I have a little story for this submission 🥰

So I am a preschool teacher, and a few years ago, I had a child who was neurodivergent and his family was quite worried about his socialization and schooling. He told me he loved Zelda, and we bonded right away. This is from his graduation from my preschool, after I gifted him this Toon Link stuffie for being “the most courageous child I’d ever taught.” He still carries it with him to this day - and he is doing better than ever!

This is the first time I've seen a love interest in a BL happy that his (almost) bf reconciled with someone he once had feelings for.

Beer came outside, saw Wan and Tan hugging and instead of jumping to conclusions he smiled because he was happy for them. And afterwards they talked about it. You know, the way it should be. 🥹

(Then of course everything went to shit because Wan is too scared of history repeating itself.)

It's also the first time (again, in a BL) I've seen an introverted and shy character (with an overbearing parent) portrayed in such an empathetic and realistic way. It's not often that this much room and understanding and patience is given to a character like Diew (especially when filial piety comes into play). I'm sure there's going to be people who think he's annoying and exaggerating and ungrateful but I'm a lot like Diew (...if I had a turtle I wouldn't keep it in a box though) and I felt very "seen" in this episode.

I hope Kongthup gets to do 354173245 more series because I'll watch them all. I love them so, so much. 🥰
