For me it’s the way Colin tried so hard to find valid reasons for which Lord Debling is not a good option for Pen.

He’s all like, he will leave you, and he’s too particular and he’s … he’s just not right for you. And then proceeds to throw all rules of etiquette out the window and literally throws himself on his knees to declare his feelings, saying fuck it all, I will just risk it all.

When honestly in truth it’s really not hard to find reasons why Debling is not a viable option. He compares her to a dead animal, he has no intention of really knowing her or even remotely caring about her, his attention is divided the WHOLE time, except at that one moment in the end where he decides that she will do nicely as a decoration in his very big and empty house. Honestly, I could have forgiven a lot from Debling and I was ready to overlook things but when Pen asked him if he thought love could potentially grow and he replied that he would never be here and had no space for it in his life I’ve never changed my opinion so fast. This man is a walking red flag and Pen should have ran as fast and far as she possibly could.

I love that as Sir Pentious is listening to Angel's conversation with Val, he seems more concerned for him. Considering he was on the receiving end of a brutal verbal lashing from Vox, he can see with clarity how terrible the Vees are/not to be admired/dangerous they are and wouldn't wish the same treatment on Angel Dust; sadly; we know there's nothing he can do. ;_; It certainly appears like he's able to piece things together with minimum information here and show he cares about his friend.<3<3<3

I noticed that in most scenes Adamai is in he seems to just like.. daydream and like be in his thoughts a lot. for example in season 3 there are times where he just stares into the void a lot

Especially in season 4 he can be seen standing motionless and mostly staring at the floor

It makes me wonder what he thinks about 🤔

(Also I noticed in season 3 when he dozes off he seems to turn more grey.. which is concerning-)

imagine being crosshair and the asshole who completely ruined your life and treated you like a weapon FINALLY got his karma and you think maybe just maybe things will start to look up.

and then Barton IV happens.

and then Tantiss happens.

and then miraculously the light of your life, your new baby sister, comes and gets you both out. and you reunite with your family and its not perfect but it’s better than it was and its almost good if it wasn’t for your past reminding you what good and whole actually looks and feels like.

and then the empire comes. and not only does it take the light of your life, but YOU lost her.

and now you have to subject yourself to rampart again.

and now, even though its the last place you ever wanted to see again, you have to return to tantiss. you thought you escaped, but really it was only temporary, and now theres a very real chance you go in and never come out again. just like last time.

Ryunosuke planted himself firmly where he stood, heels practically digging in to prevent the imagined threads from ripping him forward. And he squared the shadowed eyes keeping him in tight surveillance with his own conviction a thundering rhythm in his chest. How peculiar it was, seeing one so resolved, so sure of himself, so strong in so many ways… suddenly so skittish.

BG3 Astarion x Dark Urge romance

I'm all about good ending honestly. I want to get a very best end my companions deserve because it doesn't need to be extra realistic (I already had a realistic mass effect ending with Shepard' death, thank you very much).

But sometimes I respect suffering. In my "non-canonical" BG3 mp-playthrough with my husband I want to make some bad decisions.

Ascended Astarion and Dark Urge. Just imagine that kind of hopelessness: Dark Urge escaped nautiloid, tried so hard to pull himself together, resisting his urges (with varying success), actually found the one he truly care of, fell in love and then.. all this for nothing at the end. Astarion became vampire lord with no interest to help Dark Urge to keep fighting with wicked desires. They won the battle but lose a war yet didn't understand at first. Eventually Dark Urge will lose his mind and Astarion won't even "weep wondering what's happened with his mad love", because he isn't capable to feel true feelings anymore.

Such a great sad story. So many efforts, so many hopes, one wrong turn and all is over.

At least I thought so. I wrote this before ascending ritual and saved in drafts.

Now this mf became a vampire lord and my husband laughing at me for two days in a row because he's romancing Lae'zel and got this:

Poor As'zaar, I think I heard his heart just cracked a bit. Didn't finish personal quest yet but doubt there's something worth to fight for anymore for him.
