“NOOO, no no no I GOT THIS, SIT DOWN MA’AM” Jay said, waving his hands dramatically as if he was trying to shoo you away from the kitchen.

“Don’t raise your voice at me fucker!” you said snorting with laughter.

“Yes, ma’am BUT SIT DOWN PLEASE-- I GOT THIS LOVE!” Jay tilted his head and waited for your reaction giving you an innocent look.

“PLEASE! I GOT THIS!”

“Okay! Okay I will…” you said with your hands up, slowly turning away from your boyfriend. You were standing in the kitchen. You just got back home from work and were about to start making dinner for the both of you. However, Jason had other plans and was making sure that you wouldn’t lift your finger.

“Soooo, what do we have on the menu chef Todd?” Jason smirked as he saw you folding your arms over your chest and leaning against the counter. He reached for an apron that was hanging near the stove.

His triceps rounded as he moved his hands behind his back to tie it on himself. They were pretty tightly squeezed by a short sleeve of his t-shirt. You were wondering whether he was purposefully flexing just to make you feel a certain way.

“I was thinking of a baked tomato soup. But-- I shall gladly fulfill my significant other’s…” he prolonged.

“-dining desires…as­-- it’s my personal wish to suffice her stomach.” His words made you shake your head with a growing smile. God. This guy’s eloquence is truly admirable. So is his charm. And his warmth despite the hardships that life had thrown at him.

“Sounds good.”

“You sure?”

“Yep.”

“Sweet. Tomato soup it is.”

“How was work?” he continued.

“Could have been better honestly.  Collins had a problem again and decided to throw a fit at the end of the shift. Called in a meeting last minute just to scream his ass of for 20 minutes-- AS IF we could change anything.”

“Monica was late to pick up her son from preschool because of the asshole.” You continued your rant.

“Yeah, Collins has a knack for ruining everyone’s day,” Jay said, shaking his head as he rinsed his hands.

“It’s like the guy feeds off stress.”

“Exactly! And the worst part is, it’s not just me. Everyone’s been feeling it. EVEN Monica, who’s usually so calm, was on the verge of tears today. It’s just not fair.”

“Did she call you?” He asked.

“She texted me when I was entering our building.”

He shook his head no sympathizing with your work story.

“Ugh, I hate that for her. And for you,” Jay said, turning to face you. “You don’t deserve to deal with that crap every day.”

“Thanks,” you replied with a tired smile. “It’s just frustrating. I mean, we’re all trying our best, but Collins seems to think yelling at us is some sort of solution.”

“Man, I don’t know what to say… asshole’s pissing me off.” He licked his lips.

“And how is Jared doing?” Jay continued wanting to change the topic.

“He’s alright as far as I know.” You bit your lower lip.

“You know what? I actually thought about inviting them for dinner some time.” You said shyly.

Jay, still focused on the cutting board, looked up, noticing the slight hesitation in your tone.

“Why are you shying away like that?” he asked, with curiosity and concern in his voice as he turned to face you, pausing his chopping.

“Well, I wanna know-- if you’d have the energy and will to have guests over on your night off…?”

Jay walked over to the sink to wash his hands. He stepped away from the counters to kiss the top of your head as you were mentally supporting him in his cooking, watching from the tall bar stool.

“We can totally think about it, don’t worry about my energy.”

“I—Well I-- just didn’t want to overwhelm you--, you know? I know how hard you’ve been working lately, and I didn’t want to add more to your plate.”

Jay smiled, his eyes full of that familiar warmth that always made you feel at ease.

“I get it, and I really appreciate you looking out for me like that.”

“But honestly-- having them over might be just what we need. A break from the usual, a chance to relax, catch up with some good friends, and just enjoy each other’s company. It could be a lot of fun.” He continued.

„Plus, it would be a great opportunity to show off my cooking skills.” He said with a cheeky smile plastered across his face.

“Yeeeaah right…”

“Yeah right what?” Jay looked over his shoulder, pretending to be offended.

“’Kay hear me out-- how about we make a deal? If I can whip up the best tomato soup you’ve ever had, you have to admit I’m the better cook.”

