Trick: For Surina - going to go a little angsty here - when Bobby plagiarized her work, then accused her of doing so, when they were in college. Suri and Bobby had already dated in college, and by that point, they’d drifted apart relationship-wise, but stayed friends and hooked up occasionally. So for him to do such a thing was such a trick. A hurtful, almost life and career ruining trick, by someone she’d trusted and still cared for. However, Suri got Rebecca involved, had everything cleared and reversed back onto Bobby, and got to enjoy the rest of college and beyond. Trick was on him, really, as he couldn’t fulfill his dream of being a journalist for a well known, widely read newspaper
For Surina - a little more fun - while living in Paris, unbeknownst what April 1st (Poisson d’Avril) meant and how it differed from April Fool’s Day back home - her boyfriend, Louis, pressed a paper fish to her back after breakfast and then left for the day. The fish had a clue written in the back. A scavenger hunt ensued to find these little fish at their favorite places throughout the city. Until the end, at a cafe overlooking the river, a table for two. Where he then took her hand, looked into her eyes, and explained the little known Edict of Roussillon (1564 edict decreeing that in France, the year would start on January 1st)
Treat: (was actually thinking about this earlier today! did we have a psychic connection)?
For Surina - a big proponent of self care and however that means to the individual, Suri is very passionate about treating herself. Treats can occur at any time, but mostly when she feels lonely, anxious, bored, or just spontaneously. Treats include indulges such as getting her nails done, getting her hair done, or getting a facial and massage. It also includes going to her favorite bakery (Haley’s if she’s in town) and getting a slice of cake. Waking up early to do yoga in her apartment if the sun comes into the movie just right. A coffee machine in her office that makes lattes, too. Big flower wallpaper in her office, and a scent diffuser (you wouldn’t think would belong to a detective but she does what she can!). her philosophy is … who else can treat her better than herself?

