I think sometimes artists are like "I have to keep making this art because it's the art people expect from me" But I'm 40 now and I've made a lot of types or art in my life and some of that art I don't make anymore and some of it I might make again in the future. Forcing yourself to keep making art that has lost its spark for you will eat your soul. Make the art you want to make. ♥

i think we should remind musicians they can absolutely make up little stories for their songs btw. it doesn’t have to be about them at all. you can invent a guy and put him in situations to music. time honoured tradition in fact.

ai generated images make me increasingly sad and tired the more i see them in more and more casual contexts. i dont know how to explain, but it just fills the world with a bunch of nothing. no matter how visually stunning the pictures might be, there's nothing behind it for me. no dedication, no emotions, no feelings, no hard work or creativity, nothing i can truly think about, admire or enjoy. i dont think thats how art is supposed to be
