Clemence became a toddler and I like the grey hair and red eyes combo. 

Cecily had her first daughter Barbara who died the next in game day. 

Bartholomew became a child and Patricia gave birth to a daughter named Janet. 

Piers became a child as well.

Helen became a teen but started using he/him pronouns changed his name to Henry and left Henford never to be seen again... except that he actually ended up living in San Myshuno and he’s neighbors to Talia and Joan since they are still in game just not involved as of right now. 

Thomasin, Parnell and Philippa ended up in Mt.Komorebi partly because it’s nice and mostly because I noticed Philippa was pregnant.

yippee! doai (+ ocs as memes!) I decided to do this and literally finished in an hour???? because the world hates me, all the videos I compiled for this are almost 20 minutes, which Tumblr can't handle, so I just cut them in half and will start working on the other half at a later date. HOWEVER, the first half was apparently too big for Tumblr, so I split that in half and I will upload the other half of THIS in a second lmao

Mahler on the Couch [Mahler auf der Couch] (2010)

Dear Lord, I hope this was supposed to be funny. Starting off on a reserved note, flashes of Gustav Mahler on the train to meet the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud intermingled with loving or conflicted shots of his wife Alma, it quickly devolves into They Came Together style melodrama. Gustav collapses in his studio, scattering manuscript paper everywhere and clutching his head as he reads a letter from Alma’s lover delivered in the mail, the score exploding in a dramatic flurry. Friends and family address the camera directly in The Office-style cutaway confessional interviews, remarking wryly on the drama of the Mahler’ lives, offering their Gustav hot takes. Everyone is dressed in the latest selections from Sears and Gustav frequently looks like a suburban dad who just wants to play golf. And it doesn’t help that the film was shot and edited by madmen. The camera swoops and swoons zipping around a propos of nothing. The cutting together of these images feels like an elementary schooler’s approach to their first powerpoint presentation: if all of these swooping text and dissolving transitions exist, why not use them? At points it approaches psychedelia, Alma’s distraught face superimposed multiple times in the frame, dissolving and reappearing. It almost recalls Ken Russell’s 1974 take on the composer’s life, except that filmmaker actually knew what he was doing. Surely this all has to be intentional, right? Right!?

13 years before Maestro and Napoleon pulled the one-two punch of “well, the movie is titled after and centered on the guy, but it’s reeeeally about the lady,” this film has the same stance on the relationship between Alma and Gustav. Similar to its later peers, Mahler on the Couch fumbles this balance by focusing primarily on the man’s experience while pretending it isn’t doing so. Alma sacrificed her artistic life for Gustav, bowed to the every whim of a self-centered and reclusive man. She feels conflicted about that, even aside from the affair which sparked the occasion for this meeting with Freud. We catch glimpses of her questioning what she should do, resolving to leave Gustav before coming back to him and declaring him the center of her Universe. But the structure still centers on the composer’s unpacking of his own shitty behavior, for which he still has to be given a lame excuse by Freud in their parting moments. Even if this is all about memories and regression, the balance is off in terms of the film developing the character that it clearly finds more interesting. Instead we get an outcome which feels like something akin to character assassination of Gustav Mahler while Alma is a barely sketched-out stick figure.

Perhaps the greatest tragedy of the film is its use of music. While Mahler’s oeuvre is limited in terms of the number of works he composed, the emotional spectrum within his nine completed symphonies and other orchestral works is vast and deep. Reusing the same three cues ad nauseam from the Fourth, Fifth, and Tenth deprives them of their emotional potency. The Adagietto of the Fifth, for instance, becomes shorthand for ecstasy or loss in the events of the film no matter the context, which creates a homogeneous approach to something which should be specific. It also debones the moment of Alma reading the sketch of the movement (something she can do with her eyes closed, apparently) and experiencing the music for the first time, when we’ve heard it before. Maybe Esa-Pekka Salonen and the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra only had an afternoon to dash out a couple of tracks for the score and had to bounce.

Lately, her Bunny wasn't escaping anywhere, not when its owner was around almost all day in 'home'. It was a good time for a little stroll, away from the castle. In the middle of her way, she saw Aleksei, although he looked familiar, after trying to think hard… He reminds her a little of Nikolai, just a little resemblance in his features. ❛ Hiii… ❜ She greeted him with a soft smile, but a frown quickly drawing on her face, for being worried about this guy. ❛ No, I haven't! ❜ She understood to fear he may feel because that's how she feels about Bunny. ❛ I'll help you! He's small like a baby or teen cat? What are your cat's eye colors? ❜ The more she knows about the description of this cat, the easier would be to help him to find the cat.

