Tinned tomatos- 90, tomato paste- 13, chopped peppers- 27, 3eggs- 210, spinach- 5 Total- 345 cals, 21.3g carbs, 24.1g protein, 15.9g fat
I seasoned it with chilli powder, chilli flakes, garlic, and smoked paprika i feel like some oregano or basil could be good in this too tho!! Also I don't but this is typically eaten with bread and its really good with it!!

WIEIAD 1000 cals restriction
This morning I ate yogurt it was 43cals
And I drank a lot of water to wait till lunch
HELP THERE IS FRIES WTF

And for dinner 3egg omelette with cheese bc I couldnt change the recipe! And some wheat I think 200cals ! I'll say 300cals to be sûre !

CINNAMON FLAX MUFFINS HEALTHY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
 
3eggs
1⁄4cup canola oil, scant
1⁄4cup sugar-free syrup, such as Da Vinci
2tablespoons water
1tablespoon vanilla
1cup flax seed meal
1⁄2teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2teaspoon baking powder
2tablespoons cinnamon (yes, 2 Tablespoons)

Direction
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Beat in oil, syrup, water and vanilla.
Combine the remaining dry ingredients, then stir in to egg mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spoon into 9 muffin tins (lined with papers).
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. They will be browned and seem set when you press on them.
Put on a cooling rack and then store in the fridge.

Found my jolteon with 3eggs (they’re hers dw she’s not stealing) what’s the Likely hood of them being eevees, I THINK the dad is the neighbors riachu (alolan riachu btw the neighbor is a rich snobby dude who imported it) (I live in Hoenn btw) and I wanna know if im gonna have to fight the neighbor on who gets to keep the babies once they hatch
Cross-species offspring tend to take after the mother, though we're not sure why. I'd say the likelihood of them hatching into eevees is very high.

My Challah Recipe
Ingredients
Levain:
4tbsp 100% hydration starter
1/3cup hot water (not boiling)
1cup flour
Dough:
3 cups of flour
3eggs+1 for egg wash
1tbsp kosher salt, or 1tsp table salt
1/3cup sugar
1/3cup warm water
1/3 any oil
Instructions:
Levain:
1. In a small bowl, whisk starter and hot water until it’s completely dissolved. Should look bubbly.
2. Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Knead this mixture until it comes together into a sticky dough. If it’s too sticky, add a tablespoon of flour, one at a time.
3. Oil a bowl, place levain, and cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Let ferment for 8-16hrs. Final mixture should at least double in size, if not more, and look bubbly.
Dough:
1. In a large bowl, add the sugar, salt, eggs, oil, and water, and whisk together. Whisk until the mixture is frothy.
2. Add all three cups of flour and mix with a wooden spoon until you see little to no liquid and mixture resembles wet sand.
3. Add the levain. Using the spoon, break it up as you incorporate it into the mixture until the mixture mostly comes together.
4. Flour your hands, and onto a lightly floured work surface, begin to knead the dough. As you continue to knead it, it will become stickier. Use this to your advantage to “mop up” excess flour to incorporate into the dough. Knead for about five minutes, or until the dough becomes plump, supple, and not sticky, add flour as necessary. (it’s okay if it’s a little sticky, just not “stick to the counter ‘Oh, no, this might never come off’” sticky).
5. Place into an oiled bowl and let ferment for about 2hrs. Dough should expand slightly, though not dramatically.
6. This is when you should take the dough in your hands, recite the blessing, and take challah. Plop onto a work surface and using a bench scraper or a lightly oiled knife, cut the dough in half, and then cut each half into three equal pieces. Roll each piece out gently until it measures about 10inches long. Braid the strands.
7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (you could also oil the sheet, just be advised that it might be a little difficult, though not impossible, to remove the bread) and place braided dough onto it. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and leave in a warm place, until doubled in size (anywhere from 2-4hrs).
8. About 30mins before the end of the last fermentation, turn oven to 350°F and egg wash the bread.
9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
10. If possible, once bread is removed, place it under a large bowl or some foil to allow the finished bread to steam. This will result in a softer bread.
Experiment with it! Add herbs like rosemary and thyme, or even place garlic cloves on top of it as it bakes.

Might have another snack but I won’t go over 700kcal for today
