This is related to the ask game but I saw one of ur arts be about ur oc agara being carried and they're covered in green slime... Is there like a story behind that?

If you are unfamiliar with splatoon’s lore, Agara has been sanitized! Essentially, a company called Kamabo Co. recruits soldiers from the octarian military for “tests”, those who pass the tests get blended into primordial ooze, and that ooze is injected into other soldiers to do kamabo’s bidding. Sanitized octolings lose their will, memory, and life.

Trito and Kinoga, who were once soldiers that escaped to the surface after finding out what the “tests” were really for, return to the underground years later in search of the rest of their teammates. Denchu had stayed behind, telling them that Kanu and Jilon left for the surface, leaving Agara unaccounted for. Kinoga had faced sanitized Agara when they went through the tests. Horrified, Kinoga tries to avoid mentioning it, but Trito insists to go look for her. They eventually find her like that and decide to bring her with them in hopes of finding a way to return her to normal.

We (me and @igneouskit ) initially were just going to have her stay dead but we got attached to her ❤️

Agara and the rest of the squad follow a similar naming convention, they’re all based on pokemon, so I just take part of their japanese name. Alolan marowak is ガラガラ(Garagara) -> Gar(agara) -> Agara

Kaki/Kiawe’s Alolan Garagara/Marowak

A Pokémon I used to not bother much with, instantly became a fav of mine during its debut week, and grew to hold a deep tight spot in my heart (to the point where I ended up using Alolan Garagara in my LGE playthrough)! Kaki’s Garagara especially has so much personality, fits perfectly with a cool but dorky person like Kaki, and brings so much life to the show. I love pretty much everyone in the main Pokémon Cast (cough Mokuroh and Nagisa the Eevee cough), but Garagara shines through to Top 1 spot.

Oh my god, I love the stadium and I love how supportive Snowy is of Liilie, Marowak cheering on Lillie and Snowy and Pikachu supporting Snowy, and Ash supporting Lillie. I guess Mallow and Tsareena will use their Z-Move as well and since Lana doesn’t have to master her moves, she might actually be battling Lillie.

Absolutely LOVE it! I always liked Cubone and Marowak, but I like the Alolan form even better! It looks like a very serious pokemon, so the Kaki trial caught me totally off guard and that makes it even special for me!

So I've decided to take out Aerodactyl, Clefable, & Hitmonchan And replace them with:

Electabuzz (Eleboo)

Alolan Marowak (Sin Garagara)

And Wigglytuff (Purin)

I did this mainly cause I've never used either one of those three before playing through a Pokemon game, especially Wigglytuff. Plus they cover the same weaknesses that Hitmonchan/Clefable/Aerodactyl would've covered. And I found out that there are dark types in the game with the alolan grimer/meowth/rattata lines being available for trade. If I wasn't using Venusaur, I'd use Alolan Muk.

Pokemon Let’s GO Team

So when I’m able to play the new Pokemon games coming this friday (which will more than likely be around christmas time) I’m gonna be playing Eevee version and I’m gonna using:  Venusaur(Fushiginana or Thickums if the first name doesn’t fit)

 Blastoise(Kamex)

 Alolan Dugtrio(UnderMiner cause Dugtrio is the English and Japanese name)

Clefable(Pixy)

Hitmanchan(Ebiwalar)

and Aerodactyl(Ptera)

as my team. Each member’s typings and movesets covers each other’s weaknesses. And though there is no dark types in this game, Steel resists Psychic, so Alolan Dugtrio takes care of that.
