trying to get back into drawing, so here is my design for Verge. Not completely happy with their design, I would in the future tweak some of the features and maybe add some more, to show more of their species, but for now take it as it is
Some details, that I though while drawing them
Verge doesn't hide what they are, but they are still not welcomed in most of the Triad, so I gave him a kind of sleeveless hoodie? This way, they are not hiding that they are a Vapian, but they also can hide their face with a hood, if the situation calls for it
Their hair is not really hair; in fact, it would be smooth and cold to the touch. Or at least it was supposed to be, in the natural habitat of their planet. In Verge's case, their hair has a rougher texture
In my hc, every time we meet Verge again in the main story, they gain a new scar. Even if we don't see it, they are always there
Verge had the hairpin since he was a kid, and they are wearing it almost daily. Before leaving for Earth, they gift the hairpin to BertBert
They have only 4 fingers, one of them acting as a weird combination between the regular finger and the thumb

#I want them to separate but ultimately stay together#like maybe if arthur and john save the universe and would be granted their own separate bodies#and they returned to earth#and then if we get some kind of epilogue I want John to go on his own journey with the promise to return#maybe arthur is sending him off on the train platform or something#cuz I want John to experience the world by himself but also ultimately return to arthur in the end#cuz lets be real. arthur dying would be a BAD ending. after everything he have been through he HAS to live#john also HAS to get a body. This is his whole arc becoming something his own.the actual human body would be the final of this#and I dont see them separating and then going on with their own lives to never talk again#and the ending where john goes for awhile would be a bit sad but also hopeful#this is goodbye for now. this is something john has to do to find himself in this world.#maybe it would somewhere far but that doesnt mean thta arthur wouldn't be a part of his life#I am so afraid if harlan decides to kill them both or only one of them cuz I feel like it would make everything pointless#malevolent

Why are people saying the bone cathedral is a plot hole. John specifies NEARLY every Arthur out of. Idk a million universes? Billion? That leaves plenty extra for Kaynes orchestra and any additional sitcom pilots he’s working on.

I know we are all used to hear bad news from the USA or UK when it comes to trans rights but this time Germany wants to play in the same league.
Our idiots at home ministry came up with the fucking idea to start a register for all transgender and nonbinary people which would mean every person working at some public position could always at any given time see your assigned gender at birth, your deadname, your address and who knows what else.
We had been there in the past. Hitler Germany called it the "Travestite Law" back then. Our politicians didn't learn.
We all know this is unacceptable.
Please, if you are German, sign it. If you are not, spread it wide and far.
This had been stopped once a few years ago. It needs to be stopped again.

Hey guys something fucking bad happened
KOSA/the kids online safety act has been reintroduced into legislature after it passed Senate last year and then got snubbed. It is not unlike the bill that just passed in the UK a few weeks ago. If you don't want what happened in the UK to happen here, now would be a good time to vocally oppose it.
Here is a petition that can be signed by Americans. Attached to the petition is an easy tool that allows you to call and leave messages for your representatives. I have already done so. You can also email your representatives by searching for their name, most have message submission boards as well. This thing died once, it can die again.