Family:
Rook Blonko - (Father/She was inspired by her father to become a Plumber, even if not to be a soldier or front line fighter. Rook takes a lot of time to make sure his daughter can take care of herself, and often respects her judgement. Though admittedly, him and Rayona can be a bit coddling, and Rilla has always been an independent person since a young age. But they’re a healthy family that know how to communicate, so it’s often just minor bumps that they quickly deal with.)
Rayona - (Mother/Similar to Rook, she was inspired by her mother, who is a nurse at a Plumber’s hospital. In a way she combined her parents two jobs to learn how to be a field medic. She’s one of the few who enjoys her mum’s strange sense of humor. )
Young One & Little One - (Younger Twin Brothers/She often calls them little rats, as the twins are loud and rambunctious, often getting on her nerves on purpose. But she does love them, and often teaches them valuable lessons, being there for them when they don’t go to their parents. If only they understood the concept of space.)
Rook Da - (Grandfather/The two have a fairly complicated relationship, mostly because Rilla caught on at a young age that while her grandpa meant well, he had a habit of speaking his opinion on things that don’t concern him, mostly targeted towards Rook, even if they’ve sorted out most problems by now. And since Rilla is one to speak her mind, she’s not above telling her own grandpa to zip it and leave her or her family alone. But she has learnt a lot from him, and knows he is family, taking the good advice from him to heart.)
Rook Bralla - (Grandmother/Funnily enough she respects her grandma more than her grandpa, probably because she was just happy to finally have grandkids and just wanted to be a happy family. While she does say Rilla should understand that her grandfather came from a different time, she is amused at how out there Rilla is with her thoughts, and has many funny stories of when Rilla was younger and being babysat by her.)
Rook Shar - (Aunt/Shar is very much considered the cool aunt in the family’s eyes, having never settled down and sticks to her Plumber work. She often pops by during Rilla’s trainer to give some tips or watch her growth, cheering her on from the side. While it can be embarrassing, she is someone that Rilla feels comfortable to be around, perhaps something that can relate to her.)
Rook Shim - (Aunt/Since her Aunt Shim has been recently starting her own family, Rilla tends to come around to help her with the new kids, as despite how she comes across, Rilla is actually pretty good with kids. Though this does mean that her Aunt does have a habit of calling her up for free babysitting at the most random of times.)
Rook Shi - (Aunt/Her other Aunt mostly has been focusing on the family farm for the time being, so Rilla, when visiting, has spent long days out in the field with her, learning some framing tricks from her auntie.)
Rook Ben - (Uncle/She does find her uncle to be quite similar to her brothers, a little too loud for her tastes. But he helps remind her to lighten up a bit, and gets her to actually experience the festivals and celebrations they have back home, since when she was little she use to not wanna go.)
Friends:
Jay Tennyson - (Friend/Teammate/She grew up a lot around Jay due to their fathers having a close friendship, so she can be sisterly towards the young boy. She does nudge him around, telling him to toughen up a bit, but more so to prepare him for some of the things they might face in the future. He’s one of the few people she can trust a secret with, and the two enjoy quiet times together.)
Thea Levin - (Friend/Teammate/The two that admittedly but the most heads in the team, often because their personalities clash. It’s hardly out right yelling, just blunt comments here and there. But they do get along, even if Thea likes to tease her alongside Malax.)
Malax Shard - (Friend/Teammate/Similar to Thea, Malax loves to tease her, knowing it can rile her up. But there’s a respect between the two, trusting each other’s judgement when things get dangerous. Frankly they’re the most mature members of the team, even if they have their moments.)
Becky Armstrong - (Friend/Love Interest/Neither of them are really sure when they started catching feelings, since they have been aware of each other for a few years, but given Rilla often helps with Becky’s injuries after training, it’s safe to say that the two obviously like each other. If it weren’t for being caught up in the current business with Eldrigma, then they would be dating by now. But as it is, they’re patient with each other, and come to vent to each other about their teams when things aren’t going well.)
Aurora Mann - (Friend/Given her bubbly nature, Aurora can come across as a bit much for her, often thinking Aurora lacks in the wisdom department in regards to jumping into things she shouldn’t, including the romance section of her life. But she can see that the energy she brings to the team is needed, and is impressed by her hybrid skillset.)
Cyra Albright - (Friend/Like Jay, she keeps an eye out for Cyra, wanting to make sure the young member of the Nova Squad is being looked after. She knows how over stimulating things can be for kids training under the Plumbers. Plus, they both come from farming families, so they enjoy talking about relatable things only they would understand.)
Channer Daniels - (Friend/She tries not to let Channer out of her sight, never trusting them as she knows the kind of chaos they bring. When the two groups are working together, she’s often the one that’ll notice when things go too quiet, and looks to find Channer in the middle of doing something. But when it comes down to it, she can trust Channer to do the right thing.)
Enemies:
Eldrigma - (Enemies/She has been unsettled by Eldrigma since day one, as even someone like her is able to sense the raw power that comes from him, along with seeing the unsteady emotions behind his hardened expression. She’s aware there’s more to his story, but frankly doesn’t care given all he has done to them, knowing there is no justification.)
Vesper - (Enemies/Given Vesper’s condition, Rilla has a lot of deep feelings regarding the broken anodites. As a medic, it’s never pleasant to come across people suffering from physical problems she can’t help with, and it angers her that Vesper’s out family and people would just dump her, even if she can understand the fear behind what inflicts the woman. It never sits right with her, and while she keeps herself firm in the position that Vesper also needs to be stopped, it does hurt that she can’t help.)
Alate - (Enemies/Frankly, she would rather jump into the sun than stand around this freak. Given her medical knowledge, the things he does to people often hits her in a different way to the others, piecing together the kind of pain and suffering he’s brought, knowledge she doesn’t like to share with the others. The of the many reasons why she want’s Jay nowhere near him, given Alate’s obsessions.)
Sciros - (Enemies/She thinks he’s a pathetic man, given he uses kids to do dirty work for him. But she also knows he is smart, and knows how to play many games with people. He’s a petty crook, willing to give away anything to win, something that doesn’t please her.)