[A/N: Hiiii, I'm sorry this is so late, I got sick and have just been very busy with work and getting ready for the holidays, but hopefully this is still useful you you :)]

Diavolo:

Diavolo is also a very busy man, as the next in line to be king of the Devildom and being the president of the student council, he knows what it feels like to have a lot going on

He sneaks away from Barbatos and his pile of paperwork to go look for you

When he does find you, he drags you away on a little rendezvous to help you get away from your own mountain of responsibilities even if its only for a few minutes

Usually you both go into town together and have a meal or just browse around in the different stores

On days where Barbatos is keeping a closer eye on him and he can’t sneak off, he encourages you to get any work you have to get done, in his office

Just so he can keep a close eye on you and make sure you take breaks frequently, to lessen the stress and try and keep you from feeling burnt out

Barbatos:

Barbatos is one of the most responsible men out there, but he too is busy with his own duties, as well as watching over Diavolo to keep him on track

Yet despite being busy, he always makes time for you–after all you’re part of his duties, taking care of you comes naturally, yet it’s a task he’d never leave undone

If there’s anything he can do for you to help lighten your workload, he’d do it

Most of his visits include tea time and sometimes he even brings some sweet treats that he baked specifically for you

Back massages are a must as well as maybe a short walk to keep the blood flowing and allow you some fresh air

He’s always there to listen to your concerns or worries, he’s YOUR person that hears you out and offers advice since he knows you never put yourself first in any other part of your life

With Barbatos, you’ll always be first

Simeon:

Simeon notices how tired you look day by day, but when he finally decides to step in, he takes you away from everything so you can clear your mind and just stop worrying about everything for a moment

You both venture to the human world for some well needed sunlight; since the Devildom is dark 24/7 perhaps you needed some Vitamin D to lift you up again

While in the human world, he takes you to all your favorite places in hopes that it will make you happy again

Words of affirmation are a huge deal for Simeon, so he’s always telling you how amazing and brilliant you are in all aspects of your life

He’s a great listener and as a celestial being, he’d probably give you the best advice in return for any of the struggles you express to him

Picnics are his favorite thing to do with you, especially in the human world; he’d prepare all the food and desserts with Luke’s help and pamper you to a relaxing day by the water

Simeon is always concerned for your well being, so he frequently checks in on you and brings you small things throughout the week to try and lighten your mood

Beelzebub:

Of course as soon as Beel notices your change in demeanor he assumes it’s because you aren’t eating well, or not eating enough

So his instinct is to attempt to cook for you to get those well needed nutrients back into your body

This of course fails and he ends up eating half the plate before it even reaches you (that’s still impressive) so he decides to just take you out to eat instead and pays for everything

Aside from feeding you, Beel gets a little clingy

He’d hold you close and steals you away to his and Belphie’s room, shooing everyone away except his twin of course, but he hogs you all to himself for a few hours, only leaving for food and bathroom breaks

You’re forced to relax with him and he reassures you that he’ll take care of any other responsibilities you have for the day

Probably starts talking about random things to make you laugh or distract your mind from anything unwanted that may still be lingering

He’s just a big cuddly teddy bear who wants to make sure you’re well taken care of, both physically and mentally

Maybe something of his just went horribly wrong and he's stressed about it, and to give him a break you make him food and he's so happy he just bursts into tears? Thank you so much your writing style and work is amazing I love it so much 😭

Prompt #20: making them food they like

Recently Leo has taken to making new inventions non-stop. It was his passion, so the obvious reaction was to openly support it.

But, when you heard the obvious sound of something exploding from the other side of camp, you knew it was trouble.

And trouble it was. You saw Leo and began running to him to ask what was up.

Once you got closer his face and overall vibe told you everything. He was covered in sweat and soot(?) from the invention that exploded.

Most of all he seemed genuinely upset. You waited a bit to talk to Leo as he was discussing something with another camper.

Then he noticed you and began walking over

“Hey Leo” your tone was light and happy, his, not so much.

“Hey” he practically mumbled, not to mention how he dragged his feet when walking over.

“Leo, I hate to do this but I’m grounding you” you tried making your tone teasing but it was spelled out loud and clear. You said it with no room to object, you were serious.

“Why??-“ you knew this would come and quickly interrupted “you’re overworking yourself, cmon”.

You took his hand and began walking towards where arts and crafts would usually be but was currently occupied with other campers form different cabins.

