I know how Thomas Astruc feels about Chloé, but honestly? If I didn’t, I’d still hold out a lot of hope for her eventual redemption!

The Miracle Queen plot twist did not really damage my opinion of her. In fact, it kind of makes sense to me: a 14-year-old with abandonment issues would interpret a lack of trust from her idol as rejection. If my memory serves me right, she was the first person to reject an akuma, and understandably feels hurt that her loyalty wasn’t rewarded.

(There are striking similarities between this storyline and Chat Noir’s S4 arc - it would be easy to build from that to bring her back into the light!)

And then there’s this scene in Emotion, where Chloé seems so desperate for connection! She’s surrounded by the rich and famous kids she claims to belong with, and yet she still feels alone. So when she spots what she thinks is a new face, she’s elated and immediately reaches out to her. Just look how excited she is as she grabs Marinette’s arm, compliments her, and tries to find common ground by clumsily mentioning her “underling” - the closest thing she has to an actual friend.

If Felix, who has done much more questionable things (and who Thomas Astruc apparently also hated for a while), can be redeemed, I don’t see why she couldn’t! There’s definitely enough to work from anyways.

A cannibalism thingy a bop

Tbh if Bee really does eat people, I can imagine she has the mindset of "If they were a good person, they will taste sweet," but it's mostly her opinion. Like she would think Ocelot and Solid would taste so bitter she wouldn't even feed them to the birds or wild animals.

I also feel like she would typically target adults who are virgins. You'll enjoy your food more if you know no one fucked it.

And knowing her, she'd probably drink blood more often than actually eating, but it's not very often she does either. She would attempt to keep it secret from everyone she knows by hiding any meat as another meat like pork. Human flesh is familiar to pork, especially when burned/cooked (I think).

Im tryna think of a reason she would even do this. I know in Vietnam, she probably did it occasionally for survival if she couldn't catch a rabbit or something. But if she still were to do it, idk why other than she's fucking crazy-

(random s5 finale musings) tbh I don't think Marinette chose to keep The Secrets™ from Adrien because Gabriel asked her to. I feel like Marinette keeping secrets like that is so consistent with her character; she hates giving people bad news, she hates rocking the boat, she hates upsetting people, she always chooses to keep any 'controversial' information to herself for as long as she can get away with (examples: bubbler scarf, telling Queen Bee she was benched, confessing to Adrien, warning Chat Noir about Scarabella or Rena Furtive, never told Chat Noir about Chat Blanc, etc) that I just totally believe she would've done it either way. She was even already having nightmares about Adrien hating her for finding out she defeated his father, so I feel like Gabriel's request was moreso giving her a go-ahead than it was a primary deciding factor, yknow?

"'Nemi! Do you want your wife to be pretty or not?" you say absentmindedly from the bathroom as you cleanse your face, splashing cold water on your face.

"I think you're the prettiest," he whines, standing up and coming into the kitchen, looking like a very upset man-child as he pouts at your reflection in the mirror.

"What the fuck are you- Oooh," he says, easily distracted as you pass him a tea tree oil serum to put on his face. His lilac eyes go wide as he looks at collection of skincare you have and he starts picking up random bottles. "Why the fuck are you putting snail remains on your face- There's bee pollen in this moisturiser by the way, you're scared of bees, ain't ya?"

"'Nemi... Just put it on your face."

He's shrieking as if you're going to murder him as you bring your hands to pat some serum onto his face but the minute it touches, he's immediately dunking the whole bottle onto his face much to your horror and dramatic screams.

"This shit feels good."

And so, it becomes a routine every night where Sanemi hogs most of your skin care and hair oils. Most of the time, you'll be chatting with him, sheet masks on both your faces.

Okay, so I once read an article about a man whose wife went blind in old age. She became really depressed, so he planted hundreds if not thousands of flowers for her to smell.

That combined with Jing Yuan in Feixiao’s animated short “taking it easy”, I have lost my mind, just a little.