Skills: First-Aid Training/Medical Knowledge. Extreme Leap/Ability. Hand-To-Hand Combat Training. Marksmanship Training. Multilingualism. Weakness/Flaws/Fears: Like many of her kind, the heat can bother her quite a bit due to her having fur. Compared to the rest of the team, she is the easiest to deal with in combat on her own, given she is the team’s field medic (one of the many reasons she carries a gun). Her stubborn and blunt personality can often make bad first impressions on people.

Weekly Check In - November 12th, 2023 🎀
ugh I feel like I’ve been neglecting my blogs, and that’s not what I want to be doing!!!
I have finals coming up so soon, including exams and final papers (looking at you, psychology research paper). Not to mention I’m still working 5 days a week, classes 4 days a week, working out 3-5 days a week on top of all my adulting duties. It’s safe to safe I have been a little stressed lately, no doubt about that. It really got me bad because it was impacting my relationship with my boyfriend and the last thing I want to do is cause unnecessary stress and anxiety for him. I know I let my stress and anxieties get the best of me when I realized I was the one causing 98% of all of our arguments and issues this last few weeks. Luckily I was able to come to the realization that it had been my fault, so him and I talked it through and worked it out and I missed him that I would work both on myself more as well as work with my therapist and develop better coping strategies for times of high stress.
🩷 let’s recap this last week with some highlights! And then I will tal about my goals for the upcoming week!
I had to go talk to my PSYC TA about how far I’d fallen behind in the class and she was able to give me some encouragement and a lot of help and really set me on the path in the right direction, so I definitely have hope that I’ll pass this class with a B at worst, which is still an awesome grade!
I finally made it back to my cooking class and the professor was so kind, he told me it always upset his days when I’d miss class for the week and he asked me if was doing okay and how things were going. I think he’s in his 50s or 60s, and he’s just a very kind man, reminds me of my own dad. Has that typical old man dad humor and his cooking class has actually help me become more comfortable with my own cooking skills as of this semester. Definitely one of my favorite classes, and my classmates were the best too.
I registered for the next semester and I am sooo looking forward to the course load. Well, for the most part anyways. I have to retake Chemistry 2 as well as the lab but luckily the college offers a supplemental type of course to help with the actual class so that’s gonna be awesome. I’m also taking a sports medicine focused medical terminology course online, another once a week food focused course about food production, a psychology of emotion course (super super excited for this class), and I registered for a yoga class for the semester! I feel like having yoga twice a week will definitely help with stress and relaxation and just overall keep me on the right track health wise for the semester! I think I’m taking a total of almost 18 credit hours but other yoga class itself is 2 credits so it’s definitely gonna be an easier semester at least schedule and course load wise.
My work bestie had her baby shower! I can’t believe she’s 8 months pregnant with a little boy, he’s already so lucky to have her and her man as parents. She was absolutely glowing at her baby shower and I’m so happy that I got to go and support her. I’ve known her for going on three years already so it made my day to both be invited and get to see how excited she got when I went.
I bought matcha powder! (Amongst other health stuff, including some new gym gear for my lower body days) I have a mini traditional matcha set so I thought I’d finally use it no bought some matcha powder online! I’m super excited to try my hand at making myself matcha lattes. I even bought a milk frother so I’m a little excited.
I changed up my fitness goals and routine a bit. I’m still going to the gym 3 days a week for weight lifting, but now two of those are lower body days and the other is an upper body day. I’m also going to continue with my two days of cardio but on those two days I am also going to do some at home mat Pilates to help with my overall fitness, appearance, and health goals. I’ve heard that some lower intensity workouts are pretty good for women with PCOS so I thought incorporating that would be a good idea.
