As soon as he'd put down Opacho, his attention shifted from her to his current shopping task. She was going to steal some snacks for him, which was nice, but he still needed more stuff. Which he was going to buy. He continued to pick out a few items. A bag of chips, and then a toxic green looking soda. He was about to pick out some chewy candies too, when the sound of the alarm system startled him. He immediately understood that Opacho's attempt at stealing was getting fucked over.

Ain't my fuckin' problem.

That's right. Why he hell would it be his problem?

One of the store's employees were yelling at Opacho now. Nnoitra peeked around the isle to see what was going on. The kid was just standing there, blank stare in her eyes, while she clutched onto her stolen items. Then, Nnoitra blinked - and off she went. She practically bolted out the store. The doors teamed up with her, opening up so she could escape.

❝ Sir, you're going to have to pay for what your child took. ❞ said the store employee. He sounded strict. Fair enough, Nnoitra thought. Her parents should probably pay, but --- WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE!! The store clerk was looking at him.

❝ H a h ?? ❞ Nnoitra was almost stunned, and it showed. ❝ Ya better fuckin' not be talkin' 'ta me. ❞

❝ I saw you help her reach the top isle. You're telling me you're not her parent? ❞

This shit was wild. He had never been mistaken for someone's parent before. ❝ Or, are you her brother, perhaps? Either way, I assume you're responsible for her, and so you have to pay. ❞

This shit was SO not fucking happening to him right now.

Except that it was.

He argued with the clerk for several minutes. He got so annoyed that it became a yelling competition. Nnoitra threatened with violence, the employee threatened to call the police.

Eventually Nnoitra paid.

He was LIVID when he walked out of the store. Where the FUCK was that kid???? He was going to fucking strangle her!!

Grape? Opacho enjoyed the fruit, along with grape-flavored drinks and some candies, but grape-flavored pocky seemed like too much of a stretch for the toddler. Her face scrunches a bit in disgust but she grabs both flavors as he requested and easily slides them in her poncho. "Thanks." When she's settled back on the ground, she turns around and makes a beeline toward the grab-and-go fridges, taking two cold drinks while stuffing a few onigiri in her pockets as well.

Feeling satisfied with her haul she moves purposefully down the aisle she came from, past Nnoitra and goes right for the door. There was only one person manning the register and they were hardly paying attention, focused on helping out a customer in line. Good, the less attention on her the better, Opacho starts to casually make her way out the door, only to freeze when a loud beeping sound goes off.

The toddler glances around, curious because she didn't see any sort of towers to indicate they even had an alarm system. Her lax expression morphs into a pout as the noise continues and she hears shuffling behind her. Usually, this sort of thing was easier with Hao-sama and the other members around, as several members of the team had spirits that could manipulate the environment around them or natural elements that could mess with the anti-theft technology to keep it from going off, but Mama was nothing more than a simple sheep spirit with no elemental affinities, so Opacho has to deal with this the old fashioned way.

One employee suddenly appears from the aisles approaching swiftly. It was a plain-looking man with the most basic of features yelling at her, claiming she needed to put that food down, but Opacho just gave him a long blank stare and clutched her stolen objects closer, then she turns on her heel and makes a quick dash out the convenience store. Good thing the doors were automatic, they just slid right open.

Where Nnoitra was during all this wasn't much of her concern right now, with his long giraffe legs he'd probably be able to catch up to her in no time if the people in the store don't get to him that is. The toddler runs as fast as her little legs could carry her straight down the block.

FSR rambles ANOTHER ONE (It's the 22nd one)

Dark's mind reading is just, so damn fun.

Like Green is gambling SO MUCH putting his trust into Dark but it pays off because Dark can TELL Green is truly putting faith in him to give him the benefit of the doubt.

And that means A LOT to him.

The fact Green doesn't want to hurt him MEANS A LOT TO HIM.

Dark knows this man ain't stupid.

I like him giving Green a goodbye hug and a kiss on the cheek hah.

It's so sweet in a way.

And his parting words being words of affirmation for Green.

He can be a very sweet person when given kindness.

I just like them a lot.

Green was a pretty good influence on Dark. XDD

Dark Link's dramatic ass flying away is so funny to me and probably just me.

Like Dark doesn't typically fly or flex his wings much but they DO exist. XDDD

He can kinda just hover like Shadow but I don't think that's been shown even ONCE XDDDD

Dark isn't really the type to flex his magic in general though.

The Headspace IS HIS BODY which uhhh is a horror.

Time to mention: It changing from a desolate blue to that bright pink woodsy area afterward is kinda a reflection of Dark and the person he's talking to's mental space.

It'll change again later when he talks to Blue too.

Now that Dark Ran off we get an insight back into Green. Even though he technically WON this interaction? If you could word it that way, he got kinda what he wanted...He's still kinda overloaded with bullshit, poor guy.

A LOT of shit happens to where he didn't really have time to squeeze it in but it is funny this scene is still pretty up in the air on it's importance for now.

Green has a lot of hesitance too, he just chooses to stuff that down in turn for a more peaceful option.

he's aware dark has caused hurt and is INSANE but wants to give him a chance.

I think in a lot of ways he regrets that Shadow never had help because they just met "Too late" in a lot of ways.

Shadow had already committed many horrible deeds before anyone had a glimpse of being able to help him.

While Dark is still very new and able to be saved from a life of regret or villainy, cause Green recognized that spark of good in him that could blossom into a good person if they give it a try.

meanwhile, Shadow's being self loathing.

...To be fair a lot of what Dark Link says DOESN'T make sense due to it being...from an outsider's perspective utter nonsense (He knows Zelda lore lmfao.) but his claims Shadow just IS ganon are clearly getting to shadow cause he's got self doubt.

Meanwhile Green tries to remind him of his progress, and thinks Shadow and Dark could have something to bond over.

So if you're curious: My vision for Dark in this form is that speaking is VERY difficult for him to do so he just...doesn't.

This is his dormant form, so his "Functionality" is mostly...nonexistant.

This is a form that doesn't take a lot of effort to maintain or upkeep so his actual abilities aren't very wide.

Like he CAN talk. But simple phrases and words are easiest for him to do. Which is why he repeats "Yeah yeah" twice.

