mentality about education, protecting people's privacy & dignity, and "we are here to save lives not play hero/perform for a camera" and has gotten attached to the team

Ava (Kendall) Buckley

Maddie & Doug's daughter, gymnast, Maddie takes her with her when she moves to LA. Doug wouldn't let Maddie name her after Buck so Ava was as close as she could get to Evan

Belle Clark

Abby's daughter. Senior in high school, struggling to balance school + extra curriculars + college applications with helping take care of her grandma

Danielle Buckley

Much much younger Buckley sibling, parents’ do over attempt at a perfect child. She was kidnapped as a toddler, Buck and Maddie both feel a lot of guilt about it and about not being there. Years later, the 118 is answering a call about a fire that turns out to be at a cult farm, one child says that Danielle is still missing/is in the secret room. Buck goes back into the burning building and finds her in a lowkey torture chamber (think the chokey from Matilda). She immediately imprints on Buck and won’t leave his side, everyone thinks it’s because he saved her but it’s also her subconscious recognizing him. Later they have to do dna tests and try to find the families of all the kidnapped kids and they find out who she is, she refuses to leave Buck no matter what

Katie (Peanut) Buckley

Buck's baby. Buck was 16 when he had her and was there when she was born but respected her mother's desire to put her up for adoption. He regretted it immediately and knew that he wanted his little Peanut back – only to get a call from the hospital a few hours later that his baby had been left in a trash can outside of the hospital entrance. The daddy's girl of all time, half of the time everyone forgets that her name is Katie because she is just Peanut

Lila Buckley

Buck didn't know that he got Lila's mom pregnant until Lila was ten and showed up to live with him because her mother died. Originally from El Paso and knew Eddie and Christopher before going to LA

Buck and Maddie's younger sister. She is the reason that Buck stayed at home for so long and they kept in touch when he left. As soon as she turned 16 she left home and went to join him, has been with him ever since. She's now a bartender on Santa Monica Pier
