I’m starting to suspect that Porter could intentionally be fucking Gorgug over in an attempt to bring out some rage in him and if that is the case, I can see the conclusion of that endeavor being Gorgug teaching HIM that uncontrolled, unpredictable rage offers little strategically to a party, but someone as emotionally conscientious and leveled out as Gorgug can tap into rage as a tool and that’s what makes him a good barbarian.

I’m thinking we’re approaching an arc about that, with the frost fest coming up at the thistlespring tree next episode and it being revealed that both his adoptive and biological parents will be there- the gnomes that raised him to be kind and emotionally intelligent, and the orcs that passed the barbarian nature down to him. I think Gorgug is going to accept his strengths as a barbarian in control of his anger, who can apply himself outside of his rage and dial into it when it matters. He’ll be better than Porter ever was.

Yes, some (LSN) autistics do have the ability to learn how to do small talk. But the vast majority do not and can not. And using confirmation bias doesn't make you not ableist. The truth of the matter is that the vast majority of autistics who have seen your posts and are hurt by it probably don't engage and just block you. Because they've seen how you treated the autistics who are like "hey calling people miserable for not doing the bit is actually pretty damn ableist, even if you didn't mean it". They've seen how you hide behind the autistics who can do the bit and use them as an excuse as a "*they* can do it, so you can to."

The really fun and interesting thing about Tim Drake is that he isn't one to ignore the flaws of the people he idealises

like yes, Batman is his hero but also he recognises that Bruce is like incredibly fucked up in the head and fucks both himself and the people who care about him over all the time and yet he still does trust, love and look up to him and adores him with all of his flaws not despite them

similarly he extends this same grace to people he doesn't really like which is why he can work with literally anyone because even if he doesn't like them he can respect them at least a little bit.

Occasional Visits

Once upon a time, there was a man who had a pit of Lazarus and was the Head of the League of Assassins. Perhaps the Lazarus is rancid ecto, and the death emanating from all of the members around to it is really starting to pull some attention.

And perhaps, one High Queen of the Infinite Realms early on had decided that, "Man, I gotta check this out." Time, of course, decides that "That would be a good precaution. Just be careful." And gives a few time portal visits.

Now, imagine those visits keep going. For the Head of the League, it is a first meeting of suspicion followed by rivalry, before the years churn along into an amicable acquaintance. For the High Queen, it is a FrootLoop who needs to be kept under watch, before years grind down the drive to continue messing with his plans and go back to managing the Realms and allowing for others to take action.

Contemplate the idea that only five years with visits for the High Queen is decades with occasional visits for the Head of the League. Maybe it is an occasion that is now greeted with a bit of celebration, for someone who he can talk too and know from the past who isn't now against him or dead.

And maybe, just maybe, he's about to get another visit. Right in the middle of something important. Who could say?

Honest to God, swear on my grandmother's grave… I don’t understand how people can want Rhys to be High King. I get it—seeing your fantasy boyfriend rise to become the most powerful person on the continent might feel satisfying, but isn’t being the "most powerful High Lord" enough? As if we weren’t already forced to listen to Feyre yap about it for the entire series.

What’s the justification for wanting him to rule over all the lords and their intricate, layered court politics when Rhys can’t even manage—or care that much about the two-thirds of his own court? Like be for fucking real. People are so delusional they can’t even see that Tarquin—the one Feyre mocked as "too young" or something like that—is already a better High Lord than Rhys. Tarquin's entire court probably actually likes him.

Rhys is like the governor of California but only cares about Calabasas because that’s where his rich citizens are. And then people go "What a great, powerful, and just king! Let’s make him the king of all America!"