Shadow also fails to realize even THIS form was a step up from the fact Dark was a simple sphere with an eye before. XD

He grew a mouth to chew on Green...So he might have had the intention to speak last night and just...didn't.

But if he wanted to speak, he could just form back to his "Link" form or drag someone to the headspace.

Overall: Shadow ya dummy he probably just didn't have anything to say XD

The title switch from Shadow TO Green is due to the fact he just feels more comfortable and safe WITH Green.

I know in the draft comic folders I got a comic where Green treats Dark differently based on his form and how Dark doesn't understand that. (him being uncomfortable with the finger chewing in his Link disguise vs his dormant form for example) and how he thinks Green's a hypocrite.

And now that I’m thinking about the Magician and that whole mess, I think it’s a little funny that no one in SEES, in any of our downtime, has ever questioned, “Hey, what the fuck was that thing that ripped itself out of Orpheus and bodied the Magician in one shot? It might help with some of these slogging battles.” But no. It’s fine. We don’t need to know what that vastly powerful persona was. Whatever. Let’s rock.

So we’re off to the Champs de Fleurs hotel, and actually other than the weird curtained waiting area and sexy price list next to the front desk, it does look pretty normal? Like, it’s a hotel. It’s got hotel hallways and elevators and stuff.

And then we get to the third floor and the equivalent to the presidential suite.

This is labeled as the Hierophant’s Chamber, and… Lovers is supposed to be here? Did the P3 movies just straight-up skip the Hierophant Shadow and I never noticed? XDDD The Hierophant is very round and kind of looks like a really big guy with a lady with a head made of coral behind him.

Hierophant wasn’t bad, actually, and we get to explore the room afterwards before heading back downstairs. The kids clown on a lot of the décor, but like, the silly round bed would be cool for the novelty, and who DOESN’T want a tub that big???

But when we try to leave, we all get knocked out, and Minato wakes up in a different room, where Yukari is taking a shower.

This sounds very like Orpheus, but it’s definitely not Orpheus, because Orpheus would know that Yukari is not our soulmate!

If you say anything other than the correct answer, you get a “wait, that doesn’t seem right” thought bubble, and the dialogue just loops back to the start. You cannot fuck up the mission and game over on a night of brainwashed debauchery. XD

Minato comes to his senses, gets up from the bed, and Yukari comes out wrapped in a towel. She abruptly realizes where she is, screams, and slaps Minato before running back in the bathroom. And… Yukari? I was literally just standing here. Holy shit. Is this the pre-Kyoto warmup scene? God.

Fuuka gets through to us, and we go back up to the second floor to meet up with Junpei and Akihiko.

I can only assume Junpei and Akihiko were put in the same room.

No one accused you of anything. Although now I’m giggling wondering what would have happened if I’d brought Mitsuru along instead.

We roam the hotel to find the mirrors we need to break to get back into the suite, and this is weirdly hilarious, all things considered.

But eventually we find our way back into the boss arena, and the Lovers has the perfect design, honestly.

GOD is it a bitch to fight, though. This fight took AGES because EVERY time it cast a spell with a charm effect, people got brainwashed. God forbid anyone other than Minato ever dodge an attack. Jesus fuck. I used every single one of my patra gems and dis-charms. Plus it cast diarama halfway through and of course when a boss does that it heals THOUSANDS of HP back to full health. Just give it salvation if you’re gonna do that.

As a brief side note, I love that when Minato casts the Jack Bros’ fusion spell, he just casually walks “offstage” afterwards and leaves them to it.

People at school are gossiping about how the school was rebuilt after an explosion ten years ago, and I’m getting texts from my attendant, who I apparently haven’t added to my phone? But at least she texts nicely.

It’s pre-exam week, so all my social links are busy. Instead, my academics are lagging, so I’m studying with the members of SEES who aren’t cranky with me. That means Yukari and Fuuka, and Mitsuru and Akihiko. Akihiko recommends doing a quick workout after every few problems, because then, you’ll power through the next set in anticipation of getting to your next workout!

Everyone I live with is insane. I love them. :’D

Ikutsuki calls a meeting to discuss something important, but before he can get to it, Yukari wants to speak. She’s had Fuuka looking into some stuff from the incident that happened ten years ago, and now she wants answers, because she thinks Mitsuru has been hiding things from us.

Other than the explosion, students were sent to the hospital, even though they were formally noted as just “absent”. It’s the same thing that happened to the girls bullying Fuuka; they fell unconscious and were unresponsive. Turns out, yeah, it was the same sort of thing. And it was Mitsuru’s grandfather, Koetsu Kirijo’s fault.

In greater Persona lore, knowing that he broke off from the Nanjo Group, he probably had access to tech that made his bullshit significantly easier to pull off. At the very least, we know he had the blueprints for a prototype anti-shadow suppression weapon, and the method to create artificial persona-users. But of course, he pushed too far.

(Sorry that these subtitles are kind of blurry. Basically, they gathered up a shitload of shadows and then lost control of them, because of course they did.)

Tartarus and the Dark Hour exist because of all of this. The lab explosion happened because they lost control, and because the lab was around/under Gekkoukan, it ended with the school needing to be rebuilt as well.

Yukari is not pleased with this development. She feels like we’re just being used to clean up other people’s mess. But as Ikutsuki puts it, we’re the only ones who can fix things. Normal people can’t fight shadows.

He also says that no one knows why the Arcana Shadows suddenly reappeared after ten years, but… Well.

No one is okay after this.

Junpei is angry because he feels like nothing he does is good enough, and that all he’s really good at is fighting, which won’t be necessary anymore if the Dark Hour vanishes.

Akihiko goes to see Shinji, who he apparently grew up with in an orphanage with someone named Miki, to tell him that they know how to stop the shadows now. But Shinji still won’t come back to SEES.

Me and Minato aren’t okay because I’ve finally started this guy’s social link, and he’s a dick.

Yukari’s dad was the lead researcher on the shadow stuff that led to the explosion, so I assume that he’s the one who got blamed for everything. Ikutsuki mentioned that the media picked one dude and demonized him.

I think this date is wrong, though. If it was ten years ago, that’d be 1999. Right? :/ It’s also just funnier if the lab exploded like 3 weeks after the Sumaru crisis ended.

But I saved the cat! So everything is not a complete wreck.