They were all cooking and baking, and it was a surprise to Leo.

“Hey, what’s going on here?-“ you pushed him down to sit and went on your merry way to cook something up.

recently campers had been wanting to start baking/cooking just for the sake of making some good food for others. Especially self made rather than using the enchanted plates at the dining pavilion.

So, to cheer up Leo who was hard at work (now, having a bad day) you prepared something for him to enjoy.

It was something he told you he enjoyed from his childhood, paired with a drink he liked and a desert you wanted to share with him.

Thankfully Will who was there took out your meal once it was ready while you were occupied with Leo.

Now, it was time to go to your cabin.Regardless of whether or not it was full most days, today it wasn’t.

No one was in sight and so u snuck Leo in.

He sat down on a bean bag and you dragged some coffee table look alike and placed it in front of Leo, then placed the food.

“Here, eat up. Sorry we haven’t been able to meet recently and also sorry that your invention went haywire but I just wanted to show you some love and this little workshop proved to be a good way. Oh! I also made the dish you told me about, remember?-“

Your voice trailed off as you finally stopped your rambling and took notice of Leo’s face.

He was surprisingly silent as tears blurred his vision and ran down his cheeks.

“Leo..?” You couldn’t manage to say anything else and as soon as it happened his tears dried up.

Mostly from him hurriedly wiping his face to not make you feel bad, but still.

“Leo? Why’re you crying ?” You leaned in closer and placed a hand of yours on his shoulder.”

“Sorry it’s just that it’s so frustrating” He didn’t say anything and so you asked “what is?”

That’s what set him off.

“This is, this invention was supposed to be big and amazing, I’ve been working non stop just for all my hard work to be poured down the drain. I guess I felt so stressed I forgot I had someone who still cared.”

He finally looked you in the eyes and realized what he had said, so he continued “I’m just trying to say that this made me happy, I guess this little action was really my last straw, huh? Even if is was stupid…”

Knowing Leo felt this way really hurt you, and how could he?!?! You latched onto him and pulled him into a much needed hug.

“I’m sorry that you feel that way about your work lately but I feel the exact opposite. Even if it did end in an unwanted way you still learned, right? Not to mention how insulting it is that you don’t think your emotions are valid!! I’m happy you enjoyed this, it makes me feel appreciated. And I’m sorry I haven’t made you feel that way too.”

Leo pushed you away and turned on the waterworks. He was crying once more and although you knew he was stubborn he ultimately settled on an excuse.

“K, just let me eat your food before it gets cold.” That was the last thing he said before happily shoving down the food you made him.

A bonus was that although he was still crying, at least he was happy now.

Who made the first move: Joseph did. Tabitha had been teaching the children of Eden's Gate in the church, practicing some of the hymns. Joseph was pleasantly surprised by Tabitha's voice, she could play guitar and how motherly she was towards the children. Eventually he asked her to join him for a duet at the piano and the two got talking.

2. Who kissed who first: Joseph did. During the scene mentioned above, after the two were talking for a little while he decided to make the big move and kiss her.

3. Who started the relationship: I would say that was a mutual agreement, they went on a few dates first before things naturally and silently seemed to progress. Tabitha and Joseph didnt exactly ask 'will you be my boyfriend/girlfriend?', it was more a silent agreement.

4. Who remembers things: They both do. Joseph remembers things like Tabitha's favourite flowers and always brings her fresh flowers at the first signs of wilting from the previous bunch he handpicked for her. Tabitha remembers Joseph favourite bakes and always makes sure she's fully stocked. His favourite is home made vanilla fudge.

5. Nicknames for each other:  Joseph calls Tabitha, Angel Tabitha calls Joseph, my love

6. Who is more likely to pay for dinner:  If they went out for dinner, Joseph would be the one to pay.

7. Who normally cooks:  Tabitha does. She's the better cook out of the two of them.

8. Who remembers anniversaries: Both of them do. I feel neither of them would forget important dates like anniversaries or birthdays.  

9. What would they get each other for gifts: This answer is going to be very similar to question four. Joseph would usually pick a bunch of wildflowers from around Hope County and make a bouquet out of them for Tabitha. And Tabitha would make Joseph some kind of sweet treat, either Vanilla Fudge or Lemon cakes.

