The U.S. is ending its COVID-19 vaccine requirements for international air travellers and Canadians at the border as of next week, officials announced on Monday.

By the end of the day on May 11, international air travellers, federal employees and federal contractors will no longer need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, the White House said in a statement Monday

The statement added that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, along with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, will also “start the process to end their vaccination requirements for ... certain noncitizens at the land border."

I don't think people truly understand the gravity of Rafah being bombed.

There is nowhere left to go.

The lowest cost is $5,000 USD to flee to Egypt. There has been people paying over $10,000 USD.

That is the only option

Pay or die.

Rafah was the only place in Palestine promised not to be bombed. That promise is broken.

1.5 million people have nowhere to go!

Lookin' to interview someone who crossed the US-Mexico border

Heya y'all!

So, to keep things somewhat short, I'm a university student who needs to do exactly what the giant text above says for a final project in one of my classes

I would greatly appreciate anyone who's willing (or even wanting) to talk about their experiences with crossing the border to reach out to me in some way

Extra information: The interview itself would be about 30 minutes over Zoom. Audio would be recorded, but that's all. Faces and names aren't needed (you can and likely will be completely anonymous). The final submission will be a website comparing and contrasting an interview from someone who has crossed the border, and an interview from someone who hasn't. I'd be more than willing to share the link to the final submission to whoever ends up participating