I’m Vitamin D deficient and I had no idea! I used to take vitamin D supplements at my old doctors request when I was a teenager but I stopped when I can rot college because I was no longer being advised to take it nor were my blood levels being check regularly so I figured ehh not a big deal but I recently got lab work done and yep, I am semi severely vitamin d deficient. So now I gotta look into different foods I can incorporate as well as a vitamin d supplement and more time in the sun!
I’ve been keeping up a decent skincare routine with a bunch of new products I bought and can I just say, the Anua Heartleaf Oil Cleanser is an absolute god send. I’m obsessed with Asian/Korean skincare. It’s done so much for my skin, I can’t recommend it enough!
overall, not a bad week this last week. this recap is for only (mainly) November 4th through yesterday, November 11th.
🩷 my upcoming goals and things for this week! (November 12th thru 18th)
Keep up with all my homework and turning assignments in completed and on time. I’m trying to finish the semester off strong, or at least as strong as I can. That just means it’s grind time and I gotta buckle down and get my school stuff done.
Insurance. I need to purchase insurance because the state I live in says I make too much to qualify for full coverage insurance which is an issue with the meds I take and the doctors I currently see, as well as my therapist. Adulting, yay!
Complete at least a draft and/or reel for my dietetics mentor by Saturday/next Sunday as the deadline was to have something sent to her by Monday at noon. So my goal is to have some drafts of content for her as soon as possible.
Work out at least three days this week. I’ve been consistent with going every week for the last four weeks but I haven’t been as consistent with how many days within the week that I’ve been going. So that’s definitely a goal of mine.
Look into a Pilates class/studio I can join by the beginning of next semester. I definitely want to take some classes to help with form and proper technique, but I think I want to give myself some time to build more confidence so that way I can give it my all in the future classes I take. Plus, my finances don’t exactly permit me taking Pilates classes at the moment. So my goal is to do some research now and then make a decision by mid January.
My boyfriend and I are hitting a year and a half together this week! Ahh I love him so much, I’m so excited for yet another milestone. Pretty soon we’ll be coming up on two years and I just couldn’t be happier. My man is my best friend, I’m so lucky and grateful that I have him in my life, especially as my partner <3
Attempt to make a matcha latte! My matcha powder comes in this week so I’m gonna try my hand at making my own matcha now!
Keep consistent with my skin care and self care. Also pick up journaling again this week as I think it’ll help me sort out my stressors and anxieties without harming my relationship with my man or my relationship with myself. Self care and working on my own well being benefit me in so many ways, I just need to keep consistent with it.
Restart my Duolingo and Busuu streaks as an attempt to get back into learning the Japanese language! Also begin to pick up Spanish again! Spanish is not too difficult for me to understand as a lot of people I’m around speak the language and I also took classes in high school and some in college. So I think splitting my time between Spanish and Japanese will be good and keep me from being bored and dropping my language studies altogether. I’m going to start with Spanish Duolingo and just go from there with it! once I get more comfortable with the languages I will start making small posts in those languages! Spanish will definitely come easier than Japanese tho, that’s for sure.
that’s all for this upcoming week! It feels like it’s going to be busy but next week is our break for thanksgiving so that’s one week of rest and relaxation and recovery for me. I won’t be spending the holiday with anyone but I don’t mind, it gives me a day to be mindful and grateful and just give me some time to myself that day, and for the whole week. Everyone who knows me in person knows I definitely need the time for myself. I think it’ll be very restorative for sure.

And I’m going to drop a review of some of the new skincare products I’ve recently bought and tried as well! I’ll try to do a mid week update this week on this blog too!