10. Most trivial thing they fight over:  Its not really fighting per say but Joseph does his best to try and stand his ground and say no when Tabitha brings home another stray animal for them to take care of. Needless to say, he caves when she gives him puppy eyes.

11. How often do they fight: Not often, Joseph might get stressed and frustrated but he does his best to not take it out on Tabitha.

12. Who uses all the hot water: Tabitha does, but Joseph doesn't mind. And these two shower together most of the time so Joseph doesn't have to endure cold water much.

13. Who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working:   Tabitha will tell Joseph if somethings not working around the house and Joseph will get one of the peggies to fix it.

14. Who leaves their stuff around: Neither of them really leave stuff around, Tabitha always makes sure the house is clean and tidy. However, the one room off limits is Josephs office, particularly his desk. Whilst its a mess, Tabitha doesn't want to touch anything on it and Joseph not being able to find it.

15. Who remembers to buy the milk:  Neither of them buy milk. They have it brought to them, as well as all their groceries. A perk of running a cult.

16. Who controls the netflix queue:  They dont own a TV, mainly because Joseph has a strong dislike for technology and media that he cannot control. So instead of watching movies or TV shows, these two read together.

17. Who steals the covers at night: Tabitha does, she likes having them tucked under her chin and her body.

18. Who cusses more:  Tabitha. She'll never do it in front of Joseph but if she stubs her toe or cuts her finger, there will likely be a very soft, quiet, 'fuck'.

19. Who does most of the cleaning: Tabitha does most of the house work but Joseph is happy to help out with the trash and dishes.

20. What’s their favorite non-sexual activity: Reading together. They'll both sit together, sometimes with the fire on in the colder months. Tabitha will have her head on Josephs lap whilst he strokes her hair and reads a few chapters to her.

21. Who’s the cuddler: Tabitha. She loves hugs, and being in Josephs arms makes her feel safe and content.

22. Who’s the big spoon/little spoon: Tabitha is the little spoon, Joseph is the big spoon.

23. Who’s more dominant: Joseph. And not just in the bedroom. Joseph has to be in control of every aspect of his life and that includes Tabitha.

24. Who is the dirty talker: Tabitha, she may look innocent but she can engage in a little dirty talk. Either to tease Joseph to get him in the mood or in the bedroom.

25. What do they do when they’re away from each other: On the rare occasions they are away from each other, they will ensure they talk to each other using the radio at least once a day. Otherwise, Joseph is a little more reserved and mopey. Tabitha's confidence seems to dwindle and she keeps to herself.

26. What would they do if the other one was hurt: If Tabitha got hurt, Joseph would take care of her first, bathe her and make sure she's okay. Then he'll ensure the people who hurt his angel are found and are brought to righteous justice.

If Joseph got hurt, Tabitha would refuse to leave his side before patching him up and consoling him. Considering she was training to become a nurse, she makes tending wounds look easy and has a wonderful bedside manner.

27. A headcanon:  When Tabitha is feeling anxious, Joseph will trace his fingers over the water lily tattoo she has on her right wrist to soothe and distract her.

- katy likes to listen to music while baking, and often she can't resist humming and singing along and larry absolutely loves listening to her!! sometimes she tries to rope him into singing duets with her and he reluctantly joins even though he hates his singing voice.

- whenever larry has to go out shopping he's always keeping an eye out for things katy would like! things like cute little cookie cutters and other kinds of kitchen items (think a cooking timer that looks like a strawberry or a pair of oven mitts with skitty printed on them for example), plushies of her favorite bug type pokemon or her other faves like teddiursa, bath bombs in her favorite scents, and sometimes flowers. she's grateful for every single gift.

- christmas is katy's favorite holiday and she goes all out baking elaborately decorated holiday-themed treats to gift to her loved ones. larry isn't one to get very enthusiastic about the holidays, because for him having to think about gifts and decorations just adds that much more stress to his workload, but her enthusiasm is a bit infectious and every year he looks forward to eating the delicious pastries she bakes for the two of them. he also takes special care to choose out the perfect gift for her, or at least the most perfect gift he can afford on his salary.

- katy has the absolute cutest plush that larry once got her for valentine's day of a shiny ribombee holding a heart that says "i love you" on it. it was difficult to find and a little pricey--teddiursa-themed valentine's gifts are much more common, so they're usually what he gets her, but that year he wanted to get her something a little more unique and knew it was perfect as soon as he saw it.

