- She never eats unless she truly is hungry and it is a meal time.

-Often skips meals or forgets to eat. She may nap instead of eat after a long workout.

- No snacks. She doesn’t dare buy snacks. Only if others are snacking and she is truly hungry will she snack. And never more than a serving or 2.

- Rarely finishes a meal when at a restaurant

- She gets one thoughtful portion at meals and doesn’t have seconds unless she truly wants or craves them.

- She eats slow and puts her fork down often, stopping frequently to talk or digest

- She only eats things she enjoys. She enjoys healthy home-made meals AND full fat pastries/treats on occasion (80/20 rule, most French eat like this)

-She eats to nourish, for energy, and to look good, not because it’s on the counter or she’s bored

- Water, coffee, tea, (smoothies or fruit juicer okay but consumed less) only.

- Constantly keep yourself busy.

- Obsessed over ingredients in any “processed foods”, she only eats “clean” no preservatives, no added sugars

- All produce is 100% organic

- Fruits and/or vegetables the MAJORITY of lunch and dinner

- Doesn’t have an appetite for sweets and isnt tempted by sugary fat laden desserts, she never buys them either

- She is always stressed and restlessness burn more calories than sloth

- Gets enjoyable exercise in ways like hiking, skiing, rock climbing ( being muscular and lifting weights isn’t the ideal in France )

- Lots of walking daily: post meal walks, walks around town

- Food is not a reward for her

- She rarely drinks and NEVER gets sloppy

- She would NEVER BINGE! EVER!

I want cishets at pride.

I want allies, both my personal friends and also strangers, to be at my side and support me.

Why the fuck is this considered such a problematic discourse? I hate to remind you that pride is still very well a march and a protest for our rights! We want, we NEED all the support available! Why are you all so stuck up about wanting to shut out the PEOPLE ON OUR SIDE???

Why aren't you HAPPY to see people marching with us when they have nothing personal to gain from it? Doing it because they believe we're right even if it doesn't personally affect them?

Last pride I went to (last year) I found some of my cis straight classmates there to show support! We marched together and had a good time! It was great knowing 100% for sure that they were safe to be around, and we are currently still friends! Don't you want that too?

You all are chasing them away and then wondering why society seems less accepting of us lately, gee, I wonder why! (tbf, I know there are many things affecting it, but this sure isn't helping and does play a part!)

Just chill and be happy that there are people who want to partecipate and be at our side even if they're not queer or have queer friends/relativea themselves!

the way that people who hate on the rq community refuse to see that they are actively being ableist is insane to me "you're delusional! this isn't real!" We do experience delusions, we've had them since we were a kid, some of our delusions gave us hope and stopped us from dying. The idea that having delusions makes you an inherently "wrong" person is absurd! "you're (immoral/wrong/disgusting)" Wow, haven't heard that one before.../sarc This is how homophobes treated the general queer community back in the day btw, amazing to see there's still people who feel the need to make other people feel less than because they don't understand them. "you're hurting disabled people!" No, transabled people are not hurting cisdisabled people, we ARE cis-disabled, we are diagnosed with H-EDS and fibromyalgia, it messes with our everyday life. Sometimes it feels like existing with it isn't worth it, but people WANT to have it, to be like us, and that feels nice, it's soothing to know someone out there sees some kind of value in our issues It's just disgusting to me how people who hate this community treat people with delusions, we aren't some kind of disgusting sub-human thing, and we have just as much worth as other disabled people.