It's time for The Hot Girls Only Fitness Club's weekly meeting, where new member Moses was warmly welcomed.
Ophelia is sure being around parents who have been, or are currently going through, what he's dealing with regarding Shea, will do him some good.
Ophelia hits the treadmill and catches up with her sister-in-law.
Hilary: I would have been fine just going to the courthouse, but I want to do something special for Omari with our kids, and your family, of course.
Penny Pizzazz is just happy to be getting screentime again!
Ophelia checks in on Moses, who's showing Celeste pictures of Shea and chatting about what a handful she is.
Celeste: Ha, trust me, you'll miss the days where they won't leave you alone. Getting my teen to even tell me about his day is like pulling teeth!
Time to check on Hilary again.
Ophelia: You doing okay, Hil?
Hilary: I'm pretending this punching bag is Hector's big stupid head. Planning a wedding in Tartosa is difficult when your ex-husband is the king of the wedding industry there.
Hilary: I finally found a partner that treats me right. Omari deserves a special day, but I spent 20 years helping Hector plan hundreds of weddings, so every step of the wedding planning process makes me think of him and how he betrayed me! It's llamashit!
Poor Hilary.
Time for a pep talk from fitness pro Ophelia.
Ophelia: Get that anger out, girl! Just imagine a stupid fedora on top of that bag and have at it! You're Hilary Pappas, you're strong as hell and nobody is going to ruin your big day with the love of your life, especially not him!
Hilary: You're damn right I'm not!
Ophelia has always admired Hilary's fierce drive. Considering she practically raised Xander, it's crazy how different they are personality wise, but they both definitely never let anything get them down for long.
After some intense workouts, and some even more intense vent sessions, a few of the Hot Girls (including Moses because being a Hot Girl is a state of mind) unwind in the sauna.
Becca: So Ophelia, you ready to finally age up?
Ophelia: I don't really have a choice either way.
Becca: Soooo, any big plans?
Ophelia: Not really, I'm probably just going to do something lowkey at home with the kids.
Becca: Aww, come on, you're a celebrity, you're not even going to have a party?
Ophelia: Parties are so glitchy, they're more trouble than they're worth!
Ophelia: Just being with you guys right now is enough of a celebration. You doing okay, Moses?
Moses: Yeah, I was a bit worried about Shea at first, but Ian hasn't called or texted so they must be doing okay. Thanks for welcoming me, ladies.
Hilary: The more the merrier!
Moses: However, don't think I'm letting you leave without a little birthday gift. I booked you a massage.
Ophelia: Moses, you didn't have to do that!
Moses: Hey, only the best for my kid!
Meanwhile, outside the sauna, Penny is doing push ups in a towel and Summer is taking a yoga class taught by a Servo. Classic Sims moment.
After her sauna session, Ophelia gets ready for her massage from ace king Aurelio Robles. Unfortunately, he's not a very good masseuse.
Ophelia: Woohoock, who knew someone rubbing hot rocks all over your back would hurt!
Aurelio is an Ophelia Lemon stan, so he's very ashamed.
Back home, while Ophelia's working on lunches for the next day, Jaden comes in to have a little snack.
Ophelia: Hey, buddy.
Jaden: Hi, Mom.
While Jaden munches, Ophelia can't help but notice how long his hair has gotten.
Ophelia: Look at that hair. You're due for a trim, kid.
Oh. Jaden always had short hair as a toddler, and he aged up with a short haircut too. He kind of likes how he looks with his hair longer, but if Mom says he needs a haircut…
Too bad Ophelia was focused on cooking, otherwise she would have seen her son's sad little face.
Jaden tries not to let it bother him as he enjoys some water fun with Gemma and Lulu (and the cats apparently) in the backyard. It also helps him not to think about the braces he's getting tomorrow.

