OP is absolutely correct that you should not treat a bacterial infection with antifungals, or a fungal infection with antibacterials- and so it is best to go see a doctor (primary or gynecology should both be capable of helping)

A few corrections and nuances:

Soaps, specialized or otherwise- should NEVER go inside a vag- neovagina or native.

There are "specialized soaps" that are marketed as yeast prevention but you'll notice they all say in the instructions they can only be applied around the area and not inside. Sperm Allergy?!

I was finally able to go to a new doctor about a month ago. I mean PAIN like having a sun burn with 10 paper cuts in the same area, poor lemon juice on it, pour alcohol on it, poor salt on it, and slap it kind of pain. well more like my vag was being set on fire from the inside is what it felt like. However I thought, “Well this is my first time. I know it hurts and the sperm is probably messing with my ph levels. no biggie” but boy did it hurt and I cried for hours hoping the paid would just disappear. But not long after our wedding, my husband was shipped off to S. Korea. (For those wondering he is in the U.S. Army) He was gone for a year. When he came back and we had sex again...same thing. The moment he finished it felt like my vagina had been set on fire. Again I thought, “It’s the first time we have sex since we got married and it’s been a while so it’s just that.” But boy did it hurt so bad. I couldn’t sit, stand, lay down. walk. anything.

In the time it took me to find a good doctor, when i’d get sick (rather than wait a month to get seen by my docotor) I’d go to urgent cares. 

And now here is where it all changed with my  new doctor. I went in for my first visit with her, and she took me seriously and gave me my referral. 

The gyno we went to took me seriously as well, and here’s the thing about sperm allergies, they all vary in severity as well as it’ s already rare as it is. I was my gyno’s first case of sperm allergy. He sent me to an allergist to confirm the sperm allergy. 

My appointment with the allergist was yesterday. We are now waiting on lab results for it. However he also did say that it is hard to confirm a sperm allergy because there is really no good way to test for it. As well as starting to discus treatment options. Non of which are fun. I basically have two choices. Get used it or deal with it.  And it sucks especially when you are trying to have kids but are allergic to the one thing you need to have babies. At this point it feels like my only two options for a biological child are IVF or artificial insemination. Which of course cost a lot of $$$$$ which we don’t have. And I don’t know what to do. All I want to do is cry.

Treatment is equally as simple. If you’ve had yeast infections in the past and are sure this is what the problem is, it’s fine to try an over-the-counter medication, Ghodsi says. However, it’s probably worth checking in with your doc. Not only can they screen you for other problems, but if it really is a yeast infection they can prescribe you a stronger, faster-acting medication, she adds.

You Find Cottage Cheese In Your Undies

The most telltale sign of a yeast infection is thick, white, odor-free vaginal discharge, which is often described as looking like cottage cheese. It may or may not be accompanied by watery discharge as well. Sounds confusing? This is why it’s so important to know what’s normal for you and your vag. Some women naturally have more vaginal fluids than others so if yours changes suddenly—in color, amount, or odor—it’s time to get it checked out, Ghodsi says.

If you've got a yeast infection, it will be hard to resist sneaking a scratch down there, as your labia will likely feel super itchy, Ghodsi says.

Don’t do it. Even if you do manage to sneak in a good crotch scratch, it likely won’t satisfy the urge for long and can further irritate your already tender privates.

Sex Is Making You Hot… In All The Wrong Ways

A sexy romp should leave you feeling a little flushed afterward, but if you feel a painful heat in your vagina during sex, it could signal a bigger problem. A burning sensation during intercourse, or a constant burning feeling in your vaginal area at any time, is a telltale sign of a yeast infection, Ghodsi says. This symptom isn’t one you should ignore as it could also be a sign of an STI or bacterial infection, so call your doctor right away, she adds.

Peeing Is Problematic

You’ve been potty trained since you were a toddler, but if you find yourself avoiding using the bathroom because it hurts to pee, you’ve likely got a much more adult problem. Pain during urination is one of the signs of not only yeast infections but also urinary tract infections and some sexually transmitted diseases. If this is your main symptom, get it checked by your doctor asap, she says.

Your Lips Are Red and Swollen

Not the lips on your face... If your outer labia and genitals look visibly red or swollen—even if you have no other symptoms—it can indicate a yeast infection, Ghodsi says.

You're All Kinds Of Crampy

Pain in your pelvis or lower abdomen is another symptom of a yeast infection. Pain from an infection won’t get better with rest, and will likely increase in intensity over time, Ghodsi says.
