Reminds me of my little cousin. 8 years old and he's semi-verbal autistic but the one time you can't get him to stop is when he's infodumping about something. Planes, the Titanic, lego, dinos, whatever videogame he's into at the moment, he'll go on for hours. One time when I'm babysitting he comes and sits on my lap and says in his shy little I have a tangent I need to go on voice "do you know Five Nights at Freddy's?" Now, FNAF was one of my biggest special interests when I was his age. It came out when I was 9 and I was SUPER obsessed. But I know that his love language is infodumping so I say "No I don't, what is it?" and the smile on this sweet little boy's face could have rivaled the fucking sun as he goes on and on about this game I've been playing for longer than he's been alive with the total impression that he is teaching me something brand new.
