I’m Covid positive 😭 I feel like death. Trying not to get my 2under2 babies sick and still be an active parent. 🥲 I just wanna lie down for days.
On a positive note, my 6 foot Bellatrix Lestrange cut out came in, and I need to muster the strength and energy to stand her up because Mommy.

Anniversary Of A Decade
BLOG | Anniversary Of A Decade | delphinemusic #Fibromyalgia #ChronicPain #chronicillness #Autistic #COVID #Long COVID
TODAY…. Things are more than a bit rough and Lolli is pretty bad – Isobars have Skyrocketed from 960mb to 996mb now, and still going up to over 1000mb today… I mean, it’s Technically Good News in itself, but the rise is debilitating 😒😖😟😕 Storm Ciaran turned up at JUST The Wrong Time. And Samhain brought in Anniversaries that I don’t want to recognise and know are… Real. Samhain was the DECADE…

I never thought I’d ever do this but I tested positive for Covid a few hours ago and can’t get out to the food bank tomorrow like I had planned. My application for disability was also denied. I have 30 days to appeal, which I will definitely be doing. With all that’s happened and worsened with my health these past few years, I had to try and apply. I have no choice. So I’m stuck on OW (Ontario Works = welfare/social assistance) cuz I was too healthy previously to be on disability but not healthy enough to work. The stigma is UNREAL having to be on it for an extended length of time. So harsh & judgmental. But still with rents increasing higher than mortgages and $900 being all one gets for the entire month. For everything. It’s just not doable without using the community resources. But I can’t access those at the present time. If anyone can help out in the slightest way possible, know that I’ll be paying it forward any way I can. Thanks💜

Covid positive. I fell after 4 days when all my teamwork people I had last week in Bormio manifested sympthomes way before I did.
My body strenght still good that way.
Oh well… I did all I could to prevent it, but right now in Italy I am a white fly doing that, so it was like trying to empty a pool with a spoon.
Guess I ‘ll rest for a few days watching world cup (and sleeping… it’s all I have done today 😅)

Last week I attended Seattle N1 of the guts tour and as of this moment I have not tested positive for covid, but it's still on my radar as I know how common it is after concerts and similar events.
If you attended a concert & are now feeling sick & you want to test yourself for covid, here are some resources that may help you:
This link talks about where and how to get tested for free across the US
If you're unable to get free covid tests and are looking for information about what at home tests are available for purchase this link tells you about that info
This link is Washington State specific testing info. If you are in another state/country, you may want to look up what specific resources your location has available to you
I hope that if you are attending concerts/events that you stay safe and have fun!
Note : this post was created in August of 2024. If you're seeing this post after this summer you may need to find other resources as these may be out of date

Day 5 of Covid
This has been hell.. and I mean absolute HELL!
First of all, idk WHAT fucking variant I ended up with, but it’s CALCULATED and MANIPULATIVE
day 1 felt similar to last time. Fever, aches, body chills, cough. But then day 2…
I THOUGHT I HAD A SINUS INFECTION
literally went BACK to the Dr bc I was SO CONGESTED I was GASPING for air! (Thankfully my lungs were working fine and I was having a panic attack)
I also lost my taste and smell. Though not entirely like the beginning strands would do, I’m sure mines more affiliated with my horrible congestion. It comes and goes. It was only gone briefly today and it’s currently back. Hoping it STAYS BACK
and then yesterday, MY EAR FILLED UP.
Now, anyone that knows me knows I’m terribly prone to ear infections since childhood. One of the ways I know it’s infected is when it fills up from pressure. I WAS SCARED OUTTA MY MIND. I managed to pop it back open and it’s been fine today. Knocking on wood that shit doesn’t happen again!
Today I’ve just felt like my head is a balloon. Pressure pressure pressure. For some reason this cursed virus stayed in my sinuses and wrecked my shit. I’ve got decongestants, ibuprofen, AND prescription nasal spray that I’m using to knock this shit out ASAP.
Hopefully I’ll be better by thanksgiving. I’ve got 5 more days. Fingers crossed 😭🤞

According to my government’s website, those who test positive for COVID and have symptoms should isolate for 5 days (from start of symptoms) and then mask indoors for 5 days after that. It’s not even mandatory…just recommended. Most people will just go on with business as usual 🙄
My symptoms started the day I tested positive. That means that today (Saturday), I can leave my house and mingle with others as long as I mask up?! 😷 Not a chance! I’m still testing positive and I’m not even symptom free!
We went from mandatory 14 day quarantine/isolation to “Meh, stay home if you want. We don’t really care. COVID is over” in less than three years 🤨
Until I test negative/am symptom free, I’m staying put.

I'm so done with this virus.
It's the forth time I get COVID. I have all the vaccines, use the mask, and other cleaning stuff and yet I get sick.
My mind melt every time, I am losing my ears, I can barely breath and is winter and don't have money.
What am I supposed to do tomorrow, go to the market and buy food?!? (because the fridge is empty)
In this hell hole of country is very expensive the food apps. I'm tired, sick, depressed, and hungry.

Where can I report my home tests?
One of the issues with accurate data and reporting is, not all tests are counted. Rapid antigen tests being an example. The National Institute of health has launched a site to address this problem. And although a website like this should have existed well before this point, it is still a useful and important resource.