- okay, listen, i know it's funny to imagine that larry is so extremely normal and boring that he has unbuttered toast and plain oatmeal for breakfast, but canonically he is a foodie. his gym challenge is literally to order a special dish at the restaurant he frequents and when you first speak to him he gives you cooking advice. he loves good food, he adores katy's baking (and katy herself, obviously), and she loves to give him the first try of any dessert she makes and have him sample potential additions to the soapberry patisserie's menu.

- also, he gets very exhausted from all the work he has to do and likes to spend a lot of time a lot of his free time napping, but he does have hobbies! he likes to cook for katy and himself when he has the time and they both love to read and talk about their favorite books. sometimes they just sit and read together.

- he's not really the best cook--he's decent at it, sure, but in true larry fashion, overall his cooking is pretty average. but katy loves eating whatever he cooks, and letting him know she loves it, because he took the time to make it and because it's a chance for them to just sit down and relax together.

- larry is very touch starved and katy is very physically affectionate and can't wait to shower him with love when he comes home from work each day.

- i think at some point after their relationship gets serious katy would probably let larry know she feels sad that they can't spend as much time together as she'd like due to his work hours, and insist that he doesn't need to work so much since she also works as a gym leader and runs a bakery and it's clearly making him miserable. eventually he'd give in and agree to work less and find that he's much happier for it.

- she teaches him how to do latte art!! like with his cooking, he's not amazing at it, but he does enjoy it a lot and loves showing her new designs he figured out how to do. and she genuinely thinks it's really sweet and will send her friends pictures of the simple little hearts or chocolate syrup spirals he put into her coffee, hyping him up like he's actually the most talented latte artist ever.

i Am nervous about school hbdfhbg i’m a sociology major!! ^^ love soc but i switched to honours so i have to keep my gpa up, and most of my classes this year are really reading/writing/presentation heavy.. plus i'm trying a full course load for the first time so doing my thesis next yr will be easier, but i'm already easily stressed and burnt out.. lol.. ;; it's probably fine though

life’s getting busy.. and i’m not sure my cosplay will get here in time for my con but it’s ok tbh! the good outweighs the bad for those things. i wish i had money for the con outside my grants/loans but LOL that's life 

2) celebrating my birthday with keiji :3

tmi maybe. i haven’t had a great birthday since i was 15/16 to be honest FBHBDJ i'm so burnt out and depressed in dec that the past few years i haven’t done anything at all LOL but hearing this,, keiji makes it his mission to give me a good one ^^ ! 

he takes the day off and makes sure the day is just for us! practices making heart shaped pancakes and cooks breakfast.. i walk in on him in the kitchen super focused and accidentally scare him LOL he wanted it to be a surprise but it’s ok!! i watch and talk while i wait

it’s usually cold so i don't go anywhere ;; but we still have fun!! it’s nothing crazy,, we just talk, put on a show while we work on a puzzle or bake… play some co-op games.. order dinner.. yeagh

if it isn’t awful outside, we might make a little snowman or snow angels at the park nearby :]

he gets birthday gifts separate from his christmas ones.. since they're so close my birthday’s kinda overshadowed & i tell people to get one gift or none but keiji refuses!! he writes a long heartfelt letter, commissions art of us & our cat, and buys custom matching necklaces + little crochet accessories + ribbon 🙂‍↕️ (also macarons. i rock w macarons.)

Hi, friend! I have a HUGE passion for cooking and trying new recipes. It's one of my stress relievers, you know? Usually very low risk, high reward. Unless I'm cooking a big holiday feast. Just the other day, I cooked-up a big pot of Italian chicken stew for some of my friends.

I love experimenting in the kitchen. I grew up cooking with my mother, who is an amazing cook in her own right.

And when I was in the early stages of crafting Reader's overall persona, I wanted to give her something that would be pretty much a constant. So, I went with cooking and baking.

Andy also loves it because his girl cooks from her heart. And although she's damned good at it, she's not perfect. She strives for perfection, but cooking gives her room to fail. In the kitchen she allows herself to be vulnerable, and as we've seen, eventually they reach a point in their relationship when Andrew can glean insight into his lady's mood by what's going on in that particular room.