So without further ado, Jing Yuan with a blind partner.

✿Jing Yuan, who will add anything you ask for to the garden, he wants you to enjoy it as much as he does.

He sends Yanqing around lunch time to check on you; make sure you’ve eaten, you don’t need help with anything, etc. It used to be a random cloud knight, but you got tired of the same conversation every day:

Everyday, some of them were genuinely nice company, but you got the feeling most were just trying to get Jing Yuan’s favour. You brought this up with Jing Yuan, who swiftly made the change, and as much as you liked some of the knights, you much prefer Yanqing. He is a little more unprofessional with you, which means you get to ask him about Jing Yuan in return, Yanqing is more than happy to air his grievances of the day with you. It’s a win win really.

✿Jing Yuan, who, after an incident, worries about your safety whenever something happens on the Luofu. Reckless and spontaneous are not adjectives most would use to describe the general, but there are times when the ever calm and composed general loses his cool. To avoid a similar incident, he asks the other charioteers for favours, it is the only time he treats you even remotely incapable. You allow it, it’s not like you can disagree with him and you don’t mind being left in the company of the other charioteers. Fu Xuan, who uses it as a chance to complain about the general and his lazy behaviour. Yukong, who makes tea and sits with you, having a nice chat to catch up with her. You understand that Jing Yuan loves a lot and therefore worries for you, and that he would tear the Luofu apart to find you.

✿Jing Yuan, who sits with you pressed up against his side after a long day, and tells you about his day. When you tell him about your own, no matter how similar it was to the day before and the day before, he still listens closely.

✿Jing Yuan, who loves slow mornings, where he gets to help you decide on an outfit for the day. “Help” is putting it kindly, but he can’t help it. You just look so good in everything, he can’t decide.

“Yuan, please just pick one.”

“But it’s not that easy my dear.”

“And why isn’t?”

“Because you just look so wonderful in everything.”

It’s hard to stay annoyed with him, when he spends these slow mornings flattering you in that morning voice.

May or may not be doing this cause its a description of one of my ocs, but uuuh- Wally, Poppy and Frank with a 'reader' who is basically Robbie Rotten from Lazytown, just an obligatory 'villain' who lives to cause trouble and come up with 'schemes' for the rest of the cast to deal with even though... Uh... They would also completely bail out on whatever they had planned if they got sick because they don't wanna spread it to anyone else shfjsjfhd

Wally

In the show, you're basically the villain character who has a knack for causing many of the plights/perils in each episode.

Like you could be out to sabotage Sally's plays, ruin Wally's pompadour, take a wrecking ball to Home, etc.

Your home has an underground lair with a bunch of high-tech inventions that help you carry out these "evil deeds".

Oh, and you absolutely have a villain song, too.

You can even "hijack" Wally's introductions and proclaim to the viewers that you're gonna take over the neighborhood by the end of the day.

In some episodes, you'd kidnap him and keep him hostage--only for the rest of the neighbors to come to the rescue.

It's a game that you seemingly always lose, but you find it fun!

Yet even as a villain, you have standards.

For instance, Wally was expecting you to show up and interrupt his painting session...but he sees you off in the distance going to the pharmacy with a mask on and wonders what you're up to.

It turns out you got the flu, so you wanted to forego whatever scheme you plotted until you felt better.

"You won't try...spreading your sickness to us?" He tilts his head, confused.

"....I'm a villain, Darling." You huff in a tired, stuffy voice (yes, you refer to everyone by their last name). "Not a monster."

Poppy

As the main "villain" of the show, sometimes you'll pick on Poppy for being a "big scaredy chicken" and thwart her cooking attempts.

You might discreetly add something to her food that makes it taste yucky, or remotely crank the oven 100 degrees extra so her pie turns to charcoal.

Of all the cast, she's the most intimidated by you. The others usually come to her defense.

