Tragic Kingdom – No Doubt

Tragic Kingdom (1995) by No Doubt is a ska-punk and alt-rock powerhouse that catapulted the band to stardom with its infectious hooks and raw emotional depth. *I really liked this track/video because it’s one of those few instances where someone takes a great track and covers it and knocks it out of the park. That rarely happens. But No Doubt really did it here.

I have been a fan of No Doubt for a long time. They were my first concert in middle school and after moving to LA in 2012, I wanted to pay tribute to a band that has inspired me over the years. Here are some logos I did for a contest. I thought of these designs again after reading a post saying Tragic Kingdom was released 24 years ago today! I still remember how that first concert made me feel and all the fan art it inspired me to make. They clearly loved what they were doing and who they got to do it with. Collaborations are always my favorite kind of art to enjoy.
