My mother just woke me up to tell me the news. I thought she was joking or had possibly misunderstood the votes, read some bad information— the first thing out my mouth was just a disbelieveing, "no.", so fucking sure of myself.

When she just said "yes.", I repeated myself with another, identical, flat, "no."

Again, in the same tone, she said only "yes."

"How?"

"I don't know."

My mother's last words to be this morning before she went to work was "it's about time get very dangerous to be a woman in this country. Especially a gay one." as she kissed my forhead goodbye.

I have to believe that this isn't the end of the world because at this point, I don't see how this isn't the road to it. For all my jokes and idle, morbid wonderings, I don't actually want to see the human circus, 10 car pileup of what comes next.

My one only hope is that the house once again votes against its people, and comes to it's own decision. Just this once, I'll give them a pass.

If you activley voted for Trump, I don't want to be friends. I don't want you to follow me. My writing, my art, the things I create with my own two hands with love, it's not for people like you.

Mob comes back for the winter break and decides to spend a couple of days at Shisho's while his parents are away on vacation. He finds shisho's machine and asks to see it in action.

Mob felt like he always found strange things at his shisho’s place. From cursed items he took home for some reason to strange gadgets he couldn’t see the use of.

A fucking machine was a new category though.

“M-Mob please, stop looking at it so much, I swear I haven’t used this in ages, nothing compares to you” Reigen tried convincing him. He was failing at doing so, not when the machine was placed in such an easy-to-access spot under the bed, with a bin that had fun attachments for it and a very new lube bottle.

Mob barely glanced up at him, going back to his observation. He wasn’t mad, nor did he mind it per se. If the man wanted to find the release some steam while he was away, he had every right to. It wasn’t like Mob hadn’t thought of getting something for himself, were not in a dorm with other people.

He actually had something very different in mind when looking at this.

“Shisho, show me how this works” Mob stated, looking up at a now blushing Reigen, the older man looking stunned.

“W-what did you say?” he asked, as if unsure he had really heard what Mob had just asked of him.

“I said, I want to see you use it” the young man replied.

All Reigen could do was stare at him for a moment, feeling his face heating up more and more. When did the roles reversed, where shy and anxious Mob became the one to make him feel flustered. He had expected Mob to dislike the idea actually, from what he had heard from other people, not want to see him use it.

“Ah, unless shisho really doesn’t want me to see” Mob said, looking back down at the machine and the bin of toys. “I won’t force you to do something you don’t want to” he gpointed out. He did look a little bumped out about it.

He really wanted to see it happen.

“Okay fine” Reigen replied, looking to the side, still feeling a bit embarrassed at the idea.

In the time it took to set everything up, Reigen started wondering again if this was a good idea. But Mob’s finger skillfully worked inside him for the first time in weeks and his excited face was enough to keep him from changing his mind.

“Which one should we try first, shisho?” Mob asked so casually, fingers still stretching him open, pressing on his prostate. He used his power, floating some of the ones that had caught his attention.

Of course, he had to pick the unusual one, with fantasy themes, ridges and bumps.

“The blue one,” Reigen said after staying quiet for a moment, looking at the line up. It was a rather medium one to start it, with bumps that felt nice as it brushed against his walls.

This had Mob humming slightly, pulling away from him so he could attach it properly. He did turn back to him, as if waiting to know if he had done it properly, receiving a nod from Reigen. He even helped Reigen position himself properly on the bed, making sure he was comfortable.

Then he just sat on the ground, looking at him with great attention.

Reigen wanted to sigh at the attention he was getting like this, feeling awfully exposed as he was naked and on display like this on the bed. He wasn’t sure if he should really find it hot that Mob was still fully dressed.

He tried focusing on relaxing, looking down at the bed cover as he used one hand to help the toy inside of him. He slowly sank down on it, getting himself used to the size of the bumpy length.

He could feel Mob’s intense gaze on him, making goosebumps raise over his skin.

Ski conditions at the resorts above Salt Lake City, a vital source of revenue, would deteriorate. The lucrative extraction of magnesium and other minerals from the lake could stop."

The Great Salt Lake is an important stopover for scores of migratory shorebirds. As the lake dries, predators like coyotes are appearing in areas that used to be underwater.

"Scientists say the West is believed to be as dry as it's been in 1200 years."

"Utah Faces an ‘Environmental Nuclear Bomb’ "

"Most alarming, the air surrounding Salt Lake City would occasionally turn poisonous. The lake bed contains high levels of arsenic and as more of it becomes exposed, wind storms carry that arsenic into the lungs of nearby residents, who make up three-quarters of Utah’s population."

The stakes are alarmingly high, according to Timothy D. Hawkes, a Republican lawmaker who wants more aggressive action. Otherwise, he said, the Great Salt Lake risks the same fate as California's Owens Lake, which went dry decades ago, which produced the worst levels of dust pollution in the US and helping to turn the nearby community into a ghost town.

I would bet money that if the lake isn't saved, the Olympics won't be hosted by Salt Lake. It's too dangerous.

Gcse rambles

Wow that was pretty good!

That story was soooo boring but i did the writing first and i think i did soooo well! (Also those two prompts were so good. I did tge dissagreement)

So i wrote a story in second person (you) and i left the dissagreement vague only focusing on the feelings you get during an intense argument rather than anyhing that was being said and i think i did really well. (The story's character was "you" and "they") I wrote like 3 pages (but my handwriting is big and i skipped a few lines with crossings out and stuff everywhere)

I remembered some lines and noted them as i was leaving cuz i think they were so good:

Fear taints you like an injured animal not knowing what is a threat, snapping at everything, unable to calm down.

Part of you wants to throw that damned clock into the wall, but you know that you can't your heart grasps desperately at the steady beat. It's your lifeline.

Their stance, big, wide, predatory

Their sly, snaking, salivating tongue has you bracing for impact. Massive lied nip at your heart - and you snap.

And im so proud of that lol. I also managed to use many varied sentence structures, good punctuation, ciclical structure and everything. I poured all my emotional energy into that. I was also forced to write in present tense because of the perspective, which i usually can never do well.

Anyways that extract was so boring, and that Q4 is like... no???? Mary deserved getting yelled at Dick is completely justified in this. This is the first time ive completely dissagreed with the statement.