You're reblog with the explanation of the Maribat salt prevalence got my brain kinda stuck on on the potential of a possible non-salty Batfam x ML crossover.

As someone who is an actual DC fan and an ML fan but has never touched Maribat with a 10 foot pole, here are a couple plot points I can picture if ML actually crossed over with the Batfam (more of a WFA style one though, considering the nature of ML)

The bats aren't really shocked or concerned Bustier lost a student, if that happens, because they've dealt with far worse from the school systems. They're more curious why the FUCK someone thought Gotham would be a good international tourist destination.

They're not shocked about the international magic terrorist or the children fighting him because *gestures vaguely at every iteration of the Teen Titans ever*, they're just kinda surprised they didn't know about it.

The batgirls are people that exist, and they would get along SO well with Chat.

Especially Stephanie. Which one of them am I describing here? Comedic, joke-cracking blonde cinammon roll who's also a TERRIFYING motherfucker when they wanna be, in love with a hyper-competent black-haired individual who's also a bit of a social disaster, considered too reckless and irresponsible and inexperienced by their teammates/mentors and frequently left out of the loop because of it, AND has an asshole villainous theatre kid for a father. They're SO similar, it's not even funny.

Also, the batgirls get chat on hormone therapy

Max, Markov, and Barbara have a coding fight that Barbara wins, but she's still really intrigued by Markov, spends hours chit chatting about it, and offers to teach Max coding remotely.

Tim trains/hires Lila somehow. This man gets like 3 separate villains working for him in Red Robin, and under his rules too. Tim doesn't really give a shit about your morality, if you're skilled and can be directed, he'll get you on his payroll.

Selina meets LB and CN and is absolutely gone on Chat. She thinks he's so adorable. She likes Mari too, but the punny catsuit kid strikes a chord with her.

Harley meets up with Juleka and they punch things together.

Nino and Harley commiserate about bad clown-themed fashion choices.

Forget Bruce Wayne. Helena Bertinelli, a.k.a Huntress, a.k.a someone who is a teacher as her day job has a field day shepherding the whole miracuclass around and teaching them how to use crossbows.

Just some thoughts running around in my head thanks to that RB. There really is quite a bit of potential here, especially if you allow the Batgirls to exist and let Chat run with the Bats.

Honestly there's so many oppurtunities for fun and shenanigans in a ml/batman crossover when it's actually an ml/batman crossover and not 'Mari as a mary sue who is sooooo beloved and perfect except her old class are evil people worse than Literally The Joker™ despite being dumb teenagers and she's gonna go fuck off and have fun with Batman instead!!!"

Honestly just the fact that the Bats would be more likely to pick up Lila than Marinette. Like Marinette is a girl who has loving parents and a wonderful life and sure she'll be recruited as Ladybug but Lila? Lila and Tim are going to team up to take over the world and there;s nothing we can do about it

Got 4 action figures for cheap at a yard sale today

I got them b/c they were super cheap and I knew I would think of who to turn them into later :P

For Harley I am thinking shaving off her pigtails and turning her into Tara, using this costume (link) I drew for her earlier that combined my favorite elements of all of Tara's costumes.

@laurie-juspeczyk suggested pipelines helena bertinelli (huntress) for wonder woman, and I think that could work really well!

I'm torn on Poison Ivy. I feel like she barely needs any mods to become Rose (Obsidian and Jade's mom) but I'm also not sure I need a rose figure :P

Supergirl I'm also torn on. I do genuinely want an angel-with-fiery-wings supergirl figure, but I don't know how easy it'd be to attach wings to her.

Class of Heroes - AEON-E

Aeon Keynes-Hill - WALL-E

AEON was a young robot whose sole purpose in life was to be a trash-compactor, cleaning up the unliveable state of a abandoned Earth, one cube at a time. During a dimensional trip, Olympia stumbled upon her and decided to take her home as a sort of mother. They eventually met Barbara and her daughter Jessica, who she adores just as much.

AEON was overjoyed to arrive in a world with other beings, as she only had VHS tapes of musicals and shows for reference to the concept of humanity. She keeps trying to make certain stuff into cubes because it's a relaxing routine for her.

She has a stilted vocabulary, on account of her only knowing how to say her name before being upgraded by Olympia.

Jess is very protective of her adopted sister, and the two are learning more new stuff about the other's cultures everyday.

Max's robot Markov is her favorite bot to hang out with.
