Wooohooo this post will have me up to date - and I may be the only one who cares - but that doesn't matter. :P

Today was definitely a carb heavy day - but i had veggies mixed in?

Breakfast - Coffee (with the most adorable cup ever) and the hashbrown/egg bake I made over the weekend. I def. added some ketchup to the top because it was a bit dry - but it still tasted good.

Lunch - Spaghetti with mix of marina and alfredo sauce with 2 meatballs and salad with dressing (work had leftovers from Mondays catered food and and this economy you just can't pass up free food)

Snack - 1 Hershey Chocolate bell (unpictured) and roasted seaweed

Dinner - Spaghetti/Fettucine with meat sauce, 1/2 a mini baguette, and salad with dressing.

So my work was going to throw away what was left from the Olive Garden food. There was a whole pan of noodles and 2 full sizes of sauce. I was like shit if no one wants it I will take it home. The remaining sauce I am going to put in the freezer and save for another day. I told Hayden we can eat the noodle between now and the weekend with whatever we want (i.e. leftover chili from yesterday). Most likely though I am going to toss the alfredo sauce after we eat a bit of it- I just don't think that would freeze well. Am I wrong?

Oh, and before bed I had 1 Ferrero Rocher and some milk.

I mean yes today was a carb day - but I didn't feel bloated or run down because I just stuck to having the on plate each time and not going back for seconds.

I know to most this may not seem super healthy - but I promise this is progress for me.

The touch starvation is so bad guys, I want a 3 hour hug, I'm desperately needy, but it's bordering on almost touch averse now. A pretty cosmetology girl I met tried to touch my hair to access if I'd suit a side shave this week and I flinched and bristled a bit; like a scared dog. But one soft touch and I'm melting, I daydream about cozy cuddles, gentle touches, though now sometimes random gestures of even platonic affection feel strange. God tho I want cuddles and my hair stroked til I fall asleep.

I think if a pretty girl and I got to dating I'd fold so fast, just like I have before when it's this bad, to where light rhythmic, cozy touches are electric and I'll whimper and gasp as they light up my skin, barely holding in my level of pleasure and contentment, trembling a little with the effort, while getting overwhelmed by the sweetness and comfort it brings.
