OBSERVATION:

Personalizing this a bit - "...there is trouble ahead if [ I ] go on..."

How often have I heard the Spirit whisper - urge - this when I'm about to do something I know (or He's told me and I don't want to know), is not in His will...

...or more correctly and simply, is just plain disobedient to His will...

Shipwreck - disaster/diversion to/from my - my - plans, my path, my destination...

Loss of cargo - finances, possessions, relationships,

Danger to my life - physically, emotionally, relationally, spiritually...

APPLICATION:

Listen to the Spirit's warnings...

Pay attention to the Spirit's urgings...

PRAYER:

Rescuing Father God - I come before You admitting I'm too often in over my head because of my failure to listen to Your Holy Spirit's reminders and warnings to remain obedient in all things, not just the big things - to look beyond the current fair weather to what my plans mean in days and weeks to come... Thank You for Jesus Who calmed the storm and walked on the water to show me both Your power and the meaning of His presence in my life... In His Name, Father, that You may be glorified and praised and worshipped and thanked for all things in Your grace...

As always, yours always, in all ways - joyfully, gratefully, expectantly in Him...

Hey guys today is a speedrun guide on marjoleins first section, the caravan. To begin with we've got the Kate section. Currently no skips have been found here as if you skip her dialogue you can't get the ticket and then get into the show, so we got through this part with the best lines and the shortest dialogue options as shown here. Once we get the ticket we get inside and the cutscene plays, once again unskipable sadly so is added to our time. I will use this cutscene as a point to explain the bug glitch for this run. Since this is any percent we use the biggest glitch of this run that turns this from weeks to about 2 hours. You need to hit these 5 inputs on the first frame, you may recognise these as the ones for keystone cup. Cause it's the first interaction with postie for marjolein you get access to all powers she unlocks for 1 frame as you arrive in the desert for the first time. It takes some time to master but once you do it gets easy very fast. You may wonder what this does. It tries to switch the trope but since there's no trope to switch to right now it just breaks some stuff including the in-game clock meaning that you don't have to wait multiple weeks for things to spawn. Once you've done this you need to line yourself up between this NPC and face slightly right of that tree there. And by sprinting you can make it out the barrier that stops you from leaving the caravan now by keeping running here for around 20 mins you will start to see the light of the mirage, when you do turn right and look for a Kurt in the desert, this is the cutscene Kurt for arriving at the mirage and right next to him is the trigger for his dialogue that allows you to get to the mirage. While you actually can run straight there at the end of the cutscene noone wi tell you to run and leave and the narrative doesn't know what to do so it just starts to crack and you have to restart. Once inside follow these specific path of tunnels to get the vortex as fast as possible and run in break free here and once you regain control run to the exit and say “thanks Kurt!” (not needed but it's fun) then the run is practically done just do the basic inputs for marjolein's soliloquy and this section is done and you can hit time.

I haven't been able to stop thinking about this from @jspark3000 , a hospital chaplain in Florida. He sums it up so perfectly.

People are dying and you are asking me to look away. People are dying and you are telling me that it's just too complicated for you to have an opinion on. People are dying and they are being called animals. People are dying and you are telling me that the Bible justifies the state of israel, actually, so it's fine.

I hold so much grief and pain and compassion for Israeli citizens now living in fear. I share anxiety and prayers and hope for hostages, and grief for innocent people who were massacred. But I cannot do that and then ignore the plight of Palestine. Not when people have been crying out in pain for decades. Not when a child dies every fifteen minutes. Not when families are being eradicated and settler violence is escalating without recourse. For the same reason that I grieve the victims of Hamas, I must side against the state of Israel and its history of oppression and violence!

I go to the wounded! I go to those fighting to survive! I go to those facing oppression!! I have no other choice! The Bible tells me to listen to those in pain, no matter who they are, and that means that I can hold compassion and dignity for people all over different parts of this conflict, while still understanding the inequity at play. When there is so, so much suffering and anguish, I cannot look away, no matter how much easier that would be! Acts 20:27 refuses to let us shrink away from the FULL council of God, no matter how difficult it becomes!

As long as I am alive, I must go to the wounded and the weeping. I go to my Christian siblings who are being persecuted in ways that most born and bread American Christians can't fathom. I have committed myself to peace making, different than peace keeping, and I cannot abandon that! Some analysts project that when this is all over, there will be no more Christians left in Gaza. I have no other option than to hold the people of Palestine and to continue to see them.

To follow this faith, you must have courage. Not only to do difficult things, but to challenge difficult thoughts. To engage in difficult conversations. To abandon neutrality when it is a tool of oppression. To hold complex realities without abandoning those who need you. To extend compassion and mercy farther than you can imagine possible. To listen when people cry out.

I go to the wounded, because I do not have the option not to. Palestine, you will never, ever walk alone. 🇵🇸
