#Takashi Shirogane#Shiro#You're nothingness but shining and everywhere at once.#King Alfor#Voltron: Legendary Defender#It's probably a quirk of character design- strong square jaw equals noble and heroic.#But the fact that they have the same nose too...#I know people love their 'Altean Lance' AUs and headcanons but Shiro having Altean DNA has a LOT more basis in canon with Allura's#quintessence alchemy bleaching his hair when she held his essence inside of her before transferring it into the clone's body#and him being psychically linked with the Atlas#which is powered by the same magic as the Castle Ship that was psychically linked to Allura.#Allura gave Lance Altean markings but Shiro was touched and affected by her magic#too.#Not that this show was ever going to address that#because Shiro was immediately relegated to side-character status after his revival.#'Oh you're conscious now?