Plus, he's also a big fan of the way her hips move when she whisks.

Hello thank you for the asks! 11. what you have for breakfast on an average day? Usually I'm very boring and go for a bowl of cereal and some coffee. Just because it's fast and I generally don't leave myself time for a leisurely breakfast. Which is why if I can fit a nice breakfast or brunch into plans I will. I love brunch and breakfast foods so much. I'm going to put the rest under a read more because it's long.

35. average time you fall asleep? 🤣🤣🤣🤣oh no. So to be a responsible human being who functions I should go to bed at 10pm. And I do say goodnight to my aunt and uncle and put a stop to any movie watching generally at 9ish if I've got work in the morning. However...sometimes I don't go to bed until like 2am. 10pm becomes 2 am in the blink of an eye. And sometimes I'll stare at a word document until i can't keep my eyes open any more and then I'll be like oh I've got plenty of time to write only to realize it's 2am. And there are some nights where sleep is an elusive beast, and I try not to check the time on those nights. But if I'm stressed and worrying or panicking about something I'll put on a podcast until my brain calms down and I assume it's much later on those nights.

It's because I don't get much time to myself throughout the day and I realize I do kinda of the revenge bed time thing. Where I want to stay up and get stuff done and it just doesn't happen, but other times I'm good and get back from being out and go straight to bed. Like a responsible adult. (But it's rare. 🤣) 37. suitcase or duffel bag? Oooh I feel like a lot of these I'm like meh, both are good, but no this one I've got opinions on. Suitcase all the way. Specifically a hard shell suitcase with 360 wheels. Generally when I'm traveling I want to have space for like souvenirs or possibly gifts or heck stuff I don't want to get crushed and I just trust it better in a hardcase suitcase and the 360 wheels are just so lovely, like oh gotta go this way instead of that, my suitcase won't be unruly and will just dutifully follow along. Duffel bags I feel like are best if you're just traveling with clothes. Like sports or something like that. Throw all your soft things in a soft bag and toss it around and no problem. And I just don't travel like that. 43. hoodie, leather jacket, cardigan, jean jacket or bomber jacket? All? 🤣 I love jackets. I will say though I don't have a leather jacket. I nearly kept one of my dad's and then I think decided against it last minute because it just bummed me out and I also was swamped in it because he was a giant. But I do love the way they look. And I think I've had a bomber jacket as a winter jacket before, but honestly I prefer longer jackets. Spent most of high school wearing a jean jacket, my dad found it somewhere cheap and it was nice quality so I wore it all the time in the fall and spring or when it was a bit chilly out. oooh difficult question. Cookies are probably the easiest to share. You bake a bunch of cookies and you can throw them in anything. A take out container, a box, a plastic baggie. Easy peasy. Cupcakes however cannot be thrown in anything. The icing will get everywhere, the cake will crumble, it becomes a mess. I was visiting family and made these cupcakes for everyone and my cousin helped me put them in containers to take to my aunts and my aunt decided she wanted my cousin to take her containers back immediately so she shoved all the cupcakes into a big plastic bag, essentially destroying the integrity which meant by the time my other cousin got to try them she ended up giving like the majority of it to her chickens. Which I'm a smidge bitter about. 😅 But cupcakes can also be so absolutely fun. Any and most disagreements are small, but for the bigger ones it just depends on the exact situation- but, normally it's Avi

Avi grew up with two dads and an estranged connection with his extended family while in the city, Skull was raised by two moms and a big family on a farm- though he did go to school in the city. Avi technically does more, mainly because he has an actual job as a therapist. So he has more persistent income. Skull competes in archery tournaments and places first more often than not and comes home with prize money. Those, plus turf war, and they're pretty set

What usually helps me when I’m sick is watching my favorite shows for the Millionth time 😂! Sometimes it just makes me feel better even though I’ve already seen it and I know what happens. Also my pets make me feel better too lol, I remember one time (a few years ago) I had really bad Bronchitis and I couldn’t sleep laying down and had to sleep sitting up since I couldn’t really breathe. Well at night, one of my cats would follow me to bed and would stare at me until I fell asleep (ik it’s kinda creepy agwjwjs 😆) and when I would wake up he’d have his head laying on my chest. So I gave him the nickname “Night Nurse” because it was like he was a nurse lol!

