#bonk.png #undescribed #exocolonist #i was a teenage exocolonist #iwatec #iwatex #anyway first thing bc its the shortest i dont think sol would actually id as anything n prefer to be unlabeled #bc of like. the timeloop stuff n every life kind of blending together BUT i think it'd be funny as hell if they were aro #n just never became aware of this bc their self reflection skills in regards to shit unrelated to the loop are That Bad #also im aro n like when characters are aro + love it when characters are kind of deranged about their friends #speaking of which madoka au! forever ago i drew the 🤝 meme with sol n homura n now im coming back to that #its not a 1 to 1 au straight up the commonalities begin n end at ''tammy & sol are kind of like madoka/homura''#stuff i got down for it in a sleep deprived haze were that sol nemmie n tangent were the only magical girls #n tammy hasnt been offered to become one nemmie n tangent arent aware that sol is a magical girl for a while #friendgroup at school is nemmie cal tammy n sol (tangent goes to a different school n is separate until she teams up with nemmie)#nemmie n tang team up bc somehow witch attacks keep being diverted from certain locations n grief seeds are disappearing #which is actually sol's doing theyre moving witches away from areas tammy will be n the grief seeds are to 1. discourage nem n tang from #fighting witches n 2. so sol can stockpile them basically bc they use timetravel a lot n need to keep their gem clean #the timeloop has progress (to an extent) its not a singular month looping its kind of like. video game save mechanics #like reloading the save u have before a bossfight n then if ur not adequately prepared reloading a save u have farther back #n then continuing on until u get stuck on a specific fight again yknow #theres more but moving on to the two unfinished things those are meant to be like a utdr au (specifically dr)#in a similar manner to the previous au of same premise n setting but different story bc theyre different characters #there's a lot less set for this au its entirely just playing in the sand n has nothing beyond vague role assignments #the first one that's like lineart in different colors is entirely scrapped bc i didnt like how it was turning out (meant to be darkworld fit #second one i struggled BADLY with marz oh my god this au is literally primarily for having fun with character designs but oh my god.#as it says there shes meant to be a modern art styled metal monster (got the metal idea from her dads' names n the modern art bc shesrefined #n sleek) but i had no actual idea how to convey that n i was trying to tackle it from a pixel art angle this time n i could notfigure it out #n then nomi nomi was super easy literally didnt even sketch them theyre a tiny pixie im sorry marz T-T #probably not gonna touch on this stuff again cause i was fixing on exo to avoid thinking about my bday but its happened so im fine now 👍

#Takashi Shirogane #Shiro #You're nothingness but shining and everywhere at once.#King Alfor #Voltron: Legendary Defender #It's probably a quirk of character design- strong square jaw equals noble and heroic.#But the fact that they have the same nose too...#I know people love their 'Altean Lance' AUs and headcanons but Shiro having Altean DNA has a LOT more basis in canon with Allura's #quintessence alchemy bleaching his hair when she held his essence inside of her before transferring it into the clone's body #and him being psychically linked with the Atlas #which is powered by the same magic as the Castle Ship that was psychically linked to Allura.#Allura gave Lance Altean markings but Shiro was touched and affected by her magic #too.#Not that this show was ever going to address that #because Shiro was immediately relegated to side-character status after his revival.#'Oh you're conscious now? One might think that Magical Girls are a typically Japanese genre given how the country assumes the kawaii aesthetic comparing to the Occident. But like all kinds of stories, Magical Girls aren't the property of any culture and one can easily find "Western" examples like "W.I.T.C.H.", "Winx Club", "Star VS The Forces Of Evil" or "Miraculous Laydbug". And among all these examples, this month we will talk about "LoliRock" ! In my rewrite, I gave each girls a specific gemstone, some specialties in their musical career/practice of magic and affinities with some kind of elements.

I take this opportunity to make a quick dedication to the creator of the series, Jean-Louis Vandestoc; and to TeamLoliRock which helped me a lot in this video's writing.

Iris, Princess of Ephedia

Age : 15

If I had to rewrite the series, I'd like to use more of her magical voice presented in the 1st episode and not really used in the rest of the series. I'd also like to make Iris more impacted by the revelation of her magical identity. I imagine her developing an almost unhealthy obsession for Ephedian culture in an identity quest typical of teens with 2 cultural backgrounds. The series would then be an opportunity for her not to base her identity on her dramatic origins and to understand that she is as attached to the Earth as she is to Ephedia.

Talia, Princess of Xeris

Age : 16

Role in the band : keyboarder

Title & Kingdom : Second Princess of Xeris

Symbol : Diamond

Gem : Sapphire

Skill(s) : singing; keyboard; dancing; knowledges about magic and other worlds; crystal magic; agility; strategy

Affinity(ies) : Water, Spirit

Xeris is supposed to be a world with all the knowledge about the magic of this universe or almost. So I guess they'd took the opportunity to improve everyday life with techno-magic as we see here and there in the series. If I could rewrite the character, I'd like to accentuate Talia's trauma of her kingdom's invasion (writers are sadists, don't deny it). To the point of almost never allowing herself to rest and being appallingly demanding of others. During the series, she would eventually agree to get help for her survivor syndrome and not let her past poison her life.

Auriana, Princess of Volta

Age : 14

Role in the band : choreographer, drummer

Title & Kingdom : First Princess of Volta

Symbol : Crescent

Gem : Sunstone

Skill(s) : dancing; singing; tambourine; crystal magic; defensive magic; agility

Affinity(ies) : Fire, Protections

If I could rewrite the character, I'd like to play on the fact that Auriana is the 2nd of a very large family and has the feeling that she must prove herself to exist in their eyes. And what better way to prove her worth than finding the Lost Princess of Ephedia and helping her in her fight against Gramorr ? Eventually, however, Auriana would realize that she was doing all of that for wrong reasons and eventually take her responsibilities to Iris and the other worlds seriously.

my job wants me gone so bad , like 1 month in and they have already brought out their no effort in communication and gaslighting full force, and telling me much of the work I am doing is wrong and accusing me of not doing the basic things like stocking, that I try so hard and am sure to keep up with being the only person working at a time? like if they are going to do this at least do it while i am on the clock..

#this morning i kept apologizing for doing what i was told and trained to do and the lady sent so many messages of 'well I don't remember #telling you' over n over like ??? so then i had to apologize for her not remembering which like no one does that #to that extent unless they are trying to affect you negatively and or try to get you to say something they can use against you #like ive been abused enough i know how it goes 🙃 ??#and then they are like 'why would you be stupid and put in so much effort when you work the busiest shifts of the week?'#when like literally ive got a good eye for design and decent with sales so like i will touch a merchandise make it more presentable #and suddenly the next people coming in will be drawn to the item to buy like im their little magical willy wonka like they said they wanted #on their original job listing #and ofc there is no mention of how the floor is no longer just perpetual dirt mud to slather around bc i actually cleaned the floor #instead of doing there method of just mopping by putting a mop back in dirty mop water.. like you can visibly see the floor crusted when it #is like that and i wont even start on the dust #nor any mention to how the backroom hasnt remained cluttered from extra my extra tidying or severely cluttered by all the work i did #the last two days #just how i have consistently done a bad job not even keeping up with the basics apparently this entire time 😐#anyways 3 hours of my day Wasted and unpaid from how much they made me cry like there is so much more bot mentioned i hate itf
