I still can’t stop laughing about how much Johnathan and Arthur on the river sounds like a D&D campaign.

Arthur: we choose to go up the river. I’m proficient with boats

Stoker (the DM): I never thought that would be useful. Go ahead and roll

Arthur: 18

Stoker: You’re doing pretty well moving up the river, but the other boats don’t want to let you inspect their cargo.

Johnathan: We buy a Romanian flag and pretend to be Romanian officials.

Stoker: You’re… You’re both English. And you’re going to pretend to be from the Romanian government?

Johnathan: I rolled a nat 20 for intimidation

Arthur: I rolled a nat 20 for deception

Stoker:… okay. Everyone lets you inspect their boats no problem. You’re now the Romanian government