However, one day you visit her barn, and while she freaks out at first...she notices you look rather exhausted and sickly (not to mention keeping your distance), and her motherly side still manages to come out.

"O-Oh, are you okay, dearest? You don't look well.."

"...I caught a cold. Do you..have any tea?" You ask softly.

Of course, she can't say no and turn you away. So she makes you some hot tea, which you sincerely thank her for, and you two chat for some time before heading back home without incident.

Since then, your schemes against her became just casual teasing and stealing a few of her ingredients.

Maybe you're not so bad after all, she thinks.

Frank

You like targeting Frank solely because your antics make him furious.

He acts like you don't bother him..but when you make a giant butterfly-catching contraption and abduct all the butterflies from the park? He'll be seething red and demand you to release them.

Or if you release a swarm of bees/wasps/hornets when he's trying to have a nice picnic with his fellow neighbors? He'll be shouting at you as he runs the other way.

You just grin, finding delight in pissing him off at every opportunity.

However, one day you catch a cold and decide to put a pause on your evil schemes, opting to sleep in and leave your neighbors alone.

Yet that day so-happens to be the day that Frank plans to give you an earful about your behavior, as he marches over to your house to confront you.

But since it's locked behind a high-tech security gate, the system asks him for the entry password and he keeps getting it wrong.

In the end he storms back home, but that's where you call him and explain you were sick and didn't want him getting infected.

You do admit that seeing him shouting random words at your security system made you laugh the sickness out of you, so you felt much better now--and you thank him for that.

He just grumbles a "you're welcome" and hangs up.

Therapy for Miraculous Team fic idea

cool idea for miraculous fic set during season 2-3 (get away all this shit from seasons 4-5)

Okay, so one day Mayor of Paris announced that as thanks to the Miraculous team for all they did for Paris, they can get free mental health care. Like a free therapist. Talk about perks being superheroes

Anyway, Ladybug of course says that its dangerous and they can't really talk to said therapist because people can figure out their identities. Chat Noir agrees, but in the end they both start using said therapist.

It starts with something more trivial like high school stress or tips for how to deal with anxiety, small things like that. But as time goes and therapist being an actually nice person who never tries to guess who they are under the mask and just wants to help them, both Ladybug and Chat Noir loosen up a little. They now talk about other stuff, more personal to them (still hiding their identities)

Even temporal heroes sometimes use therapist services. Rena Rouge asks how can she be passionate about her hobbies without it hurtung her friends, Carapace asks tips how to help his friend who is in a difficult family situation, Queen Bee (she is the last to visit therapist but even she caves) asks how can she change herself so that she stops losing people. It's all very nice and well, and the team grows so much closer than they were before

Only the thing is, the therapist is actually a double agent working for Hawkmoth.

Maybe they had some personal vendetta against the Miraculous team, maybe they just didn't trust them, maybe some other reason - just the idea that said therapist was not all that great.

Until they started listening to the heroes and suddenly hit with the realization that they are just kids. Ladybug can restore Paris in a matter of seconds, but she is extremely anxious about school and has a poor life-work balance. Chat Noir can destroy everything just by touching it, but he also spends so long pretending to be a perfect version of himself that he has no idea who he truly is. Rena Rouge can make a perfect illusion with a few notes, but she also feels like she constantly misses everything and she hurts more people than actually helps them. Carapace can shield a bullet, but also worries about his friends and not being enough for them. Queen Bee is able to freeze a person, but also is so deep in her own familly problems that she is also comepltly lost what she is as a person.

Suddenly therapist realizes that people who were protecting Paris for so many years - are just kids. Kids who should worry about their grades and school drama and not fight a magical terrorist every day.

Maybe then therapist starts selling false info to the Hawkmoth. Maybe they now trying to figure out the Hawkmoth identity. Maybe then Therapist becomes probably the only stable adult figure in superheroes lifes they can go for. Maybe they start learning more stuff about miraculouses. And maybe they suddenly met with a choice to step away and probably let those kids make so many mistakes or step in and help them in every possible way.