ahajsjsjsjsjs hi!! i hope you’re having a good day! i was wondering if i could please get a matchup for trigun? (any era/form is cool! though stampede is my current hyperfixation i love it sm). im bisexual & use she/her pronouns :)
for my personality, id say im pretty bubbly and excitable. i’m an esfp & cancer, & i try to look on the bright side and try to cheer up people when they’re sad. im very affectionate with the people im close to, and i kinda cling onto my friends arms and hug them a lot. i love anything soft or cute, especially animals!! im kinda scared of bugs though, but i still always try to take them outside, even if i have to go kicking and screaming. i get distracted pretty easily, i also really like going for walks, shopping, yoga, baking, and reading. i really like to look after people, but sometimes that makes it so i kinda disregard my own needs. im a bit of people pleaser, and i tend to look for the best in others! though i can’t really tolerate it if somebody is overly cruel or rude to the people i care about. i can be really bossy & a bit unreasonable when it’s something i’m interested in. appearance wise, im 5’1 & have fairly long light brown hair. my eyes are hazel, im fairly pale with a few freckles sitting across my face, & my cheeks are perpetually rosy andjfjjek. i also really like to do makeup, both on myself and others. like, i’ll be in pjs and putting on lip gloss also since i’m on the shorter side, i like to wear really big shoes because it makes me feel cool!

~Loves it when you teach him Yoga! Is actually super tight in a lot of places from his mechanical limbs being attached, so he loves it when you help him loosen up.
~It amazes him how much more limber he is after one of your sessions. He could dodge a million bullets!!!
~He counts your freckles at night instead of sheep when he's trying to fall asleep
~Has matching shoes w/ you. He loves the big shoes aesthetic too, so he loves having matching clothing.
~ This backfires on him when someone takes a look at a similar coat he got for you and mistakes you for Vash, trying to stake a claim to the sixty billion double dollar bounty
~Homie about threw away his "love and peace" ideals when he saw you get snatched away

Weekly Weight and Fitness Update ✍🏻
The scale is going down again
After adjusting my diet just a bit, which means basically cutting back on alcohol and sticking to Intermittent Fasting again, the scale is finally going down! I'm very pleased with my 1 kilo loss after weeks of maintenance.
Fitness wise, I haven't been doing much. I've been recovering from a couple of minor injuries and struggling with my mental health, plus the British weather hasn't been cooperative when it comes to outdoor activities!
I've started another 30 days of yoga with a daily meditation/mental exercise associated. Very happy with how that's going as I'm trying to develop myself in different areas. The mental part is definitely harder than the physical aspect for me.

Thoughts: Could be better, could be worse. I’ve actually had quite a good day, I’ve been happy and laughing and feeling good. I was super worried before work because today I had a planned lesson visit from my boss (headmaster) and after work an employee interview (don’t know if that’s the correct term?) but it went so extremely well… and I got so many compliments for my work and thoughts and I was actually a bit overwhelmed because I’m not used to this. So yeah, it was very nice. And also I’m proud of myself for not having a total breakdown food wise during the day due to nervousness, so that’s also very good. Two times I had to adjust my intake plan (the pretzel sticks and the evening snacks) but I’m not beating myself up about it… trying to focus on the fact I didn’t b1nge even though I was so stressed out 😅 And then my yoga session was soooo good, i was really able to focus and breathe through stuff and stay in positions to just be aware in the moment. So yeah, over all, this was a really good day! Oh oh and also, the sun was finally shining today, please warmth, I hope you’re here to stay ☀️

