Low-key, no-pressure tagging the people I already mentioned in this post, and also a few folks from my recent activity: @lurker-no-more, @katiedora, @ixalia, @humofbumblebees, @skywalkerangst, @ponyregrets, @the-bookwyrm, and anyone else who'd like to do this.

Indian food is so well balanced in the sense that even the vegetarian food is finger-licking good. Palak panner - fan favorite; aloo-gobi ki sabzi- slaps; matar paneer- ufff lajawab; daal- just 🤌
There is literally so much more. Of course the non vegetarian dishes are to die for too but vegetarians in India are blessed, all thanks to our ancestors.

nothing really changed but everything feels different now. looking back at the old photographs, you realize things are not the way they used to be. some things got better while some didn't. you're in a different place now. you're not stuck. you learned that everything and everyone is temporary. one year ago, you wouldn't have imagined that you would be living your current life. you realize how you used to love Bhindi as a kid and now you detest it with all your heart, now your new favourite sabzi is aloo-gobhi. you realize how angry you used to be as a teenager and thought you will always remain in a dark place, but now you are more mature and empathetic when it comes to handling your emotions. you have experienced things get better with time. maybe 5 years ago you didn't really like sunflowers but now they are one of your favourites. you found that brown looks good on you, not just black. one day you were 14, trying to figure out life and now you're 24, maybe a tiny bit wiser with a whole lot of different experiences and still figuring out life. but so much has changed and yet a lot has remained the same.