Now onto the HC’s hehe! The only one I have right now is for Finral tho 😅.

I imagine Finral is a momma hen and worries about everyone when they’re sick. He tries his best to cook them chicken noodle soup and makes sure their fevers are done, he gives them a comunication device so that way they can contact him whenever they need something. Once Finral is the one sick, the Black Bulls show just how much they love and care about him by taking care of him just as well as he took care of them!

It's so nice to have those comfort shows you can just go back to and watch when you need a pick-me-up! I tend to watch a lot of baking shows when I'm looking for something for positive and relaxing. Even though I usually can't eat anything they're making, I appreciate the art of it, and I think I just get too invested (and then stressed out) about a lot of my other favorite tv. For instance, I was thinking about going back and rewatching some of my favorite Black Clover episodes recently, but then I had this really vivid (yet total random) mental image of Mother Nature from the really old Rankin-Bass "Year Without a Santa Claus." There's this scene where she's just trying to have a good time and have tea and keep really positive, but she is getting increasing frustrated with her bickering sons who refuse to get along with each other...and, in a way, I feel like that's me when I watch my favorite BC episodes. 😅😂 [My stupid, stupid boys! 💚💙]

Anyway that was a major digression, but speaking of the spatial mage brothers... your Finral headcanon is so wholesome! It made me smile so much! He'd make such an attentive and kind nurse for his sick friends, and yes, you're absolutely right he would worry so much about them until they got better. I love this idea of yours about the communicator especially. I can just picture him literally running when he's called or thinks he's needed and just completely fogetting that he could actually just portal right there.😅😂 He's such a goofball especially when he's worried about his friends, I think, but it's very sweet and very endearing.

One of my favorite things about Finral really is just how kindhearted and generous he is. He really does spend so much time and effort taking care of everyone else, and I really don't think there's even a question about it for him--he's just such a naturally generous person who'd really give his friend the shirt off his back if he thought they needed it more than he did. For that reason, it really warms my heart to think about what would happen in the reverse when Finral is the one who is sick and his friends get the opportunity to take care of him. I love this idea that you shared that his friends would all want to take the opportunity to kind of pay him back for taking such good care of them, and it really is nice to imagine Finral being the one being doted on for a change. He really does deserve it (though hopefully he doesn't stay sick for too long)!

hi all !! my name's ash, i go by all pronouns (prefer they/them), i'm pansexual, nonbinary and audhd (self dx). in my free time, i usually read or play videogames, and sometimes i'll do some art for myself although i treat it more as fun work otherwise nothing ever gets finished that i start on! at the moment, i'm reading the series of unfortunate events by lemony snicket (on book ten - the slippery slope - and about 2/3 through), i absolutely adore mitski, ichika nito (guitar soloist, math rock style), any form of rock although i prefer heavier rock//(death) metal, jazz, electroswing, LOTS of musicals (where are my hamilfans ????) indie music aaand i like a lot of punk-rock type rap too, from artists like grandson, call me karizma and so on (does that classify as rap ?? im really bad at naming genres so there's another thing <3). i'll link my main playlist here for you to listen if you're interested !! in terms of shows, i never tend to finish anything fully because i easily get bored of shows halfway through unless i really enjoy some aspect of them BUT that being said, i'm working my way through rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles currently (tmnt has always been a comfort franchise for me), and some previous shows i adored are arcane, the umbrella academy, aggretsuko, and bits and bobs of david attenborough's wildlife documentaries//docuseries on netflix. the people i live with are okay for the most part - my mum has taken a huge toll on my mental health and so has my dad, although honestly speaking i prefer him to her simply because he acknowledges that he's done that and respects me as a person (most of the time). my sister is great although i feel bad for being annoyed by her a lot of the time because, due to the day in and day out stress my mum gives, im either burnt out, in sensory overload, having a shutdown (i rarely have meltdowns most likely due to trauma reasons and also how i just naturally process emotion) but other than the bad stuff, i have it good in terms of living conditions. bonus points for my wonderful boyfriend @paracosmicboy who makes it so much better on the daily <333 i love cooking and baking and anything in the kitchen !! its my happy place and sososo good for grounding or distraction when im in a bad place, plus i get yummy food and the satisfaction of a completely clean living space when i'm all done !! really makes me feel good and in control (something i don't have a lot of in my day to day life and it stresses me out beyond compare). speaking of food, i don't really have any favourites in particular since i adore a lot of food from many different cuisines and people (i'm sensory seeking in that respect and was only a picky eater when i was really little). THAT BEING SAID, give me some sushi and udon noodle soup, or any type of comforting asian food, and im at home instantly (i'm half asian and despite my complicated relationship with my mum, her cooking is supreme above all others (apart from certain traditional greek dishes that my dad cooks) and it always makes me feel a little happier than i was before i ate it, and it reminds me of all the good moments with my mum instead of the bad - its magical). aaand yeah !! this is already really long so i'm gonna stop typing now <3 have a wonderful day my lovelies !!

