maybe this is just me, but i'm kind of very happy that neil has confirmed with the s3 announcement that crowley and aziraphale really aren't talking.

there's no secret plan there's no time stop there's no body swap. they are not talking.

because i was always of the belief that the story would be better if they truly had a falling out. if there was not some secret plan behind the final fifteen. if it was really just that they both said the wrong things at the wrong times. if aziraphale just made the choice that crowley could never follow him on. if crowley waited just slightly too long to confess his feelings. if it really was just that it fell apart in real time.

i never wanted some secret plan because i want to see them both grow independently of each other. i want to see aziraphale realize just how much he hurt crowley, just how bad heaven really is. i want crowley to realize that he can be his own person independent of aziraphale. i want him to set some fucking boundaries.

idk i just think that their eventual reunion will be so much better knowing that they really weren't talking. knowing that it's a true and proper reunion, that it really will be about them making up with each other.

i don't know what neil has in store, obviously. but knowing that one little fact is reassuring to me. and i know that whatever happens in s3, it will be amazing. i'm so fucking ready.

I got into the fandom and ended up lost. I got this random idea so... here it is.

Danyal and Damian are raised mostly separate but do come together for sparring matches and whatever else. They're both skilled, talented individuals. So much so that because of their whole twin thing, there's no clear heir.

Damian had always thought of Danyal being Robin while he was the Demon Head. Danyal seemed much more free, more playful. He can switch up quickly and always was attentive, but he was much less uptight than Damian.

Maybe it was because Damian's interest with animals was forbidden and not reachable in the league compared to Danyal's interest in astronomy, which was easy to cover up.

But to their grandfather, that wasn't an option. So, he made them fight to the death. Before they went up, Talia had promised to revive the loser as long as they fought with everything they've got. Put on a show.

They fight, Danyal sacrifices himself by "miscalculating" a move and gets killed. Damian is then named the heir.

However, when they go to revive Danyal, nothing happens. Maybe he wasn't dead long enough or was in contact with blood blossoms- idk. But he doesn't come back.

Danyal ends up in the Infinite Realms. After realizing that he wasn't getting revived, he goes through a journey to go back. He ends up getting into a bunch of fights and eventually becomes someone important (Ghost King, Crown Prince, Baby Ancient, whatever).

He makes it back and... idk. Maybe it was a team effort where Phantom interacts like a poltergeist and has to work together with Damian to have him return to the mortal realm.

Revived or maybe fully a ghost. Maybe he ends up having to get a whole curse thing going on to attach him to Damian or an object.

idk, I feel like this would be a fun little thing. Maybe I'll make a oneshot? But that'll be a bit and not as detailed as I'm currently craving.

Maybe the fentons could be a thing but just- sorta unrelated? Or maybe just- get rid of them and have the GIW take place of that idea. They're a problem in a season/part 2 where Danny's struggling to reconnect and deal with how distant the family is with everything. Stack family problems with GIW and you have a lovely death-day cake!

Ah... but I do want Dani/Elle/Danielle to exist. I just like her around. How would Vlad work?

Sometimes i think about nishikis portrait on that wall, do you think kazama saw it and thought kiryu, his son, should be there instead? Did nishiki represent all of those hedonistic ways of so many yakuza? While kiryu was an extension of himself, his ideals, his morals? Was nishiki all the things he hated? Or was he that constant reminder of all the ruin he caused. Did he have any feelings towards nishiki at all? Was he still that sniffling boy who dug his hands into his pockets looking for candy? Did he dote on him the way he did kiryu? Did he mourn yuko? Or did he not even know? Something tells me it was only nishiki at her funeral. Im uncertain if there is any RGGO info on this, but id love to know if there’s any more details on Kazama and Nishikis relationship (also I couldn’t find anything about how old nishiki/kiryu were when they went to the orphanage too, I assume nishiki was a bit older though). I like to think Nishiki did not feel much familial relations towards.. well anyone except kiryu, yuko, and yumi. At best kazama and kashiwagi were mentors unlike kiryu who viewed them as a father and an older brother. I think it’s a bit different for them partly because nishiki had a sister, his “need” for family was already filled by both her and kiryu. I like to think Nishiki thought viewing kazama and kashiwagi as family was a bit silly but would entertain it for kiryus sake, it’s clear to me that Nishiki enjoyed the yakuza lifestyle while kiryu for a lack of better word, didn’t. So it makes sense to me that they were superiors to him and nothing more, he didnt owe them anything and they didnt owe him. Kazama and Nishiki have such an interesting dynamic partly because it is so non existent.. like yeah kazama… there was NOTHING you could’ve done huh? You really didnt see this one coming? It’s interesting how nishiki is kinda portrayed by the fandom to be a loser when by all accounts he was a very successful yakuza, hell, his family succeeded him by 3 games! I wish nishiki challenged kiryus perspective on kazama a bit more, we see kazama being questioned a few times in some of the games but kiryu always seems to brush it off… it makes me wonder.. what are these seeds of doubt being planted for? Kiryu? Or just the audience? As a protagonist it is nice to see kiryu being wrong but idk, at this point in the series i cant help but ask; what is it for? It’d be nice to see some growth from him…