Just the idea of some random parisian therapist looking at miraculous team and deciding that that is enough and help them.

Edit: of course we can take more hilarious approach because imagine you start listening to all the stuff those kids are up to. Someone was in a doomed alternative version of their world, someone tried to cataclysmed themselves and all that while dealing with school. I pity that therapist

Neil Josten

He has those two crooked teeth at the sides of his mouth that look like ‘fangs’ and big two front teeth (me too, me too😔)

He doesn’t care much about facial piercings but he ends up getting a few more ear piercings after awhile (and then he got a tongue piercing because someone told him he wouldn’t)

Regularly walks into glass doors and poles by accident and tries to play it off and act cool when really he just looks like an absolute dumbass

Sneezes like an old man

He wakes up from nightmares sometimes thinking his legs are gone and panics before realising that he’s okay and that he’s safe

Once he starts relaxing more while sleeping in the same bed as Neil he starts sleep talking and it’s always about something ridiculous or completely random

I’ve said this so many times but idc. Andrew didn’t have any piercings until he moved in with Aaron and Nicky because Aaron has piercings and Andrew thought they were cool

Is good at baking and enjoys it but if you held a gun to his head and told him to cook dinner the gun would go off

When he was a kid he was really into space and constellations and sometimes he’ll point them out while on the roof with Neil

Has slight claustrophobia from when Andrew locked him inside the bathroom. It’s not that bad most of the time but sometimes if the door gets stuck for a second or he’s in a small room for too long then he silently freaks out (he also hates going inside lifts)

Was really big on dinosaurs as a kid. his favourite teddy was a little terradactyl (idfk how to spell it I’ve been trying for ten minutes😭) and he still keeps it under his pillow

Gives the most nastiest looks to people without even realising

Mumbles to himself a lot about the things he’s doing like a narrator

They got legally married but instead of a wedding they had a dinner party at their house

Bully Aaron every chance they get bro trust🙏 “look at him” “ikr what a nerd” “I can hear you both😐”

Katelyn is just messing around but Neil is probably actually bullying him LMFAO

Dressed up as each other for Halloween once without telling anybody and gave the twins whip lash

Neil helps her with maths and will help Aaron too if he’s there but Aaron is actually good at maths so he doesn’t need it most of the time

Katelyn was watching when Marissa was asking for Neil’s number because she was the one that told her to ‘go for it!’ And when Marissa got back Katelyn was in tears laughing

They have a secret hand shake that is unnecessarily complicated

Katelyn has bright ginger hair while Neil (cannonicly) had Auburn/dark ginger hair

Aaron and Matt

Aaron was a little awkward about their slowly forming friendship and often tried pushing Matt away but Matt was a little oblivious to it

Randy loved Aaron and always tells Matt to invite him over for the holidays

Whenever Aaron has a nightmare he doesn’t like sleeping by himself and has woken up next to Matt many times because Matt told him he can just sleep in his bed if it makes him feel better

They get really competitive with each other over video games

They play fight/tackle eachother at the most random times and Matt usually wins

Matt had a pair of Spider-Man pajama bottoms and Aaron has a pair of Batman pajama bottoms (Matt bought them)

Matt was the best man at Aaron and Katelyn’s wedding

Matt gets Neil into playing video games with him sometimes and Neil is wayyyyy better than Matt so he regrets ever letting Neil have a go

Aaron, Andrew and Nicky

Nicky was the one that bought Andrew his armbands. Nicky took them shopping for some extra things like clothes and school supplies etc before they went home and Andrew picked them up, Nicky saw him looking at them and told him he can get them if he wants (Nicky never knew why Andrew wanted them until thanksgiving)