Pharos comes back to see me and implies some sketchy shit about my parents.

My parents (and my sister, shush, I’m pretending it’s canon) did not explode, though. So this isn’t their fault.

We’re absolutely friends.

After affirming that at least one person will stick by me to the end, even if that one person is a strange child who keeps waking me up at midnight, I come home from school the next day to find everyone sitting around experiencing the most awkward silence ever conceived.

Thankfully, we manage to talk through what’s bothering the group as a whole (Junpei is still mad at me, I think), and Ikutsuki shows up to suggest that after exams, we all go on vacation to Mitsuru’s family’s summer home on the island of Yakushima. Her dad is going to be there, apparently!

Mitsuru reluctantly agrees, Yukari apologizes to her for being too gung-ho and accusatory the other night, and I think we’re all chill again. Which is good.

…….it’s my last night before exams and my option for study-buddy is Ikutsuki???

ITS THE PORTAL AND PAW PATROL ANON HI all i did out of extreme brainrot of my two faves i kind of like roleswapped the characters so the entire thing about portal is a test subject who tries and succeeds to escape a laboratory; in the first portal the one who overviews (an AI robot) the testing wakes this test subject and makes her undergo a bunch of tests before attempting to kill her, the test subject shuts this AI down and escapes but gets dragged back in the facility, and in the second portal she and along with a friend (also a robot) accidentally re-powers up this AI but she DOES escape but not before going through a Miscommunication Saga with the other two characters (you should actually go see portal 1 and 2 its so cool and lovely)

so like i was just thinking Rocky being the test subject character Chase being the AI (there are lore reasons /pos) and Marshall being the one who assists Rocky in escaping which kind of leads to this funny interaction Chase: Hey, who turned off the lights? Marshall, opening a wall to help Rocky escape: (Horrible accent) Hey buddy! Ahm speakin' in an accent that is beyond his range of hearing! Rocky, in pure disbelief: ... Marshall: Ah know ahm early, but we gotta go RIGHT NOW! Walk casually towards my direction, and we'll go shut 'im down! (Rocky approaches Marshall) Chase: Hey, metal dog, I CAN hear you. Marshall: Run! I don't need to do the voice! Run! RUUNNN!

and this (Rocky tries to escape through a door, the door then falls revealing it to be a trap.) Chase: I sincerely, truly, did not think you would fall for that. (He starts to corner Rocky) In fact, I devised a much more elaborate trap when you got through this easy one. If I had known you'd let yourself get trapped this easily, I would have dangled a turkey leg on a rope from the ceiling Rocky determined not to react because he doesn't want to give Chase the satisfaction of a response:

AH! Okay! I've got five requests... means I have to do it XDDD

(bear in mind I had this idea before broken throne came out and we knew Cori and Shade were a thing)

1. Mare and Cal are still young, they're dealing with the ramifications of everything. Mare gets pregnant, they have twins. Their relationship sort of falls apart... and they go their separate ways, each one taking a twin daughter. Mare to Montfort, Cal to the States

2. Some years later (11) the twin daughters both end up at the same sort of camp thing (not sure exactly what's going on there, but they do). They totally hijack each other and end up being forced into an isolation where they only have each other. Then they realized: HOLY SHIT YOUR MOM IS MY MON AND YOUR DAD IS MY DAD. Then they hatch their "master plan" to get Mare and Cal back together. One daughter Coriane (Cal's) and the other Avery (Mare's) switch places, going back to the opposite parent in hopes that they will have to come back together to switch them back.

3. Shenanigans obviously ensue. And Cori realizes horribly quickly that Mare is dating someone... and Avery kinda didn't know about it. The guy (who is not Tyton because I Would NEVER slander that boi like that) is an asshole period. So Cori has to be a snappy little shit and tries to break them up. I just have this one conversation in my head where the guy confronts her and is like: For your information, I adore your mother, she's exactly the kind of woman I always dreamed of marrying. And Cori just leans forward and goes: and my mother's political and military standing wouldn't have anything to do with that... would it? And he goes from being nice politician guy to straight dick in .2 seconds and leans forward to day: listen here puss, I'm marrying your mother in three weeks, whether you like it or not. Is that clear? And once I do, I'm shipping your ass off to the Lakelands. And that's when Cori sends emergency message number 1 to Avery in the States who has been busy ignoring her panic because she's having the time of her life with her dad.

4. Anyway, Julian is the one that figures it out, cause he follows Avery after she runs out to place an emergency call to Montfort to tell Cori to hang in there. He makes Avery tell Cal and we get the cute scene where she's in his office and she has a little suitcase with her, and he laughs and asks where she is going when she buries her face in his shirt. And all muffled says: I'm going to find Cori. And he laughs again and says: I see Cori, so where is she exactly? And she just kinda sniffles looks up at him and says: In Ascendant, with her mom Mare Barrow. And Cal just kinda of looks up at Julian who gives him that little smile. And then he cups Avery's face, lifts it up to look at her, and says: You're not Cori.... you're Avery? and then he puts it together. They decide to go to Ascendant to switch them back. Cal is low key a wreck all the way there, and Julian goes with them with Sara because he's low key gotta chaperone his stressed out nephew still. (Little does Cal know that Julian, Sara, Cori, and Avery all planned it so that they go to the place Mare/Fiance are looking at for their wedding, without Cal knowing what's happening, and without Mare knowing anything at all.)

5. They all end up there, They get separated from each other for a split second and when they happens, Cal ends up spotting Mare getting into an elevator with her asshole fiancé, and she literally almost falls over leaning to the side making sure she is actually seeing her ex-husband and not a ghost of him induced by her low key guilt over remarrying (especially since who she thinks is Avery has been so very opposed to it). Then Cal goes up (mind you, he may be slightly drunk cause... it's funny in the movie, so it works here) runs into both the girls, and finds out Mare is getting re-married, and they try to convince him to stop it, but he won't hear any of it, and tells them he is only there to switch them back.

6. Cal goes down ahead of the girls, and is in the bar trying to get something to deal with the raging headache he has, and who does he run into but Asshole Fiance who is so freaking excited to realize it's him because wow, political ambitions to the max there.