dove career anon here! (i meant to come back earlier but i've been fighting for my life at work)
what do dove and austin like to do in their off time when they're not working? what shows/movies do they like to watch togther or any books they're currently obsessed with?
listen anon, my darling career anon, you're talking to someone who basically only ever posts actual fics on tuesdays and wednesdays now because of work and being exhausted. and is both anxiety ridden over losing four hours of pay every week for the foreseeable future but also so deliriously happy they don't have to wake up at two am instead of four am two days out of the week now. which is to say- ya girl gets you. but to answer your question?
if we're also calling reading scripts working, i'll take that out of the mix. but usually they end up going to restaurants together first off, part of it is austin's whole thing with restaurants and part of it is that sometimes- as great as austin's cooking is she wants something they doesn't involve dishes they have to clean. they also weirdly enough work out together with the caveat that she's doing like swimming/yoga/bit of strength training and austin is very rarely doing the same thing. he says it's so they don't step on each other but it's really so he can watch her do like a downward dog while on the treadmill or watch her come out of the pool looking all wet.
as far as shows, dove got austin hooked on bridgerton and is whispering in everyone's ears that austin has to do a period piece soon for her own sense of wellbeing. beyond that they're fans of like old school hbo stuff- though austin went through this weird hbo war phase that stuck with him that dove doesn't understand around the masters of air filming apparently. so basically the wire, treme, etc. honestly a lot of their films/tv habits revolve around their next projects genre wise just to keep them both kind of focused? if that makes sense?

This morning :,< I was in a lot of pain and the pain meds were not kicking in at all. I'm a lot better now but today has been a down-for-the-count kind of day as my energy level is really low from that. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be more productive
3. Do you have kids?
Do a puppy and two kitties count? :3 Otherwise, nope. No tiny humans in my life but maybe one day in the far future.
4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
When the situation calls for it, yes, or if I am comfortable with my surroundings cause I try not to be sarcastic if I'm around new faces
5. What sports do you play/have you played?
I was an avid dancer until High School and then traded out the dance shoes for an instrument and did Marching Band till College. I only really played soccer in Physical Ed classes and/or with friends and I used to play street hockey as well but again all of that was just for fun with friends as I was never part of a sports team.
6. What’s the first thing you notice about other people?
Oh. Good question. Appearance-wise, their eyes. Non-appearance wise, how they hold themselves or talk to other people. Sometimes you can tell a lot (good or bad) by how someone talks to others or how they act in certain situations. I dunno if that makes sense but that's usually what I notice as a quiet observer.
7. Scary movies or happy endings?
Definitely not scary movies as I am a scardy cat XD I can barely sit through any sort of scary movie so if it's between those two, happy endings it is!
8. Any special talents?
Apparently (at least according to my friends and co-workers) being able to braid my hair, like a French braid or a fishtail braid, is a talent of mine because I can do it without a mirror and also while I am walking. And yes, they are really good-looking braids XD

A small town in the hills on the West Coast of the states in the southern part of said state. I moved up north when I was still little though.

Video games for sure, Writing, Reading, Theater (More so theater tech over acting but occasionally I will act) Singing, Roller skating, Yoga, annnnd crochet!

I have two cats and a dog! My two cats are twins, one is super affectionate and vocal (my sister's cat) and my cat is a sleepy old man who is very selective of who gets to cuddle with him (usually I can say someone is good people if my cat likes them XD) and then a very cute and energetic puppy who is small like a lap dog but she's actually a full 40 lbs as she's mixed with a pit bull and a corgi! She's the sweetest pup I've ever had <3

I absolutely loved English/Creative writing and then History mainly ancient history if I had to narrow it down.

The cool thing when it comes to not interacting with my national side of YouTube is that most if not all dramas will pass me by. My Internet DiscourseTM era has long passed and I don't care what YouTuber said what or what some journalist did. If it's funny or fucked up enough, I'll learn from Tumblr (not my nationality wise because nobody, rightfully so, cares about this shit of a country).
But sometimes some info will slip to me and I'll be like "huh, another day in the life of a beauty guru".
I remember when I was younger I was very great fan of critically and methodically looking up at shit when it hit the fun. Because it was just fun and stimulating. But now that I'm in the same age bracket as some of those oh so great and important Tubers, I'm realising that it was quite bold of me to assume there is a logic to be found in some of these actions. Like, you wouldn't go to a child drawing with a chalk on a side of a road/path and say "bitch you're talentless, I've seen better, go kill yourself". You don't go with a knife to a gun fight. You're not trying to destory petulant and frankly idiotic supposedly young adults with facts and logic, because there is time and place.
So tldr don't go starving yourself and there is no amount of yoga, visualisation and manifestation and fake spirituality that can manifest you happiness. Some people say "how would I know not to kill people without religion?", and for one Karen you're fucking mental, and secondly you don't need Jesus to have some basic morlas. If you want some Jesus, have some Jesus. But not all of us need some Jesus. Likewise, a lot of the eastern philosophies and spiritualities are more complex than 'eat no meat, pray on Sunday, think lofty and inspirational thoughts', so please grab a book or 25 of them and learn because that's really scrapping the bottom of a barrel.
Also yes, to surprise of noone above the age of 18, univeristy and academic work boils down to a lot of research and studying by your lonesome. You're not a kindergarten pupil and folk cannot hold your hand 24/7, you oh so great, psychology major (maybe if she tries one more time after dropping *cheking notes* 7 times, she'll finally succeed).