Nicky cut the twins hair for them up until the left collage. To begin with it was just Aaron’s hair he did but eventually Andrew trusted him enough for him to cut his too (I don’t think Andrew would like a hairdressers due to a stranger having to touch him and I just think Aaron would hate getting his hair cut)

They had movie nights together before collage every now and again but didn’t have the time for them once they joined the foxes. One night, after the books take place, Nicky asked if the wanted to have one and they ended up meeting in Aaron’s dorm to watch it. Aaron fell asleep against Nicky’s shoulder and while Andrew fell asleep last at the other side of their make shift sofa bed thing

Aaron and Nicky met once or twice when they were little but Aaron doesn’t remember

They have a groupchat and Nicky has the twins contacts saved as ‘thing 1’ and ‘thing 2’

A part of Nicky was upset Andrew never told him he was gay and at some point he asked him if it was because he felt like he couldn’t and Andrew looked him up and down and asked if he was being serious LMAO

Aarons had glasses since he was little but Andrew only got his after moving in with Nicky

Aaron and Andrew eventually just end up sharing most of their clothes either each other after awhile

andrew and aaron both have a very contagious laugh if you’re lucky enough to hear it

DOUBLE DATES GUYS TRUST🙏🙏🙏 I think Renee and Allison are more of a dinner date kind of couple while Neil are a staying in or like going on a drive type of couple so they all agree on something that they would all like. a small café or something yk?

Andrew doesn’t gossip but will slide Allison information he’s heard, Renee doesn’t gossip and doesn’t particularly enjoy listening to it, Neil doesn’t gossip but he’ll listen if Allison is, Allison loves gossip and looses her mind when she’s with them

Renee and Andrew have a video of neil and Allison doing karaoke and dancing while drunk in the dorms but nobody else knows about them (not even Neil and Allison)

Allison and Andrew are the best gift givers on the team🫡

Allison put glam makeup on Neil once for fun and the look and Andrews face had them in stitched laughing

I think it would be cute if Allison and Renee adopted a daughter in the future and she would LOVE Andrew and Neil and always want them to ‘come over and play’

^^^Andrew always lets her get away with everything. “Do you want some..?” “My mums said I can’t have sweets before dinner😞” “well they aren’t here right now and I say you can”

Allison and Andrew eventually end up becoming somewhat friends after awhile and she paints his nails for him a lot because she claims he’s ’bad at it’

Neil and Allison

She drags him along for shopping sprees a lot and often ends up buying him clothes even though he has the money for his own

^^^when she and Andrew get closer, there will be a few times she’ll be looking, pick something up and go “you’re buying this for Andrew” and shove it into Neil’s hands

She and Neil have matching skincare headbands/hair-clips

Allison made all Neil’s social media accounts and showed him how to change things like his profile info and how to post. All he’s ever EVER posted is a selfie he has with Allison, a picture of Andrew + the cats and a group photo of the foxes

Shauna Shipman has many layers, even if at first glance she appears like your typical teen girl following her best friend around like a puppy dog. As much as Shauna silently resents it, she allows herself to be Jackie's little doll, letting her pick things for her and going along with whatever Jackie wants. It's almost as if she's the puppet Jackie controls... until she meets you.

At first, Shauna is distant. She observes from afar, whether it's taking glances in classes or the halls or eavesdropping on conversations about you. In a cliche movie kind of way, she always looks away when you look back and her cheeks flush red but she never stops taking glances, never stops staring when you're distracted.

Shauna is horrible at managing her emotions or dealing with her feelings. She's prone to bottling things up until they manifest into anger and she ends up lashing out at others, even those she cares about. So, how does she deal with this growing crush? Simple! She doesn't. She ignores it. She ignores the way her chest tightens around you, ignores how her skin warms when you flash that pretty smile of yours at her in the halls, ignores the bubbling jealousy when she catches Randy or some other idiot trying to chat you up. 

