My brain has completely forgotten almost everything about Supernatural seasons 9 and 12-15. I remember bits and pieces, but I cannot for the life of me tell you what the overarching plot was for any of those seasons. Here’s what I know about each of those seasons:

9. Sam is possessed by an angel? Dean dies in the end and becomes a demon idk

12. Peak Destiel vibes, Mary’s back, Cas is killed?

13. Widower arc, Jack is there

14. Jack kills Mary at some point idk

15. Lets kill God, divorce arc, “You changed me, Dean”, worst finale ever

Oh yes I do! The complex tics are complex ticcing! Idk it kind of feels like a chakra thing maybe for me? My family never really noticed though (assuming they don't do it themselves)

#i have like these specific spots (back of neck middle of chest center top of forearms and wrists #center top of thighs point of knees middle bottom of feet and hinge of second toe #i used to have to go down them and press my nails on each in order #don't really do that anymore but it's still like i feel all those points existing on me #and there's like pinching and pressing a pattern of spots on my hand and fingers #stretching the toes (grace i use my heel to get the pinky toe in place)#chewing on spots inside my mouth but in a rotation #i am once again saying that if i had been kid 8 instead of kid 1 it would have been me taken in for psych eval and tourettes reveal #or maybe if my parents had paid more attention to me from ages 5-12 #(they were great parents but they had so so many small children #and i was a weird combo of super obvious and out there and super weirdly secretive #my dad did freak out about my skin picking explosion when i was 13 and the stress of moving set me off #but he did it in the way of you're choosing to do this and i just have to enforce the right penalty to make you stop #(as someone ignorant of his own neurodivergence is wont to do ...))

I may have spent all my life until this moment wasting both mine and God's time, but from tomorrow on, for sure, i swear it, i will change my ways and be better. And it'll be different from all the other times i said the same thing🧎‍♀️

#i'm getting up at 6 i'll be at college by 8 i'll catch a nice place away from the sun in the library and i'll do so much work #until my classes start and then after the classes end i'm going back to the library i'm gonna set up camp there bc this is obviously not th #way for me. but you know what bothers me now? the fact that the college cafeteria isn't open on the weekends.#you know how productive of a weekend i could have if i could camp in the library 8-12 then eat a quick lunch and go back 13-whenever?#anyway. i changed my surroundings got mood lighting and warm blankets and shukufuku no library on loop #idk what to write for the introduction so i'm gonna write my arguments first and then expand on them #if i can't get myself to do things the right way then i'll do it however is easiest for me and figure out how to make it seem like i did it #the right way. but from tomorrow on i SWEAR #and if i finish my essay sooner than expected (inşallah) ???#i'm writing. the bigbang until i reach the minimum and not a word more until i'm done with finals #and THEN i'm writing what i want to write. because i'm full of ideas to the point that i feel like bleeding over sheets of paper

in terms of how pervasive the fanon perception of tim drake as this neglected/borderline abused child of the horrific drake parents who are the worst human beings to ever live, i think it largely comes from the fact that i would bet money that 90% of the people perpetuating it just didn't have two parents who both worked.

#personal #the other ten percent comes from people trying to make him marginally interesting by pretending he's suffered more than jesus #(he hasn't he isn't even the character who's suffered most or second most in his own family and it also doesn't work)#(cuz he's still boring)#but like every time people bring up 'oh the drakes went on TRIPS for their JOBS how AWFUL' i give the most intense side eye #there was a period from when i was around 8 to 13 where my dad went on VERY long business trips for his work #like months long business trips #because again both my parents worked but he earned more money #or the fact that i spent a lot of summers with my sister and babysitters before my mom went into university teaching #because neither of them had the free time because they were WORKING #like i think these people just aren't used to having both mom and dad have jobs they need to do #plus the bit where they go hard on jack drake in particular makes me laugh because 'oh he stopped tim from being robin' yeah no shit!#if i found out my kid was robin i'd stop him!#a) unlike his predecessors or immediate successors tim has no internal drive that necessitates robin in his life #b) the last one very famously died! on the job! violently! and it turned batman into a crazy person!#as a parent jack drake is perfectly within his rights to not want his kid to be in very real and present danger #that's not him being abusive that's him being very normal #also i don't even get it because beyond people not understanding the concept of 'parents with jobs'#have some of you guys ever even read tim-centric pre-52 comics?#he doesn't mind his parents' work at all and he likes that his house has a bunch of cool artifacts and the way it's lowkey a museum #just make an oc at this point my god because it makes the tags and ao3 a fucking nightmare honestly

On a totally unrelated note, guess who finally finished the Librivox version of Red Chamber's Book 1 (Ch. 1-16 pt 1) this week? Nevermind taking a month break between the first 4 hours (out of 11+) and taking in 3-4 sections for weeks at a time (and dreading the other 7 chapters to officially finish Book 1), I only now started putting together the family tree cause there are names/titles out the wazoo that the Limbus Daiyu-Baoyu theory does not make things anymore clearer for now (adding to the Wang, Xue, and Shi family significance too)…

And now if I figure out that the Limbus Jia family is connected to the Shi Association (since book Gran Jia married into the main family as Dowager Lady Shi) I’m gonna bang my head against a wall to get the sludge of detail manifestos, roundabout convos, and so many poems/limericks out of my brain.

just watched the brazilian production of matilda the musical and to the surprise of no one i cried. to the surprise of some, 4 times.

