COTL swap au (more like Goat au but alas) where the crowns are the same but instead Shamura kinda just fucks up a little too hard. More under the cut since this is very underdeveloped so im rambling <3

They know the prophecy and stuff and so once Narinder is like trying out his resurrection ritual they give him the think no evil treatment. Or maybe not that but injures him severely enough that he cant do that anymore and everyone else is like wtf Shamura hes our brother whatd he do???

Anyway domino effect where Shamura tries desperately to explain why they did what they did but people think/see that they went a liiiittle mad trying to prevent the erasure of the old faith so the gang bands together to sorta kill them but not? Havent decided yet but they get put in timeout somewhere locked up. They injure their siblings in their rage, because why cant they see that theyre just trying to help them?!

In their inprisonment they are alone. They dont get 2 kids to raise like Narinder had but instead I thought what if they had like a bunch of their followers whever theyre trapped with them? Narinder keeps sacrificing his most favored followers (and i like to think that Narinder had many cattle animals as followers) or perhaps Shamuras still alive and beliveing ones? Also undecided but Narinder sends them his gifts in form of sacrificed followers for company.

Shamura cant resurrect people hence my first issue with that idea but alas the Goat is 100% a gift from Narinder in this one. How idk yet but eventually they band together with Shamura for revenge and for the destruction of their siblings. Because after a 1000 years of time to think about the sourness of betrayal from their own kin they raised themself they decide the most fitting punishment is to actually erase the old faith. The goat as one of their most devoted is more than on board with that.

Anyway watch when the goat comes out that theyre just like some rando from an au where the old faith is all dead and the crowns need reclaiming or smt. Lol

Life has been a constant headache for the last two weeks. I miss my best friend but she lives across the country and I ain't got the money or time to see her. I barely have the energy to go get food ugh. I would kill for a hug from my mom right about now. Well really a hug in general but my mom is the only person who hugs me currently.

Hi welcome to one of the most mundane irl life stuff im gonna post but i have two (2) aprons for work i have to wash myself and one of the two just.... stained completely blue after washing them. Like

SCREAMING- ANyway LUTERALLY and no ome is talking about the bunker either. Yeah the whole thing was skimmed over in the movie how shes dead and he had to raise himself and people get So upset (me too tbh) about it bevause its DEVASTATING but the bunker? It lives in my head rent free

Not only knowing that he originally intended for it to be a safe space for his brothers (also thinking about how upset he was when poppy got everyone in there in the first movie to get him to come with her, which is now a lot more upsetting than it was) but the the writing? On the walls?

Like these are kids movies sure and so they wont go too deep into stuff and will use jokes to lighten and skip over heavier scenes but. It was so jarring to see when i first watched this with 0 preparation or knowledge about the plot. He spent 20 years building it, alone, horrified to the point where he was craving stuff into the WALLS

And also something something rooms/houses being symbolic to someones mental state/trauma like a blocked door indicating repressed stuff too

Its huge that he made the bunker and like its gonna make me cry again to think about it in 10 minutes but can you even IMAGINE how the brothers would react to the place? Okay maybe he changed that bit up by now (and i dont remember if we see the bunker more later on i am. Not as awake as i need to be) but if he didnt can you imagine being lead down by your baby brother into the bunker he said he will build since he was a baby for all of you only to find the most insane room youve seen in a hot minute?

Like yeah everyone was terrified of the bergens but that. That feels like something. That sure feels like Something

Branch's trauma is constantly on my mind right now. The depth of his abandonment issues and how it could be layered on top of itself.

For the longest time Branch was a character defined entirely by loss but with BroZone he's not only defined by his grief but his loneliness and guilt.

The death of Rosiepuff is so much more devastating in the context that Band Together offers. Not only was she all he had left but Floyd tasked him with taking care of her. Floyd's attempt to offer his little brother purpose only gave him more trauma to shoulder. Not to mention baby Branch had already adopted the idea that the band breaking up was his fault, what would that mean if he failed the one thing that was asked of him? He was so little when his brothers left and not much older when Rosiepuff died, he couldn't understand that it was all just a series of cruel coincidences.

Branch and how his past and his issues only get in the way of the healing process that he worked hard to start. How he's spent his entire life taking care of himself and preparing for the worst because he's sure that it's going to come, and how that means he struggles to ask for help even when he knows that he should because he doesn't need anybody. He never has before so why should he now? How it's so easy to regress into that isolationist mindset because it's easier than being vulnerable and allowing people that opportunity to either hurt him or be hurt by him again.

I have so many ideas I want to write really fleshing out how fundamentally hurt he is as a person.

I literally love eyeballs so much. They are so neat. Every single one is unique and beautiful.

Like fr I love looking at pictures of eyes. I have so many pictures of my own eyes bc I find it fascinating how the color can fluctuate depending on what im wearing and the lighting.

I love looking at other peoples eyes too (not in a i am making direct eye contact and staring at you type of way) but in a I am admiring the color of your eyes as you talk endlessly about something.

random anecdote about the mimosa pudica (or as i called them growing up, the "makahiya" which is just shy/embarassed in tagalog): they used to grow around the church i went to as a child! i used to walk around during mass cause i was bored and just see if i could manage to close them all up at the same time.

All poisonous plants were renamed trust-me-nots and all plants with thorns were named touch-me-nots and the mimosa pudica was renamed introverts.
