in the southeast part of Kitakami, at nighttime, you can find wild Gengar! they can come as low level as 25, per the usual restriction which i'm getting tired of saying, so if anyone's ever wanted to run a full on Gengar and can't trade, this is a pretty good time. there's an in-game trade for one in Levincia, eastern end where Iono gyms it up, just catch a Pincurchin, you'll get it at level 25. that one has the IVs rigged, and it's in your favor. there's also one in Giant's Cap in Galar, but that's level 60.

Alakazam could be found in some areas of Isle of Armor in gen 8, weather and water bike permitting, as low as 50, Machamp is seen somewhere in Giant's Mirror in Galar's base game, level 60 like Gengar, and both Golems have never been simple wild encounters, outside of Arceus, but like, all of them can be reasonably run there. i did forget, in Moon, there's a guy who would Trade you an Alolan Graveler for Haunter, so you can have that at least. that said, you can catch any of these four from various Raids in gens 8 and 9. but that involves doing the Raids, and i don't think they'll get easier than 5 star.