6. Anyway, they go down to a garden and the girls are sitting there with Julian and Sara, and Mare is literally on the HUNT for Cal. She's so confused why he's here, etc. etc. Then she spots him walking down the stairs of the garden (it can be in slow motion while he's adjusting his jacket if you like 😏) and she literally runs into someone, and ends up in a fountain. Cal pulls her out, and she's just looking up at him shocked and confused, and then the girls show up and explain what they did and Mare's just baffled until she laughs and hugs them both. They sit down, Cal gives her his jacket and they talk for a second and Mare just says: I can't believe this... seeing them together, seeing you again... I just-- And then asshole fiance shows up and is like: FINALLY! There you are! Oh um...oh good, you've met! Honey, I was just speaking with him in the bar and um, we were talking about some trade deals, and um wait, I dont understand how did you two meet? and Mare... why are you all wet? and Mare just looks at Cal and goes: you're doing a political trade deal with my fiancé? and Cal's like: i didn't know he was your fiancé? And then Mare's like hahahaha how did we meet? How did you two meet? And Fiance just goes: Am I missing something here? And Mare going: hahaha this is one small world. Cue Avery popping up near his elbow and saying: Hey. And then him sniffing and going: hello. And then Cori popping up and going: Hi, how's it going? And him having a small freak out before Mare sort of grimaces and says: Um... did I ever mention to you that Avery was a twin? And he's just totally put out and grumbles: you neglected to mention that little detail. And the girls are more than happy to introduce Cal as their dad, and fiancé just goes: well, this is a small world. And Mare just awkward grimaces and says: and getting smaller.

7. Anyway, the girls make them go on a cute little date, and they sort of talk about why they broke up and why she left, and we get my favorite dialogue exchange from any movie every made and Mare says: well, I got on an airship to Montfort, and... you didn't chase after me. And Cal just sort of leans forward and says quietly: I didn't know you wanted me to. Then we cut to the next day, they're agreeing to send the girls back and forth between them for certain things, and then low and behold their trouble making daughters show up wearing identical outfits, and the girls give them their proposal. They will tell them who is who after they go on the camping trip. (Aka the one Mare takes Avery on every year in Paradise Valley). Cal crouches down and says: This one is Cori, I'm sure of it. And the one he's point to who is actually Avery just smirks and says: Are you sure dad? You wouldn't want to take the wrong kid all the way back to Archeon would you? And then they're forced to agree to said camping trip.

8. Cue my absolute favorite part of the 1998 movie, where we cut to the fiancé going: AND WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO FOR FIVE DAYS? STAY HOME AND KNITT? And Mare just turns around and says: listen, we're in a bit of a situation here. And then Cal's coming down the stairs from the Barrow's town house with his backpack like: 🙃 I have such bad timing. And Fiancé turns around and says: hold on, why is he going? And mare's irritated as all get out so she just snorts and says: because it's part of the deal... we go on this trip... together. And then Cal walks up and being the little shit he is says: is there a problem? And the guys just looks him up and down and goes: Yes, as a matter of fact, I'm not so sure I'm okay with this. And Cal immediately knows how to make this man's life fucking miserable, so he says: Oh I completely understand. The ex in the next sleeping bag is just... so awkward. And Mare just puts her head in her hand and Cal gives this guy his best sympathetic grin and says: which is why I suggest you go with them. And the girls in the truck are like: DAD! NO! And Cal's just like: No I insist. And then the guy is walking down the stair, looking for all intents and purposely like a jackass, and Cal's behind him, already trying to contain his laughter. And the guy gets in the truck, looking annoyed as all get out, and the girls are pissed, and Mare's just looking at Cal like: I can't decide if I wanna kill you or laugh with you. And then Cal just pats the side of the truck and says: alright have fun. And the guy kinda leans across Mare and says: I mean on second thought, maybe this isn't the best idea... I mean... I"m not much a... nature person. And Cal's like mock horrified and says: No, no you really should. This is a great opportunity for you to spend time with the girls and get to know them. And then he gives that jack as his prize winning, shit eating grin and says: Cause starting next week, they're half yours. And Mare just sticks her tongue between her teeth with her smile and puts her shades on and drives away. Cue Kilorn coming up next to Cal and smirking with him and saying; Oh I would pay BIG money to see that man climb a mountain.

9. The camping trip goes miserable, they come back early cause the girls create chaos and the fiancé leaves. Delivering the key line: Once we're married, I'm shipping those BRATS off to Tiraxes. Got it? IT's me or them, take your pick.

They come up the stairs to the town house and Cal's there (wearing super comfy clothes) and is mock shocked when he says: what happened? And the Avery just goes: we've been grounded. and Corie comes up behind her saying until the end of the century. And Cal's just like: why? What happened? and Cori says: we played a couple harmless pranks, and [insert fiancé's name] got a little upset. And Mare storms up behind them and says: Upset? A little Upset? Then she glares at the girls and then at Cal and says: But like father like daughters. You're grounding starts now. And the girls go inside, and Mare just kinda stays out there, fiddling with the engagement ring she took off and says: One day I'm going to have to thank them for this. And then Mare and Cal kinda of have a cute little conversation and then that night, they have their little romantic moment where they almost kiss, but then Mare pulls back. The next day, they leave. (At this point they weren't in Ascendant, they were in a smaller Montfort city near Paradise Valley). So Mare goes home. And once she and Avery get there, they walk into their apartment, and Cori's sitting on the couch, and Mare's just like: oh... um hello. And Cori just smiles and says: it took us about two minutes after you left to realize we were never letting you go again. And Mare's like: us? And then Cal comes out, and is like: us. And Then we get my Second favorite dialogue exchange of all time where Mare goes: so what now? Am I supposed to... to say that we're going to work all this out, that we'll... fall in love again and raise out children together and cry hysterically? And Cal just pulls her close with a smile and says: Yes, to all of that. Only you dont have to cry hysterically.

Then we get happy ending cause YAY the girls won and their parents are back together. Anyway, as you can see I've thought about this AU for far too long and I actually came super close to writing it but then decided, eh better not.

Aurelion & Auriel headcannons

As I said before, they are twins. A brother and a sister.

Both have eyes after their father and (unfortunately for him) temper after their mother.

They were born too early. Thanks to Azrael all ended well but for a few weeks they were very weak and needed extra care.

This is one of the many reasons Abaddon is aggressively protective of the little fledglings.