Also i had this quick thought n dont want to make another post for it but i think its cool how nishiki is mainly defined by characteristics such as greedy, insecurity , jealousy, vanity, and anger. You can sorta tell which nishiki fans favorite characteristic is too, personally mine is his vanity. - he does have his sweet moments too. If you play videogames, he'll play with you if it's multiplayer. If it's not - no worries, you'll both play it, sitting side-by-side.

- if you're not into videogames though, he does like learning stuff, especially from you. He thinks that you're a good teacher, and even if it's you teaching him how to make coffee (because he doesn't know and wants to learn), he'll keep persevering through it just for you.

- oh boy. Room time.

- his room isn't that bad, if you can look past the giant pile of Monster cans in a trashcan below his desk. It's often dark, with the blinds down, and if you're walking down the hallway, there's a 90% chance that you'll see green led lights shining through the gap beneath his door.

- speaking of his door, it's covered in those signs that say stuff like 'warning! no stupid people beyond this point' or 'dont touch me until I've had my morning Monster'. If you couldn't tell yet, he's obsessed with Monster.

- he streams on twitch, and he's pretty popular, so you'll hear screams of disappointment coming from his room quite often.

- but one sight that you'll never forget is when you went to bring him apple slices (did I mention that he likes apples??), you opened the door to him standing in front of his monitor in a maid dress 😭. According to him, this was a dare that his viewers had him do, and that you better not mention this to anyone!!

- he was so red when he was explaining it though 🤭🤭 you, being the kind soul that you are, swore on your heart to keep it a secret :)

- omfg you KNOW this man likes having meals with you. That's such a random thought but hear me out.

- when you eat, he eats with you at the table. Even if you made something only for yourself, he'll whip something up for him and eat with you.

- ANYways he likes to save money so much that his room only consists of a mattress on the floor, a coffee table for a desk, a beanbag in the corner, and a bookshelf that is practically overflowing with books. You take pity on him, of course, and buy him another bookshelf, which he now treasures :)

- probably has a lot of plants around the house/apartment, and he takes care of them as if they were his children. There isn't a day when there isn't a bouquet of flowers sitting on the dinner table.

- if you're allergic to pollen, though, he'll make sure to buy plants, not flowers, like China Dolls or aloe vera or cactuses, whichever you like best 🤭

- he LOVES reading!! Whenever you come downstairs, you'll see him reading, and if you're interested, he'll recommend it or books like it. He does wear reading glasses and he looks really hot in them but don't tell him I said that

- he probably takes forty-minute showers, and the shower is chock-full of hair products. 2-in-1 shampoo?? Zhongli's never heard of it. He may be (nearly) broke, but he takes care of his hair.

- tbh I think he likes to bake bread. Idk if COVID is a thing in the modern au, but if it is, then he was probably one of the people that searched up 'how to make banana/sourdough bread' and fell in love with making it...

- I like to think that he has a nice and neat schedule for each day, and his sleep schedule specifically is so freakin amazing. He goes to sleep at around 9-10, and wakes up at 6am sharp 😭

- he also likes tea before bed (and any other time of day really). He loves the different scents of the tea and it calms him a lot, so be prepared for a ton of afternoon tea parties with him :D

- ok so we know that Diluc is super rich and stuff but let's just pretend that he roomed w you to save money-

- he works out. A lot. Usually in the morning and around 8pm, and he always goes to this super fancy private gym or whatever.

