Bir gece düşünün, dışarda hava buz gibi sıcacık yatağınızda uyuduğunuz bir gece. Uykuya dalalı çok olmamış. Normalde asla uyanamazsınız ama bir gece düşünün son defa uyandığınızı düşündüğünüz bir gece...Aniden kesilen elektrik, karanlığın ortasında sadece yerden gelen bir gürültü ve dışardaki çığlık sesleri sonrası yok, sonrası kayıp hemde her anlamda kayıp...Sizde eksildi mi bilmiyorum ama eksilmiyor. Üzüntüden çok öfkemiz eksilmiyor. Ne bir yıl geçmesi siz bir yıl geçtiğini mi zannediyorsunuz ? Onlarca yüzlerce insan hâla 04.17'de. Biz neyi anıyoruz ? 365 gündür her gün hissettiğimiz şeyleri mi ? Eksikliklerimizi mi ? Başarısızlıklarımızı mı ? Sebep olanları mı ? Ölümü mü yoksa yaşamı mı ? Unutulan şeyler değil mi hatırlanan, unutmadık ki biz, anlayamadığımdan soruyorum tam olarak neyi hatırlıyoruz ? Sizin kulaklarınızdan silindi mi o feryat figanlar, gözlerinizden kayboldu mu gördükleriniz, uyuyabiliyor musunuz karanlıkta, düşünmeden durabiliyor musunuz onca insanın yarım kalan hikayesini...Kaç yaşıma gelirsem geleyim uykudan uyanıp karanlığın içindeki o sesleri, öldük bitti sona geldik diye düşündüğüm o anı unutamayacağım. Ve ondan sonraki bir ayı. Gördüklerimi, duyduklarımı, yaşadıklarımı...Hissettiğim duygular hiç bu kadar güçlü olmamıştı.Yaşayabildiğime hiç bu kadar şükretmemiştim. Son bir senedir her anım, alabildiğim her nefes bir başka. Sevin, affedin, sahip olduğunuz ne varsa sıkı sıkıya tutunun. Hâla hayattayken ertelemeyin. Hayat hesapladığınız kadar uzun değil,yarın diye bir şey her zaman olmuyor...

Started off as a decent day. Late morning, bf came back from class and got back into bed until like 1pm. We watched the Love is Blind reunion. It kind of sucked. Alex asked me to go to trivia with her and Frank later on in the day. I said yes.

Our favorite trivia, and the trivia our whole friend group still actively attends, is at a bar where my bf used to work. They treated him bad, he quit, and he hates it now. We've had conversations before because sometimes he's okay with me going, and sometimes he's not. He's been so upset sometimes when I come home. Other times he's been completely fine. This has, in turn, caused me to be incredibly anxious when I accept an invitation from a friend. I'm anxious leading up to leaving, and anxious the whole time I'm there. Then I get to come home and find out if the anxiety is warranted.

Today I told myself it would be fine, but surprise! It wasn't. He was short with me, or straight up didn't respond. I gave him some space, I cleaned the kitchen a bit. He came out, grabbed his keys and said he's leaving. I asked to where, and he said walmart. He was home soon, and with our friend, John. He was being totally normal towards John. I talked to my bf’s sister a bit. She said that the bar is just a big trigger for him, and that he should at least let me know that he’s not mad at me and that the bar is just upsetting to him in general. So I asked him if he could do that.

I told John that my bf is upset with me right now, in a light hearted tone (John can handle a bit of discomfort). And my bf said that he already told him! Okay great! So I asked him if he could just let me know that he’s not mad at me. His response was that he’s upset and he just needed some space. So I asked him to let me know next time that he needs some space. He said that he told me before hand (hours ago, literal hours ago) that he was going to be upset.

I’m crying in my bathroom now. I don’t know how to handle this situation. Every time I try I do it wrong. He just wants to be upset at me and for me to feel it, you know? He just wants me to feel it.