Their birth changed the old, disgruntled angelic general. Brought back something from the times when he was younger and less bitter. Something that warmed his stone cold heart a little and no one was more surprised by this change than Abaddon himself. But don't say it out loud. It works only for his kids. He still won't hesitate to quite literally hand your arse over to you XD

In the end, they pulled through the worst and grew up to be quite a troublesome duo.

Aurelion causes the most mischief. He's the troublemaker number one.

Auriel is more collected and very closely attached to her father but once an opportunity presents itself, she won't hold back from joining her brother.

They love Abaddon but they wouldn't be caught dead actually obeying their old man.

Of course, there are moments when they do listen to him but it's only when they don't feel like causing trouble or if they see that their father looks down in the dumps, utterly exhausted or downright pissed off.

They might be cocky most of the time but when Abaddon gets really angry they turn into absolutely different children.

No, he wouldn't cause them any harm, the worst punishment they can get is yelling, stern reprimanding, getting grounded or sent to Ardent Spire to help older angels if they do something particularly bad.

"With all due respect, Lord Abaddon, but is this punishment meant for them or us ?"

One of their favorite games is called "hijack a griffin". Need I say more?

There are sometimes days when their father doesn't feel like going anywhere and can't focus on anything due to phantom pains of his lost eye, like white hot metal jammed into his skull and Uriel has to take over his duties for the time being (you know migraines? Now imagine it centered on your eye and ten, or more, times worse).

This is the only occasion when the squabs don't mess around and simply stay with him, prattling about various things to keep him distracted, or blessedly dozing off on top of him as he rests, waiting for the pain to lessen.

Abaddon thinks they're too curious for their own good. Another reason for being always on alert.

Aurelion and Auriel are so notoriously mischievous that now whenever someone knocks on Abaddon's door, the first thing the archangel says is "What did they do this time?"

Their favorite way of messing with their father is tying his feet together or running off when he's not looking.

Have you ever seen Abaddon seemingly pointlessly wandering around the White City, looking around and snapping at anyone who dared to interrupt him? Yeah, he was on a child-hunt..

The twins know their city like the backs of their hands so you can imagine how difficult it is to find them.

Don't get me wrong, the squabs can behave if they want to. The problem is that most of the time they don't 😂

I mean, Abaddon did give them a couple of lessons on self defense but he wouldn't hand either of them any sharp objects. Not yet at least. The risk is not worth it.

(Optional for an OC insert) Even Raziel isn't safe from their shenanigans. They ain't scared of one archangel, no matter how unsettling even to adults he is.

In fact they see him as a friend and visit him frequently.

The only reason they tend to mess with the Keeper is his ability to scry. They see it as a challenge.

They would probably consider Azrael their friend too but since he's one of their tutors... you know. Authority = prank victim 😂

This is why they like annoying their father so much. You could say that its some funny sort of respect. You have to be worthy to suffer from their best pranks 😆

Turns out even Azrael's patience has its limits :P

Whenever both Abaddon and Uriel have to attend to their duties, the twins are left under the care of one of general's friends.

"UNCLE NATHANIEL!" :D

They love Nathaniel to bits and always enjoy his company. He's one of the few angels who aren't twins' target. Mostly because he's at it with them when no one's watching XDDD

Oh, btw. The Horsemen don't want to have anything to do with those little devils. Abaddon is bad enough but his kids are somehow even worse.

War finds them too chaotic and unruly. Ha can't reach an understanding with them.

Fury wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. She dreads to think what they will become once they're adults...

Death thinks they're too... "strife'y" for his taste. Nah, that's Abaddon's problem, not his.

All of them stay away. Except for Strife. He likes the little squabs. He just needs to find a way to get past Abaddon in a "mother-hen" mode.

He took a deep breath and bolted into the room, closed the door, sighed in relief and gave up in controlling his tears, so they fell.

And fell and feel and fell as he let himself collapse in that cold, strangely relaxing, floor.

It was just that. Just fell. Just washed his so hurted soul, just showed the feeling which he so hard tried to not hide anymore, just poured in a flow that wandered through all his face until finally drop.

He tried to sniffle quietly, he really tried since he kept in mind that the bathroom wasn’t soundproof. However, he was the heart, the core of all the emotions, the guardian of feelings, for a reason. He lived them more intensely, felt them more immensely.

Albeit, he also knew the others sides were busy, so he had nothing to worry about. 

That was why he took all the time he needed, wanted. Half hour, one hour, one quarter of hour… It didn’t mattered. 

Patton didn't leave until the last drop fell.

The representation of morality got up, wobbly legs, took off his glasses and cleaned their lenses in his cardigan. He took deep breaths one, two, three times.

And a couple more.

He headed to the sink and washed his face, yet knowing that it didn’t changed in the slightest the swelling and redness which his features assumpted after cryings like that. He stared his reflection, an analysing glare. A few hours of funny cute videos would do. He would get some snacks in the kitchen when only his eyes still red and were easier to not be seen… Not that he wanted to hide it from the others, he just didn’t wanted to… show it.

And after all of this he would try to summon a night movie and sleep cuddling someone.

Yeah, he nodded to himself. This sounded to be ideal. A shadow of a smile appeared in his lips.

Patton turned around and opened the door, founding a Roman about to knock.

Their glares met in the same exact heartbeat, both equally astonished. Patton felt himself to paralyse before his instincts of flight took over, prompting him to quickly run back to the bathroom and lock himself inside.

Breathed in. Breathed out. In. Out. Repeated this movement three times more, seeking to calm his fast heartbeating and the adrenaline in his blood. He knew the other was still out there, knew that he would have questions and that he would have to explain himself, that he would have to let Roman into this complex mess who he was.

But he also would have comfort, would have company and human warmth and… affection.

He reminded the other’s look: scared, alarmed, worried.

Patton pinched the tip of his nose, adjusted his glasses and cardigan, took a deep breath and a part of him wondered if Roman was still out there.

He opened the door.

He was. 

Patton’s heart stopped, melting and the guardian of dreams and passion didn’t uttered a one single word, which was rare for him, only opened his arms in a gentle glare and a silent plead.

The moral aspect hugged him quick and strong, his hands holding the fabric of his shirt as tightly as possible and the tears he didn't even know were still there coming back.