- and he KNOWS that you go 'ooga booga man titties' mode whenever you see his chest so that bastard is almost always shirtless

- "Diluc why are u shirtless??" "It's hot in here" "...it's like 65 degrees. How tf are you hot"

- no but he's nice though, don't get me wrong. He'll help you do stuff around the house that you can't and he always seems to be there to help. Can't reach something? Diluc's there. Can't open something because it's too heavy? Diluc's got you.

- he'll do chores, just not very well. Can't do the dishes manually at ALL, and if you do have a dishwasher (which he buys on the third day if you don't), he will fall to his knees and thank the gods.

- he has a 10-step skincare routine. His skin is flawless and you are a little jealous, but if you really want to use some of his products, he won't mind :)

- he can cook (but not desserts/pastries lmao). He's super good with the grill, if you want grilled meat or fish or veggies or anything, really. But if you don't want it grilled, he's just as happy to make it using another method!!

- super good at board games, he's especially amazing at monopoly. Nobody can beat him, and he's proud of it >:)

- you've never been in his room for some reason, but you expect that it's very modern and monochrome, with hints of red (obvi).

- he usually has kinda red eyes in the morning, though, and when you asked about it he said that he likes going for night drives, but you were a little suspicious

- you stayed awake one night and you could hear him exit, but no car noises 🤔 you still wonder on what's he's doing so late almost every single night...

- also speaking about cars, the neighbors are always shocked that there's a lamborghini parked outside of your residence (house, apt building, what have you) lmao

- they're always like "do you have a rich bf?? Who is he??" and you're like "nah he's just my roommate :D"

albedo

- this man!!! He's so big brain!!!

- he'll definitely help you with studying for literally anything. Computer science? He got you covered. Bio? Sign him up. Hell, even art? He's super good at it so he won't mind teaching you!

- but when I tell you that he consumes a lot of coffee, it's a LOT. Like 4-5 cups a day. You wonder how, and even if, he sleeps.

- he makes really good coffee too! He bought one of those super cool ones and the coffee he makes is legendary. No wonder he drinks it so often!!

- he barely eats simply because he has so much work, and you essentially have to force him to come downstairs. You make him eat lunch and dinner, and occasionally breakfast if he can. He's super grateful for it, because he sometimes doesn't realize his hunger until he sits down at the table and his stomach growls like a bear-

- he loves classical music, especially Debussy, and it's always playing in his room. You started warming up to it, actually, and now whenever you hear Debussy, you think of Albedo.

- speaking of his room, it's... kinda messy, actually. Think paper and pencils and eraser shavings everywhere. He does clean it up like two times a month, but the papers always reappear within a couple days.

- he really likes art, and he'll hang some of his faves around the house/apartment :) it honestly makes the whole space feel cozier

- does his chores VERY last-minute, but he feels bad about it. You always tell him that it's nothing to worry about, that he still does them, but he insists on trying his best to do them earlier, which you appreciate :D

- he actually uses you as an art reference sometimes, only if you're free for an hour though. He doesn't like paying for models to come in and pose so he saves money by asking you... or at least that's what he says 👀

- your main bonding time is when you go in his room (or vice-versa) and just chill. He likes your company more than he'd like to admit, and you sometimes catch him staring at you from across the room when you're laying on his barely-used bed.

Wolf likes to steal hoodies mostly Ghost's, much to his dismay (he lowkey loves it❤️). It started after ghost left one of his hoodies in the washer, and Wolf rewashed it with her oversized hoodie. Didn't really notice til she wore it. With ghost being 6'3 or 6'4 (idk how tall he is) and her being 5'2 its like a freaking blanket. She has stolen everyone's hoodies, but prefers Ghost's because it's the most comfy.

Wolf once dared Soap to eat a spoonful of wasabi, he died, no really (no seriously they almost planned him a funeral) he dropped on the floor flailing and drank and entire milk cartoon while running his head under a faucet. He's now terrified of wasabi.