2. Who gets up to cook at 2am?

Oooo here we go with me never able to decide anything again!! Realistically I think they both do all sorts of kitchen bullshit at 2am BUT FOR SPECIFICALLY waking up at 2am and cooking it's definitely Mozart. Rolls out of bed and wanders off to cook half asleep, almost sets the kitchen on fire but it's fine he has his food stop yelling Antonio the flames are simply Ambience. He's not a bad cook he is just Fully out of it

For Salieri I think it's more when he can't sleep or when he's stressed out he'll go to the kitchen at all hours to just bake and bake and bake. Yes I'm a stress baker why do you ask. If he needs to take up a lot of time, like if he goes back to sleep it will be Bad, he'll probably make something like Panettone which takes HOURS and in between the three multi-hour proofs he'll bake other, simpler things.

Also think it would be cute for Mozart to stumble into the kitchen still practically asleep because the bed is COLD now, Antonio, what is so IMPORTANT to leave him to the COLD and then maybe Salieri will make him a snack if he doesn't whine too much.

6. Who is always, always running late?

Mozart 100%. You'd think their past lives would make them both good at keeping on time with things, but that's the thing. Nothing is gonna be as high stakes as concert for the emperor and his court and while Mozart can definitely be quick if it's an emergency his bar for emergency is VERY HIGH. He's never late to anything for Marie [which occasionally becomes an arguing point which is resolved by him also trying very hard to never be late for anything with Salieri.]

Salieri is designated Mozart Collector if they need him actually on time for something, he will go and drag his ass out of bed or off the piano and physically carry him to wherever they need to go if need be. Mozart laughs about it the entire time bcus he can never take anything seriously [until he has to].

OCCASIONALLY this backfires bcus if it's something Salieri doesn't really want to go to it gives Mozart the chance to coerce him into a nap or composing or just spending time together, and then you're down TWO composers. At that point you've just lost them unless you can convince a child servant to go fetch Salieri [or Hessian bcus Lobo PUPPY] but even then sometimes it simply becomes Bigger Naptime or Putting on a Production for The Children. RIP Master of Chaldea.

8. Who is a morning person? Who is a night owl?

Salieri is definitely a night owl. But like he's a night owl the same way I am; his productivity is best at night and he feels a lot freer at night but he still can and will drag himself out of bed at way too early o'clock because he has to, and the obligation of that gets him awake every time. This does mean he is chronically sleep deprived tho bcus no matter how little sleep he gets he WILL get up to meet his obligations. I don't think anyone could even mistake him for a morning person his eye bags are one of his most prominent [and very good] features in my mind [also crows feet,,,,,lil wrinkles,,,,yes good,,LET HIM BE TIRED AND HAVE SOME WRINKLES FATE YOU COWARDS]. This man is OVER TWO HUNDRED YEARS OLD and TIRED put him in a HOME.

MOZART meanwhile everyone assumes he's a morning person because if he needs to be somewhere in the morning he is up and annoyingly cheerful and awake but no it turns out what he is is a "i have not slept for two weeks because I've been working on a new piece and now that I'm a servant I am less constrained than I was in my physical body" type of person. Consistently working himself to the bone and to a degree that he genuinely can't help, he just gets taken away by the muse and he's stuck there until it's done. Salieri is usually the one to pick up the pieces/carry him back to their rooms/physically drag him away from whatever he is doing to actually REST.

With their power combined they have a completely non-functioning sleep schedule that is destroyed every time they decide to collaborate on a piece together.