The aspirant of royalty drowned in silence, his arms involving him entirely, a hand gently  stroking his back and the other lightly combing his hair. His chin rested in the other’s head as he hummed lowly a random song and rocked the parental figure with such tenderness too much pure to be described.

As sudden as it started the teary flow stopped, which didn’t meant the end of the hug or the careness, just the song, a few minutes later, which was switched by the velvety low tune from Roman. Patton was even more surprised.

- What happened, padre?

- Just that sudden sadness, you know, Ro-ro?

- I do.

Princey started to massaged his scalp and Patton felt all his muscles automatically relax; He let himself to be transported to some place and when opened his eyes, he was laid in Roman’s extremely soft and gigantic if compared to any other from the Mind Palace, bed.

- Now we shall watch a movie! - A flourish and a big television appeared in the wall at the same time dozens of sweets and snacks surrounded them. - Disney? Comedy? Action? Romance? Pixar? - The said shone in the device for a second before being replaced for another. The representation of creativity turned, a bright and nurturing glare, a smile which seemed to demonstrate all his love. - Today the choice is yours.

Patton felt more and more astonished every more second. Everything sounded too much strange. Everything seemed to much… unreal. He couldn’t help himself but feel as he was taking advantage of the other’s kindness, like he was forcing him to bear with a problem that wasn’t his. Usually things wasn’t like that, usually it was him who… who… took care of the others.

- Anyone you prefer, kiddo. - And a tiny smile opened in his lips. Something in him starting to becoming calm although the hurricane in his core.

- Oh, no, no. - Roman denied, getting a little closer. - Today the honor will be totally yours, my dear Patton. - Each word was punctuated with a kiss in Patton’s cheeks, who began to  giggle uncontrollably, feeling his face burn. - Consider yourself lucky.

How did all of this could be so strange and… No, more than strange, more than only different…

Good.

Patton giggled a little more, lightly bitted the tip of his tongue and thought a bit more.

- Maybe The princess and the frog?

- Your wish is an order!

In a few pieces of time the movie already played in the background.

The creativity’s representation got closer, inch by inch, until finally manage to involve the partner in his arms, rocking and leaning his lips in the other’s head before whispering.

- Thank you for letting me take care of you, padre. I know it’s not easy.

This made Patton wide his eyes and expand his heart further, if that was still possible. He held out his hands, intertwining his finger with Roman’s when he received his act.

- It’s just… normally I am the one who take care of you. - The royal aspect huffed, and Patton stroked his cheek, shiny gently eyes showing how much he loved his little ‘work’. - I am the dad, should be more stronger.

- You are strong!! - Roman immediately shouted, sounding offended. - Patton, you are the heart! The one who don’t matter the situation always try to give your best, even if that hurts you, even if that brings consequences we’re all afraid to accept… you always try to remain fair and right in your decisions! You manage to see the bright side of everything and everyone and always is there, even if your day also wasn’t the best.

His eyes began to tearing, and Patton felt a hand softly direct his chin up so that he could stare the glare full of determination and energy from the other.

- Patton, you deserve this and much more, okay?

He couldn’t stop himself from smiling, from letting out a few sheepish giggles. Roman’s tune became a bit more velvety.

- Okay, Patton?

- Okay. - And then embraced the aspect of passion and love, filling his face with thankful, lovely butterfly kisses and happy whispers.

It was almost in the part when Tiana went in search to recover her human form when the touch ended. Patton started to really get involved with the film's plot when a sensation almost made him jump through the ceiling.

Discreetly he looked at his tummy, finding Roman’s hands drumming his fingers on it and leading electric  sensations, something that made a involuntary smile be painted in his features, spread across all his body. The one in cardigan squirmed slightly, which didn’t stopped the motion.

The tickling were bearable, Patton decided, and he didn’t wanted to break this awesome bonding moment shared with the prince. He could endure until the end of the movie, for sure! It was almost in the middle, it was just a matter of time!

- Are you alright, Pat? You look a little agitated.

- I-it’s nothing, Ro-ro!

And practically jumped when the index finger found way to his belly button. Roman stared him with a raised eyebrow, but without really questioning something. The tickles stopped. The cat lover allowed himself to relax a bit more.

‘And what if he started to trace his fingers sloooooooowly through all your tummy?’

‘Not you, again.’

‘Imagine that nails scratching your sides!!! Tickling behind your ears while teasing you about your incredible tickliness…. Wouldn’t that be amazing?!’

‘Ah! Ah! Ah! What if he released small raspberries in each one of your ribs? Quick and small at the point you wouldn’t have the slightest idea where he would attack next! Ah!’

Patton controlled, again, his impulse to squirm and hide his, now very blushed, face in his hands. It only took a little stimulus and then it all went in a downhill!!

Now he desperately wanted some tickles.

His glance landed in the hand that remained resting perfectly calm in his stomach, absolutely unaware about the avalanche it had caused. That small voice continued to create the most random tickly scenarios in his mind, his face getting more and more in flames, his smile more uncontrollable and the movie more and more forgotten.

Maybe it was because of all his self inflicted anticipation that the one who wore glasses almost fell from the bed when a light feeling hit his foot, a inhuman squeak escaping from his mouth.

Roman paused the film, startled, quickly getting ready to face any danger that might threaten the welfare of his Pat-

And then he heard the laughter.

- Nahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!! Rohohohoho-rohohohoho!! Stahahaahahahahahahap!!! 

- But I’m not doing anything, dearest Patton. - The blossomed grin at the precious scene in front of him was easily perceptive in his voice. It didn’t took long to found the source of the ‘attack’.

His entire room was programmed to modificate itself as felt the most infinitesimal creative desire of someone, and, as it seems, this someone’ was the guardian of feelings, that is why now two soft gloves softly danced their fingers in the other’s foot, going from the heels to the tip of his toes again and again and again regardless Patton’s kicks, freeing all the kind of giggles.

- RohohohOHOHOHOHOHohohoho!!! – The moral aspect cutely squirmed in his arms, a gigantic smile adorning his face, wrinkled nose and his voice filled by the snorts and high pinch squeals.    – NHAHAHAHAHAHahahahahahahahaha!! He-he-HEHEHehehehehehehehelp!!! – And again dissolved himself in a mess of quick and adorable giggling.