Depends Better at following recipes and making things that have a legit name - Percy Better at making like 3 random ingredients taste really good - Remus

I think that Remus holds himself back when it comes to Percy I don't think they're a particularly sappy couple but i like the idea that they leave little memos around the house about reminders and such

I do think Percy outlives Remus even in a Remus survives the war au not only is there the age gap and Remus already being a good bit older then him which is sorta whatever in wizard health but he is also a werewolf and also canonically not normally well off enough to really take care of himself for many years so i think it just happens I also think it's something Percy expected so its something that he comes to terms with far before it actually happens so he's devastated but is still able to pick himself back up to be there for Teddy

4.What they do on date night

take out at home? probably dropping off Teddy with Harry or his grandmother for the night

Like I said for Perciver I typically give Percy 4 kids in most scenarios but for them when I think about them its typically a soulmate au (because i love the concept of Remus trying so hard not to ruin this poor kids life by just trying to avoid it in one way or another) or a Remus lives au when its within the first few years after the war so in that case i think like 2 (or three if you have Molly and Lucy as twins again) is more likely

Respect like as a teacher very "well he seems competent" on Percy's side I dont think Remus thought about Percy much at all until later in the year and it was probably just that he was smart or something basic like that the man was distracted

I thought you were supposed to build something to get down but I sorta just fell off for the heck of it and I was extremely charmed by the fact that they said yes you can jump off and just dive into some random body of water from miles above in the sky and again I love the music for that/when you're first introduced to the sky islands

sky islands fun but it's nice being on the ground hahahfg/having a glider now and not constantly breaking into a sweat at hEIGHTS haha like....I went to the top of the temple and crawled all the way around to the other side of the locked doors lmao but the amount of times I slipped and fell of those tiny ledges

I still love freefalling and using the glider at the last second

i'm gonna start by saying this happened a couple years ago, and ages will reflect our ages at the time. i know very well it was Teen Shit, but i still think about it and wonder if i could have done anything better, so i figured this would be a good place to see if i'm overthinking it.

i (16/17NB) made a friend (17/18NB) in my junior year of hs through another friend in our group- this person soon joined our main group of friends and was the group's only senior. towards the beginning of the year, i was starting to pick up that this friend was into me. i was... a little weirded out, since we weren't close and they were laying it on kinda heavy (i'm very oblivious so for me to notice is saying a lot), but they were like. harmless, so i just kinda ignored it. we went to homecoming specifically as friends and all that (they were hard to say no to) since they had never gone, and they weren't being creepy. eventually they confessed they liked me. in front of all our friends. i panicked and couldn't reject them in front of everyone like that so i lied and said i needed to think about it before politely telling them no a day or so later. they took it a lot better than i thought they would and i breathed a bit of a sigh of relief. however, they... kept talking about liking me in front of me and our friends? including like... sexual fantasies?? i'm ace and was Very Weirded Out by this and after a few days i think they took the hint and stopped. our friends would tease a bit, but they eventually apologized to me for it so i've got nothing against them.

i sorta brushed that one off (they were autistic + schizophrenic so they may have just not realized it was inappropriate) but throughout the rest of the year there were a lot of other little things that piled up and made most of our group uncomfortable. they were really clingy with me and most days i couldn't eat lunch without them laying on me like a cat (i was around 100lbs + they were double my weight so it kinda hurt sometimes- not to mention inconvenience). they would constantly vent about their mental issues and what all they've been through (a lot, tbf) without even asking- like, this happened almost daily- and while my whole group has dealt w plenty of mental illness n such it was starting to really weigh on us. they once told me they form unhealthy codependent attachments to people and warned me that i had become one of those people- i told them that while i wasn't mad i wouldn't be able to be there all the time and had already had bad experiences with this sort of thing (true)- thankfully they seemed respectful of that. they made a Lot of enemies and it was exhausting talking about some random friend only to have them bring up how that person was so awful to them. it got to the point where by the end of the year i was sneaking in the halls to avoid walking with them- i was just overwhelmed. we all went to graduation to support them, but i decided that once that was over that would be it, i was done. i took the opportunity of them going to college to distance myself and haven't talked to them since that summer. the same goes for everyone else in our friend group, save for my twin brother.

my brother got very close to them to the point of having a crush on them (i know, he's mostly over it now i think) and was upset when i told him i don't want to hang out with them anymore. i think they bonded over being autistic? idk- point is, he was mad at me for a bit.

normally i would just say i did what i could and move on, but part of me keeps wondering if i fucked up somehow. i knew that they had some real trauma, plus the previously mentioned schizophrenia and autism, not to mention recovering from an ED (lots going on) and those were definitely a factor in how they behaved. i know people are still responsible for their actions, but as someone with mental illness that causes poor behavior (i have GAD and a people-pleasing/ghosting issue myself) i would never want to blame someone for struggling. my friends and i will look back and laugh, but i can't help but feel a bit bad. so, tumblr, AITA?

