I just got a Gym Membership! I’m doing a 16h fast! Today is the day and here’s the plan!
Workout 2.5 hours
Meals!
Bfast: 300calories
Lunch: 300 calories
Dinner: 150 calories
Water intake 200oz
Sleep: 4-6 hours
Current weight: 258
Goal weight: 160

Stay under 300calories! And fast at least once a week! If you can excerscise in the morning and in the afternoon 3-4hours before bed, because it wakes you up & sleeping makes you pretty and skinny 💗

Another thing that may influence why you're lethargic is that your metabolic rate goes up by 10-20%-ish during your luteal phase which means you may need to up your calorie intake by up to 300calories. And from my own experience eating a bit more usually helps, because it gives me that energy that I need.
Hi! Yep. I do feel that too, and I do eat more (and especially more carbs) at that time. But this helps with a different type of tiredness/lack of energy. I don't know how to explain it. This lethargy isn't quite the same thing as what I feel like when I haven't slept enough, or done too much, or not eaten enough. I do feel a different type of tiredness that is helped by throwing a few of the sweets I hide in my desk drawer in my mouth but this isn't it.

today wasn't as bad since i had school so it kind of made restricting easier! i decided that i binge too much at home so im just not going to eat at home whatsoever

1pm- One and a half german type of pancake with nothing- around 309calories
5pm-diet coke-2calories
5pm-crispbread-54 calories
6pm- a few puffy pastry rolls(this is so bad they have SO many calories)- I would say around 250-300calories
6pm-another crispbread, with avocado-around 100calories
6pm-One vegan cookie-around 90calories
total: 830 calories
Thats like okay but I still want to burn some calories so I will workout now, I ll update later
update 1: 20 minutes hoola hoop= burned 96 calories
update 2: 12 min pamela reif workout= burned around 80 calories
update 3: 10 min sweaty endorphins pamela reif workout= burned around 80 calories
total burned: 256calories
total calories today: 574 calories

I like sweets
Love sweets
Like I like cookies and donuts and cinnamon rolls
But you know why I stay away from it? The texture, idk why but I can’t stand the texture, I also can’t get myself to eat 300calories in one little bite either, and I just tell myself I don’t need it because I feel like I don’t deserve it enough because I’m already eating so much during the day

Creamy chicken Alfredo w mushrooms
300calories per serve
ingredients
250 grams Lean Chicken Breast
250 grams Slendier Organic Fettuccine
2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon(s) Reduced Salt Butter
¼ cup(s) Parmesan Cheese
½ cup(s) Light Sour Cream
80 grams Button Mushrooms, sliced
2 Sprays of Olive OIl
Directions
1- Prepare Slendier fettuccine as per instruction on the pack and set aside
2- Lightly spray a non stick pan and place on a gentle heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Once cooked remove from pan and set aside.
3- In a small pan add butter and melt over a low heat; add crushed garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cream and stir to combine. Reduce heat to pan and add prepared Slendier fettuccine and toss
4- Slice chicken breast into strips and add to pan. Add parmesan cheese and parsley and gently toss