Roman bitted his lip. - Of course, my dearest hearty partner! - And his hands repositioned themselves in sides of the other, who began to fight more, his head shaking non stop. Evil laughter poured through the prince’s mouth.

Every wriggle, scribble and squeeze generated and increased a new flow of laughter, making him to go from the most high tune to the deep belly laughter. Tears started to accumulate in the corner of his eyes and, while the tickles and laughter took over his body in a lovely, joyful sensation, Patton never felt so grateful for any and everything. Just laying there and receiving all the love and care, without thinking or worrying with absolutely nothing sounded like a dream.

- Ohoho. No, no, Padre. - Roman whispered, his lips touching lightly the other’s neck, making with each word resulted in small vibrations that even made himself giggle with Patton’s bubbling squeaks and laughter. - Now the greatest Tickle Monster got you and there isn’t any way to stop him from attacking his ticklish tickly prey!!! - He continued to poke and wriggle inside the one in cardigan’s belly button since Patton’s hands, which were holding his wrists, didn’t made any real attempt to stop him. - Muahahahaha!

The blush spreaded across his cheeks, his laughter going muffled when he turned around to hug Roman, who changed his techniques to a soft dance of his fingernails on the cat lover’s back, the wobbly laughter becoming more and more low, sleepy giggles.

- Thahahahahahank you, Roman. - Closed his eyes, tightened their hug, let out a happy sigh.

- Your wish is always and order, Patton. You’re welcome.

can you tell me about your friends? -C (you dont have to)

Ooh! Sure, C! No problem! Hmm, since it doesn’t really specify which ‘friends’ you’re talking about, I’m going to talk about IRL and online ones! XD 

This is gonna be a long one, but only because I love, appreciate, and care for my friends :) 

So let’s start with my... 

IRL friends ^-^

I won’t be using their ‘real names’ so... meh. 

First up we have Eggen! :) 

She’s such a joy to be around (no this is not sarcastic). She has this weird fluctuating emotions sometimes and it’s scary to deal with (but not as scary as Jessie-). Funny story about how we actually met was that we had this conjoining class in Ext. Maths and she was from another class. I was still a new student then, so I wasn’t really familiar with anyone and my friends from *my* class were in Ext. Maths too, and were friends with Eggen, hence we all had this weird group thingy at one portion of the classroom and we hung out together. 

Now see, here, we weren’t really *friends* then. More like acquaintances XD 

BUT- 

I texted her because I saw in her profile, that she was a *HUFFLEPUFF* (which is different now, because it didn’t fit anymore- She’s a slytherin now :)) and I texted her saying “OH MY GOSH! YOU’RE A HUFFLEPUFF TOO?!!” I was a dork. It was stupid. And she replied “Haha, yeah...” and lemme tell you, I’m surprised why she’s still my friend to this day XD 

She’s improved a lot since then, and I am honestly quite frankly really *really* proud of her. She’s grown a lot (literally, coz she’s short and metaphorically, coz she’s so talented and skilled and smart now! [Not that she wasn’t smart before, just saying, definitely you can see progress]) She’s talented in drawing, ballet, has great ideas, really hard working, productive, one of the most inspirational person I know :) I’m glad to call her my friend :D 

(Only I get to call her Eggen though 0-0 ANyONe else who dares, will get a smack from me-) ALSO did I mention she likes to torture people by throwing her erasers at them? It’s funnnn memories :’) 

Next up we haveeeee Lizze!!

Lizze now this one, I didn’t meet until like... at least a year after Eggen. Honestly. Don’t judge me, our school is biiggggggg. She had long hair then. At first I see her here and there, and it was pretty chill. Nothing too... ya know- friendsy just like oh yeah I recognize you. We were in the same scholarship program! So that was fun! :) 

We didn’t officially properly meet until like a year after though, and well let’s just say it was fun. She’s one of the only friends I was able to rope into watching Sanders Sides with me and is also a huge geek nerd XD  She’s ALSO REALLY REALLY HECKING TALENTED IN WRITING?! LIke WHAT?! WHo even?! 

Yeah, such a great friend. She’s one of the people I go to when in need of any writing advice, or just advice in general! She really gives that second opinion and really takes things into account and I’m really just plain glad to call her my friend. I love her so much and like we would discuss and hang out sometimes on VC late into the night and it’d be funny watching her trying to navigate around her messy room :’) Ahh! Fun times XD 

Then we have... NICO!! :) 

Nico... was my first ever friend. Literally. In the new school. I’m gonna lay down the scenario XD

I walked into class on orientation day, not aa lot of students were there yet, I was early (for once). Nico was sitting on the left side of a table (we had two student tables) two rows from the back, near the windows. I walked in and was like Hm. Where should I sit? So I Decided that I wasn’t gonna be a wimp and decided to walk and sit next to Nico. He was also surprisingly a new student, so we kinda like related for a bit XD 

Flashforward and Nico is one of my close friends? I mean he’s there and he’s fun to hang out with XD (I don’t do labels, sorry XD) We would joke around, play around, and he’s just a great fella all around! It’s just sometimes people might make fun of him and he’d get insecure sometimes, which makes me sad and yeah! Favorite memories with him would always be in Ext. Math. We’ve landed in the same class (coz we switch around every year) like twice and everytime it’d be the same! And well every time in Math I would ‘show off’ my amazing math skills and he’d try to compete with me. It was fun every time. *dreamy sigh* 

I miss the competitions really. We’d compete to see who would finish first, who would do what part, and when either of us are confused we would annoy the other to get the answer XD I miss him :’) 

Then we get... JILL! :D 

Jill was another friend I met in my first year at the school. At first, she used to hang out with this other friend because they were stuck to each other since like primary, but slowly they drifted (which in my opinion might be for the best 😬) 

She’s an otaku. A pure bred otaku. I had to deal with her anime fanatic years for like... 3 years and counting now. Why. But she’s wonderful and drawing and would always have this bad habit of drawing on anything and literally whatever surface she finds. The desk, her notebooks, her test papers, her *SKIN*, *MY* skin, her WATER BOTTLE (like what THE HECK- JILL?!) but like, it’s endearing XD 

She’s great at complaining and hates hugs. She also hates mangoes- (If you remember what my catchphrase was? Yeah the, “GUESS WHAT? JILL HATES MANGOES” yeah it’s this Jill XD) I’m not joking. She’s great at complaining XD 