#it was soooo good #i love matilda so much #in all its forms #but especially the musical #i went to london when i was 13 and my parents asked me if there was anything i wanted to do and they’d see if they could fit it #and i asked to see matilda the musical in the west end #it was too expensive for the whole family to go to but my mom took me #it was amazing i’ll never forget seeing when i grow up live and just bursting into tears #and now it’s 8 years later and i took my mom (and my aunt) to watch the brazilian production and it was just as great #i cried a few minutes into miracle then in school song for some reason? and then when i grow up of course and finally at the encore #also the set design was insane #the stage was like a circle with big letters spelling matilda…#but when they brought a certain letter upfront and showed its back it made up a different setting like matilda’s room or miss honey’s house #it was so freaking cool like please search pictures #also unrelated but mrs wormwood did a silent bend and snap at some point in the beginning of the show and i laughed so hard #no one else did but it’s okay myra i saw it and i appreciate it #(myra ruiz played mrs wormwood and fabi bang ms honey)#(if these names seem familiar to you it’s cause they’re the incredibly iconic brazilian elphaba and glinda respectively)#my post #matilda #matilda the musical

Avenday when she was a baby. The size of two praying mantises

#Emu does art #when you are seven and a half months old and not very large but by god your neck and tail started growing before anything else #she was the size of One tiny praying mantis when she hatched so. That’s a bit to grow in seven months #technically speaking her legs would have started growing a little but then the neck and tail started very fast #and maybe her wings along with the legs #at some point the wings stop growing to match her size so she can’t fly anymore #I’ve got a lot in my head about the goop creatures. Anatomy and also they grow sorta weird?#Avenday is very visibly bug like when she’s younger #and then she starts becoming like those aquatic bugs/birds I think #and then she looks more mammalish?#by the time she’s ten she’s the size of a large dog #gets to pony size by twelve?#and then a big growth spurt 13-16 #in which she starts getting longer prongs on her antenna/antlers #gets more glowspots. and gets a spikier carapace sort of #her carapace would start around 3? But only get really tough at 8 #and that would also be the time her colour patterns solidify more #when she’s past 20 she’ll start growing like a spiky fur ruff.#her tongue would be like a butterfly thing until shes 4-6 #and then it’s like a cat but much longer #So. Avenday #shes cool!

The Exclamation Point

August 7, 1990

I watched a beautiful episode of the TV show “Family” tonight.

I loved it. Willie’s friend Zeke comes out as being gay to him. Zeke says “I still am allergic to strawberries. I’m still the guy that you always knew. The same. And, Zeke, like me, learned at age 13. He slept in the garden a few nights, at age 13, in hopes it (being gay) would go away. It didn’t.

Willie was furious. They were long time friends. They shared everything but he exclamation point (Zeke was gay)

This is why I have dropped Sam. So afraid that “knowing” I’m gay might hurt him. For, I believe that he, too, is of the" exclamation point." And, if so, that he is predisposed to self destruct over it. I never want to play Williie-Zeke roll with him. It’s best that in silence we just end it.

And yet, on other plains, my gay life blooms here and there. I come into my culture, or, we come into each other. And, how grand and how glorious it is. A splendid way of being, really.

me every time i'm bored: I should make another fake pokemon game

#pokemon #anyways. this one's concept is basically the regis #which honestly i'm surprised game freak hasn't done anything with them yet #cause there's 5 regis (+ regigigas #if you add the other 13 mandatory trainers (8 gyms + elite four + champion) you cover 18 types #in this game you'd have 5 islands each with a temple to a regi + a couple gyms #the evil team is trying to get all regis to summon regigigas and do something with the continents #so you have to go to every temple and 'get' the regi first #the evil team could make the regi go mad so you'd have to battle them like totem pokemon or #whatever they were called in paldea #after defeating them you would get their blessing which is the new gimmick that is a temporary help in battle #it's different for every regi. regirock heals every member of your part for example #but you havd to recharge the power collecting shards from sparkling points in the game #anyways after that the regi's guardian would keep them 'safe' for you so you don't use regis during the main story #after becoming champion and dinishing the story you'll be able to battle the guardians to obtain the regi for yourself #anyways the climax would be that after all's done the guardians and yourself go to a sixth island where the temple of regigigas is #of course the evil team follow you and they manage to summon regigigas and your final battle is against him #again. it 's such an easy story / concept to do. i'm surprised it isn't a thing in a game yet #maybe the legends arceus hoenn game will be like that? focusing on each regi? maybe?#i think it would be cool #maybe hoenn was 5 large islands / archipielagos but due to regigigas + groudon + kyogre welll stuff happened #amd in each island a regi was worshipped in their chamber #and i would add jirachi somewhere there as well jshs
