Ok I set out to write At Least 50 words, and the resulting paragraph ended up being exactly 100, so a double helping for you.

Headcanon: The only kid in Naruto's generation to actually have a crush on Gai-Sensei because Gai is just genuinely nice and interesting to speak to. Even Lee gave him a weird look when he found out, but Shino was not going to be judged while half his classmates were calling Asuma attractive.

General Opinion: A very interesting character has gone to waste. I loved his fight against Kankuro, and I wish we could have seen him more. He was clearly tactically intelligent and I'm sad that got ignored to highlight Shikamaru because they both should have gotten more spotlight. I think he should have been promoted to chunin at the same time as Shikamaru there was literally no reason not to promote him.
