🔱BODY WEIGHT ONLY CARDIO🔱 •Tempted to title this one, failed influencer workout as I did four rounds (finished the workout) before realising I didn’t have my 🎥 set to record. So I ended up doing an additional set even though all I wanted to do was "pack it in”. In the military we called this "free phys". See workout layout below: 1️⃣HIGH KNEES 2️⃣IN IN OUT OUT 3️⃣3 POINT SKYROCKETS 4️⃣SHUFFLE BURPEES 📖INSTRUCTIONS •All you need is a timer app, some space and plenty of WILLPOWER for this one (you might have to go topless too because according to a good friend of mine from Slovenia, it makes you more efficient🤫). •30 seconds per exercise then straight into the next one. •4 rounds with an increment of two burpees per round starting at 4 burpees in your first round (you do a 3 step shuffle and then a half burpee). •Aim for 10 burpees in round 4.