Managing Pregnancy Discomforts: Tips for Relief
Pregnancy is best described as a wonderful period brimming with happiness, pleasure, and enthusiasm. But together with joy, it causes various physical and emotional nuisances in everyday life. At Diva women’s Hospital we understand that each woman and her pregnancy is special and so are the challenges she faces. Here are brief descriptions of many annoying pregnancy symptoms and ideas for making them more tolerable so you can enjoy your pregnancy to the fullest. However, if taken under the correct procedure you can actually relieve such symptoms to ensure that pregnant women enjoy their pregnancy period.
1. Morning Sickness Relief
Among the earliest complaints which many women think of as a normal pregnancy complaint is nausea and vomiting, often called morning sickness. It can be a bummer during the first months of pregnancy and, while it usually fades by the second trimester, it can be quite annoying in the beginning.
Tips for Relief:
Small, Frequent Meals: Dividing food intake into little portions consumed throughout the day is suitable when it comes to controlling nausea as well as blood sugar level.
Stay Hydrated: It is wise to avoid foods that will trigger nausea, or better still take a sip of water, ginger tea or lemon water. Self treatment by choice can lead to: Dehydration as it is a worsening factor to morning sickness.
Ginger and Peppermint: Ginger is also recommended to help cure nausea. Ginger can be taken in the form of candied ginger, ginger tea, or even ginger supplements, but only with your doctor’s recommendation. The warm tea may also ease an upset stomach.
Vitamin B6: A few propose that taking vitamin B6 would decrease the symptoms of morning sickness. You need your doctor’s advice before adding any supplement to your diet.
2. Managing Heartburn and Indigestion
In the process of growing your baby places pressure on your tummy, thus leads you to bouts of heartburn and indigestion. Hormonal fluctuations also affect digestion hence it causes a discomfort.
Tips for Relief:
Avoid Trigger Foods: It’s also important not to consume foods with peppers, fatty foods, and foods with tomato sauce since they can cause heartburn.
Eat Slowly: Clenching and rolling foods in the mouth and taking time to chew considerate allows for easier digestion and avert acid reflux.
Sleep Elevated: Stomach acid may also be minimized you are pregnant by lying down on your left side, with your head and upper body propped slightly upward.
Smaller Portions: As with morning sickness, splitting the portions through the day lessens the chances of indigestion.
3. Alleviating Back Pain
Lower back pain is very frequent in pregnant women, especially from second and the third trimester of pregnancy. This is because it limits exertion of force in exercise in addition to exerting added weight and altering the center of gravity hence exerts pressure on the spine.
Tips for Relief:
Practise Good Posture: You may also stand up straight to relieve strain on your back as well as sit up straight from your seat. It is advisable to have a cushion or a pillow placed behind your back when sitting.
Prenatal Yoga: Stretches and prenatal yoga help to tone your belly muscles, increase flexibility and decrease back pain.
Wear Supportive Shoes: It is advisable to wear flat shoes that are as comfy as we want our feet to be with good arch support.