But she can't ignore it forever. Not when her eyes trail away from Jackie to watch you or when she spaces out thinking about you in the middle of conversations. Of course, these kinds of things only pique Jackie's attention, and it's not long before Jackie follows her gaze and sees you at the end of it. And, Jackie being Jackie, she perks right up and gives Shauna a big smile before she's marching right over to you before Shauna can even blink. 

Shauna's mind doesn't comprehend Jackie's retreating form until the light brunette is face to face with you, that familiar friendly bright smile on her face. Her heart picks up immediately and she wants nothing more than the ground to swallow her whole, irritation prickling her skin like bee stings because of course, Jackie approached you. There's nothing else she can do but stand rooted in her spot, watching helplessly as Jackie laughs at something you say before she motions over her shoulder toward Shauna. Your attention moves from the perky teen and onto her, and it lingers for longer than a couple seconds, making her heart skip a beat. Shauna freezes but manages to smile awkwardly before you look back at Jackie. 

And then, Jackie's arm is curled around yours and she's pulling you along. Right toward Shauna. 

"Shauna," Jackie drawls, and Shauna eyes the way her arm is still around yours. "This is (Y/N). Remember the new girl Van was talking about? This is her! (Y/N), this is Shauna Shipman, my best friend. We're on the soccer team together."

"Oh, we know each other." You smile sweetly at her and Shauna finds herself unable to resist a smile back. She shuffles her feet and suddenly she's back in elementary crushing over some random classmate and unable to do anything about her fluttery feelings. "We take US History together with Mr. Calhoun."

"Y-Yeah," Shauna clears her throat, internally groaning at the heat spreading through her cheeks. Jackie's brows furrow slightly at her but she doesn't comment on it and instead steps toward her to wrap an arm around her shoulder.

"You should come to our game this Friday! We're much better than the guys, I swear." 

You smile again, your eyes turning back to Shauna who can't even hold your gaze for longer than a minute before her eyes jump away to look at something else. "Yeah, sure, I'll be there." Suddenly, Shauna starts liking soccer more.

Despite her previous irritation at Jackie doing something without her permission again, her introduction changes things between you and her. Your smiles in the hallway turn into greetings and small talk, you change your usual seat to sit next to her in class, and you start attending the WHS Yellowjacket games. Shauna's a bit quiet and awkward at first, still getting the hang of trying to push down the warm feelings that arise when you're around but then she begins to be more sociable, more friendly. She starts looking forward to the parties she'll know you'll be at and she begins forgetting all about Jeff.

But of course, she can only keep her feelings to herself for so long before her jealousy gets the best of her.

It happens at a party. She arrives with Jackie and Jeff as always but breaks away from the couple to search for you amongst the teens hanging around. She spots you and her heart surges immediately but the smile on her face drops when she sees one of the guys from the boys' basketball team chatting with you. You seem a little bored but still receptive to his jokes and the way he leans toward you, brushing his arm against you and lingering too close for Shauna to take it. Randy has the bad luck to pass by her and make some stupid flirtatious comment that fills her with both disgust and an abrupt spike of anger.

"What'd you just say to me?" Shauna whirls around to face the boy and snaps at him, her anger catching him off guard and drawing the attention of those around them. Taissa immediately appears from the crowd, an accusatory glare sent in Randy's direction as she places a hand on Shauna's shoulder and tells Randy to kick rocks. Randy stumbles over his words, eyes flickering between the two girls and his already red face turning an even deeper shade before he takes the hint and makes quick distance between them.

"Shauna," Your voice fills her ears, pulling her out of her enraged trance and grounding her in the moment. She glances over the confused stares of those around her and tugs her jean jacket further over herself, unwanted shame stabbing into her stomach. Your hand takes hold of her arm and your face enters her vision. "What happened?"

"Randy happened," Taissa answers for her, eyes following Randy until he ducks out of sight and out of mind. "Are you okay, Shauna?"

