Paranormal Activity has a brief scene where a display screen is zoomed in on, which flickers very faintly. One scene shows a TV with static running on the set.

The scenes not filmed with a stationary camera are all handheld, with a high likelihood of being disorienting.

Flashing Lights: 2/10. Motion Sickness: 9/10.

TRIGGER WARNING: Characters dealing with the possibility of a demonic presence may be upsetting to some audiences. According to IMDb, one alternate ending depicts a death by suicide.

BREAKING YELLOWJACKETS NEWS

TUMBLR YELLOWJACKETS listen up. Showrunner Ashley Lyle has confirmed on her Twitter that there will be a bonus episode of Yellowjackets releasing. She hasn’t given a specific date, but has confirmed it will be releasing closer to Season 3 due to the current strikes going on. We can assume it will be the ‘10th’ episode of Season 2. Not many details surrounding this have been confirmed yet but it is assumed that the episode will be based around ‘Cabin Guy’ played by Jason Ritter.

Berlin Station (2016-2019)

🎬Follows a CIA team in Berlin and their clandestine activities.

📝A really enjoyable and often thrilling show, which I have no idea why it was cancelled. It had everything: action, mystery, contemporary relevance. The plot was sometimes far-fetched, but it was very enjoyable. I think fans of 'Jack Ryan' and even 'Jason Bourne' would enjoy it. The first season was a little slow and had the usual unnecessary sex scenes, but otherwise, it was pretty good and got better in season 2. I really enjoyed season 3. Unfortunately, this show was cancelled, but it is still worth checking out. Season 3, in particular, is eerily close to what is happening in Ukraine, so I think it is still very enjoyable. Check it out.

I particularly loved the character of Hector deJean played by Rhys Ifans and Rafael Torres (in Season 3) played by Ismael Cruz Cordova.

📽️ The Choice (2016)

Oh man do I love me a good Nicholas Sparks movie. This one is a classic Nicholas Sparks story, complete with the storyline that will make you cry. The two leads are so good, especially Benjamin Walker. He was perfect for this part. I’ve watched this movie more than once, and I know I’ll watch it again.

Sex/nudity: 2/10 (implied sex, making out, women in bikinis, men making comments on bikinis)

Language: 2/10 (fairly mild, especially for a PG-13 rating)

Violence: 2/10 (spoilers)

Overall rating: 7/10
