The community likes to joke that the hourly Marcille twitter account is hourly marchil because they’re next to each other in panels close enough to be uncroppable just SO often. I looked through some chapters again i have soo many crumbs actually help god… Part 9 is already filled help -trips and falls and 30 more marchilly moments fall out-

Giggling at his "joke" except it’s not a joke and not funny, girl.. Get up… God, reminds me a little of the tentacles comic, where the party laughed at a thing he said and the laughter encouraged him to do another joke. The laughs matter to him lowkey hehe <3

Using each other’s tools~ A little intimate, a little too comfortable doing it. But they’re overly familiar with each other all the time so nothing new

Obviously he loves and cares for all of his friends but whenever shit hits the fan the person he tries to tug out of danger ("Marcille we need to get out of here!!!") is the girl who can blow things up with her mind all the time

Ok this would take way too long to put in here alongside a whole analysis so that’s what I’ll do: I’ll make a whole post about the weird unexpected ep 15 jealousy subtext and after I do I’ll link it here too for the chronology. But know that the anime adaptation of the dryad and cockatrice chapters put my marchil goggles ON it was wild

Considering what we were Just talking about, it’s interesting to indulge in the ‘jealous of Laios over Marcille’ train of thought. Laios is a knight, laios can actually step in if she’s in danger, the way he was able to and did once he was changeling-ed into a tallman… Might do a separate post compiling just all the times he tries to physically pull her away from trouble and such it’s interesting. Chilchuck being specially worried for Marcille for 90 chapters fun! And then as a tallman he pulls her around all over, because now he Can Do It…

Here though, him clicking his tongue is probably about her avoiding saying her age (ie to him being a massive hypocrite).

His shapeshifter of her is even talking about her hair quality. He’s obsessed man idk

It was very subtle in the anime sadly but you can notice his shapeshifter of her has more hair reflects, not just around the forehead but down the braid too.

We all know what Marcille’s shapeshifter of him was about already, refer to previous parts for Kui’s official explanation, but also the way he looks really tickles me. Bigger eyes and fluffier hair? Fluffier hair that looks tempting to pet mayhaps? You can truly feel the age on chilchuck on the right I feel lol… The contrast feels flattering to her shapeshifter lmaooo

He looks like he could star in Percy Jackson. YA male lead energy. Roguish hair beautiful brown eyes.

If you want the extra fun info… There are 4 of these What If comics in the first pamphlet right, one that centers each main four characters. Laios’ is the getting eaten by a dragon one, Senshi’s about what if they never met him, Chilchuck’s is about the treasure gems and Marcille’s is about… Chilchuck. Joking, it’s about Marcille worrying about Chilchuck. To heal or not to heal…

When Laios isn’t there Chilchuck defaults to her lead that’s kinda neat. Like we’ve seen many many times in this crumbs compilation they like to strategize together so, obviously they trust each other’s judgement to a high degree

Ok it’s been a long time since these stuff came out but there’s been a couple of jp VA Marcille & Chilchuck notable happenings. Marcille and Chilchuck VAs said each other’s characters were cute here at 16:05, and now this. Details, but also Chilchuck’s VA was told to act less familiar in-character with Marcille as said here also. Coworker cannot say she’s not a burden in that early episode too heartfelt, the blushing is already loud…

What do you mean… No he wasn’t……. Well. I’ll take the crumb…?

BlackBonnet OTP Challenge 5- kissing

Ooookay, so they're not actively kissing, but the point of me using these challenge prompts is to inspire myself moreso than to perfectly fit into a box and the idea of Stede pulling Ed in by the cravat Ed never gave back wouldn't get out of my head. Ed gets to have his innkeeper keys. Stede gets to have his stubbly chin. I get to have my crumbs of seratonin from looking at pretty men smoochin'.

This is, weirdly enough, the first time I have drawn Stede on the right side of a picture of the two of them (save for the mermaids flag reimagining, but that one's kind of cyclical so I don't quite count it). That's not been a conscious thing; it's just kind of how it happened.