"Yes, I'm fine." Shauna doesn't mean to snap again but she does, and there's an immediate trickle of regret and guilt that follows when Taissa frowns at her and drops her hand. She can't bear to look at your face so she turns on her heel and walks away, hands curling and uncurling as she tries to steady her breathing. 

"Shauna, hey, Shauna-"

"Just leave me alone!" She hisses over her shoulder but you grab her arm and spin her back around. Shauna's half-tempted to fight you, to shove you away and shout, because her anger and guilt only make her want to self-destruct in any way possible. She fucked it all up and she despises the way the back of her eyes prickle with the incoming tears. 

"Shauna, baby," You coo softly, your grip on her arm loosening and hand lifting to cup the side of her face delicately. Despite the hurricane whirling in her mind, her face still flushes and it spreads when you wrap her up in an embrace. Shauna tenses at first, but ever so slowly returns the embrace, resting her chin on your shoulder and releasing all her emotions in one big exhale. 

"I really like you." She finally admits softly. 

While things afterward aren't fully smooth sailing, Shauna feels better about things. She finally has something she got on her own accord, something Jackie doesn't have and never will. She didn't need Jackie telling her to confess to do it and she feels relieved. Her own little secret that she writes about in a journal, something you gifted her soon after her outburst to help her manage her feelings.

Shauna still struggles with her feelings and emotions after officially getting together, it's something that follows her well into adulthood. But she tries harder to feel her emotions instead of ignoring them or pushing them away. It's awkward and flimsy when she tries opening up about things. Communicating is difficult for her but she makes attempts at it. Still, she has her moments where something bothers her or she feels a certain way about something and keeps it to herself until it comes rushing out. Thankfully, you're understanding enough to be patient with her, especially when it wrecks her with guilt afterward.

Shauna isn't perfect by any means but she tries to be a good girlfriend. She pays attention to the details, attempts to express herself and how she feels, and spends more time with you than she does Jackie. It's not long before she starts picking you up from school too, leaving Jackie to sit in the backseat or telling Jackie she's unable to hang out 'cause she's going to be with you instead. It's freeing in a way to be able to detach herself slowly from being Jackie's shadow.

Of course, that doesn't go without complications. Her friendship with Jackie takes a hit, and no matter how much both girls want to mend things, they're both too stubborn to be the first to apologize. You try your best to encourage Shauna to smooth things over but when she does, there's always some comment from Jackie that annoys her and they argue. The Yellowjackets, of course, try to help too, and over time, they're able to keep the peace and become friends again, though they aren't as close as before. 

Shauna's grateful for you in a lot of ways, even if the relationship has to be kept a secret due to society's views. Luckily, you and Shauna are able to maintain an affectionate relationship in public, as most people who notice brush it off as two really close friends. There's not much PDA, not that Shauna would want that to begin with, but handholding is perfectly fine. 

Shauna's love languages are words of affirmation and quality time. She needs someone to reassure and listen to her because as stated before, it's difficult for her to be upfront. While nagging won't be incredibly effective, gentle encouragement and a reminder of your love for her goes a long way in making her feel more secure and comfortable. Shauna enjoys spending time with you, even if it involves sitting in silence while homework is completed, and sometimes she just needs to decompress from school in your bedroom. 

She's not a virgin and while she is trying to be better about honesty, she never admits she lost it to Jackie's boyfriend, Jeff. You don't prod, thankfully, but the guilt does work its way into her gut. Shauna. Sex with Shauna is... interesting. In day-to-day life, most would consider her to be more submissive and quiet but Shauna is pretty dominating in the bedroom. She likes having control and while she may not be all over you constantly, she can have her spontaneous moments, especially if she gets in a bad mood and wants to forget about it.

Things definitely aren't amazing and perfect, but it's good enough for you and her. Shauna makes real efforts for you because of your patience and understanding and she's thankful for it, even if you can't be public and proud. But, of course, neither you nor Shauna expect the turmoil that follows when her plane crashes on the way to Nationals.
