Conclusion: When an infected werebear transforms under the full moon, they go on a mindless Lawful Good rampage.

Honestly so far I'm pretty sure that if Elden Ring is "about something" then it is about questioning the idea of honor, knighthood, chivalry or ancestry. A lot of ER's characters is victims of it, to avoid saying "all of them". Vows and codes pile upon each other and they just don't work or end up killing the person.

This would also explain that two most interesting (and the only ones marked for achievements btw) endings are about rejecting the title of the Lord. You either destroy everything you was supposed to govern or leave creating power vacuum and allowing the world to find it's own, new way of working things out.

There is also motive of gods and their protection, if it's worth anything or is it artificial. But since Greater Will is so rarely mentioned compared to the things I talked earlier about it's not as good of a "main" interpretation

Things in Elden Ring I didn't notice while playing for the first time

A temple you walk out of at the very beginning has a huge statue of a woman in robes holding an undead / dying skeleton reaching towards the sky. This is just another symbolism for Marika guiding us towards the Tree.

The intro for the gameplay sucks ass and should be reworked from the scratch

Cutscene is fine tho, I wish arts expanded upon the characters a little more, only Godfrey's one is actually interesting. Luckily, because he's one of my favorite characters. (well I'd also like to mention Morgott kicking Radahn's ass, because I also love Morgott and hate Radahn's fanboys lol)

Melina is 100% a daughter of Marika, she states it upfront, although her nature is not of a human. She's also connected to Ranni's character by Torrent and what I'd like to call "the eye situation". More in future reposts probably