I am a wolfdog(specifically stray/wild) and dromeosaur(haven’t figured out the specific species. Might be otherfix/otherspin?) therian, cryptidkin(possibly monsterkin), and dragonkith/hearted.

My wolfdog theriotype is sorta complicated?? Some days I feel more stray/wild dog some days I feel more wolf. I also don’t have the high prey drive(or the aggression a lot of the time) associated with wolfdogs. But I DO feel like a wolf and a stray dog and associate myself with being both.

My dromeosaur theriotype I’m not 100% sure on. VERY likely otherspin or otherfix.

My cryptidkin(perhaps monsterkin) kintype is hard to call a kintype because it’s sort of on the physical level? I don’t have a tangible “cryptid” form other than associating it with fog, claws, and glowing eyes(and sometimes back spikes, I don’t know). This and my wolfdog theriotype sorta mesh together sometimes.

I feel very connected to and drawn to dragons and also did when I was younger. I’ve always found myself empathizing with them more even when they’re made to be villains in stories. Might be dragonkin but I’ve never really actually bothered looking into it.

Wolf. Not wolf therian or wolfhearted or anything just wolf. I can’t explain it.

Not really questioning anything but I’ve been getting pretty intense wing phantom shifts for some months now(on back and VERY rarely sides of head) and also thinking “woah that’s literally me” towards border collies. especially since this was actually one of my original theories too!!!!! when the last twilight twitter account first shared this picture i thought this was possibly going to be a confession scene, but then the trailer came out and gave us that small glimpse of day resting his head on mork's shoulder and mork hugging him, which immediately made me think about mork trying to comfort day after learning that day's sight had started to deteriorate even further, just like you said. i was honestly fully convinced about this being the context of the scene until last friday, but after seeing the preview for episode 5 i have to admit im no longer so sure, mostly because i feel like the prospect of completely losing what's left of his sight is what's gonna lead to the songkhla trip and we know we're a couple of episodes too early for that

my current theory is that meeting august again is what's gonna upset day because it's gonna make him think about what happened during and after that last match they played together, about losing his sight and shutting himself off from everyone, about the guilt he probably feels towards august for leaving without a word (and how he would have rather had august believe he left for the states than tell him the truth). i feel like mork is gonna try to get his mind off of it until day feels like talking about it and eventually day is going to, telling mork about what happened and how he can't bring himself to face august (and maybe we're gonna have a flashback of that scene in the trailer with day destroying his room and cracking the glass on the picture of him and august)

and yeah, for the most part this au is pretty much one-to-one with the source material– tho i do have something to add for the jealousy bit! this is mostly just my own interpretation, and this could just be me being aro and not quite getting love stuff,, but i always saw arthur as not jealous of lewis,, but more just not wanting to be left out/a third-wheel. or maybe he is jealous, but not specifically of lewis– but instead, of the fact that the two tend to focus on each other, even when arthur's around.

cuz like,, mans got kicked to the backseat of his Own Van in favor of lewis, vivi, and her Dog. they let the DOG get shotgun instead of arthur. plus, in hellbent, you see a few stills of lewis and vivi being lovey-dovey to each other, with arthur sulking in the background. hell, in one of them, you see vivi looking past arthur, ignoring him in favor of waving to an out of frame lewis.

i don't think the two intended to make arthur feel left out,, they still hang out with him, so obviously they still care about him– it's just that,, i imagine they're prolly in some honeymoon sort of phase in their relationship,, maybe they just started dating and all they can really think about is how much they love each other. probably. again, idk how love works, so- take this with a grain of salt. i just find this interpretation much more interesting, personally!