Funny story is that once we had to do this video project thing and we just had Jill complain about the amount of homework we had to like compare stuff and what not, and she did it. IN ONE BREATH. NO HESITATIONS. NO SCRIPT. ONE TAKE. WE were all DYING after that XDDD Coz she’s literally known as a complainer and she has great logic skills. She also really LOVES money... so... i mean... yeah. She’s really like... conservative with her money but isn’t afraid to use it to spoil others, but not herself XD 

Finally but not the last (I got more friends, but I don’t really... connect with them enough?) is BEEP! (no this is not her actual name, I just don’t really call her by her real name much) 

The OG friend from first day of school! Nico? YEah Step ASIDE BRO! XDD This gal is my go-to cuddle buddy. LIterally. Our moms are kinda like... besties? (*shrugs* it’s complicated) so we kinda do a lot of things together XD We go to gym together, go to places together, road trip together. She’s a joy to be around. She is like the cuddliest and well usually she does get teased about for being fluffy but like that’s the best part about her 🥺. Her mom is also really picky about her appearance which as her friends, we were pretty annoyed by it, but I love her the way she is :) 

First day of school and she walked by and asked to sit next to me. I said yes, without looking at her, coz I was *shy* (shush). Then we had an ice-breaker thing and LMAO guess what we bonded on- 

FRICKING HARRY STYLES AND WATTPAD- (look, if you’ve been on wattpad, you’d know that Harry Styles stories on there is never really... safe. in a sense.) SO, we’d immediately bonded over that and literally the rest of the day was history. We’d go through class everyday together and it would be a blast, OF COURSE she had other friends and I had mine, we weren’t really in the same ‘stereotypical’ group (like she has the more... *mean girls* kinda group [I’M NOT SAYING SHE’S MEAN! But, I’m saying that they have the popular group- yeah there that XD]) 

I had my own group but we hang anyways because it’s fun. She has the most beautiful laugh, like... literally the loudest and beautiful-est laugh ever XD We have so many inside jokes. She’d hold on to them and start laughing randomly XD She cries a lot when she laughs so that always spurs us to continue laughing, gosh damn it, I miss her. I’m smiling so hard writing this.

First up, we have YAWN! :D

Yawn is quite frankly, the first person I ever actually connected to on Tumblr here XD 

I’ve been through tens and hundreds of discord servers, jumped in tumblr group chats, and no where have I ever met anyone as wonderful as Yawn. Literally. 

I would say we pretty much clicked and when *she* (look I asked okay. they said yes to all pronouns so- >:3 I’m going to have fun with it XD) expressed xeir love for PUNS of all things, literally, I was shooketh. SO I LITERALLY SPAMMED HIM WITH ALL THE PUNS I COULD THINK OF- ANd then HE LITErally PropOSEd- XDDD I don’t know man. It’s amazing :’) I don’t know how I got this lucky. 

Yawn is like that refreshing giddiness you have as a child when you see a new toy or something. Yeah that’s Yawn. Literally every time we text it’s just so damn wholesome and so fun and it’s great! We’d talk about the most random things ever and it’d be amazing :))

Hhhhhhhhhhh, I’m just so damn proud of zem. LIke. Literally. Xir has come so far, and like... we haven’t really met for long yet but I just care about xir sooooooooooooooo much. It has always been there for me and I’m just so appreciative of it. We have so many- *WHEEZE* inside jokes- XDDD 

One I can think of is literally “I run you, Shakespeare” and it’s HILARIou- XDDDDDDDDDDDD

I can’t- It’s beautiful XD 

I just can’t believe that our friendship literally started with me just sucking up my anxiety and just texting people stuff and I honestly don’t know how it continued from there- XD 

They are the most accepting person I know. Genuinely. I don’t know where I’d be without them :’) 

Next we have... VOMMY! :DDD Or C-Gal... We gotta bring that nickname back XD 

First of all, we met in a Fander Pride Meet Up server. VOmmy CAN SPEAK DUTCH and is SOO CREATIve and SO FRIckING Hard WOrking and such an inspiration. Always greets us and is always down for hugs and cuddles XD 

Such a great tea friend, and has like the best aesthetic ever- literally. So old and vintage like a vintage mom and always down to talk about stuff! Ze is soooooo smart as well! And would infodump sometimes when ze’s not busy about stuff that I absolutely adore and love to hear about! Honestly the best vommy ever and ze has PLANTS like- *Woooooooooo!* 

We met vommy and literally we can always geek out with zem. Sometimes life gets hard and we need to scream it out every now and then, and vommy would be there :))) 

I am so proud of zem and just so damn happy to call zem my friend uwu 

ALSO HAVE I MENTIONED THAT ZE CAN SING AND PLAY THE UKE AND WRITE SONGS LIKE WHAT THE HECK THAT’S EPIC AH

Then we haveeeeee... STARBURST! OR BOB THE BUILDER!

ANOTHER friendo we met in the Fander Pride Meet Up Server (seriously a lot of cool friendos there). One of the best advice givers and the most caring older sibling ever. Literally. Like I can’t stress this enough. He’s such a great cousin duck and just a great listener friendo ever. 

Such a fricking talented writer and MUSICIAN AND FRICKING ARTIST LITERALLY THE WHOLE SHEBANG IT’s RIDICulOUS 

I’m literally so proud of him. It’s crazy. He’s always been there for us, all of us. And is there to provide hugs and arms to cry on. ALSO HAVE I EVER MENTIONED HOW BEAUTIFUL HE IS??! LIKE WHAT THE HECK- AHhhhhHHHHHH

SO BEAUTIFUl- and PRETTY and GORGEOUS 

Next we haveeeeeee- POPPY the POPTART! :D 

First time we met in the Fander Pride Meetup, I may of may not have offended them. 0-0 

woops. 

I still feel really bad about that honestly. Uhhh, anyways, I won’t go too in depth on that. BUT ANYWAYS- 

THEy Have been such a WONDERFUL presence in my life. LIterally. LIke They have such an cheerful vibe ever and would never fail to make me laugh or like coo or like anything coz they are soooo ADORABLE! They are also like really great cuddler and hugger and sooooo sooooo sooooo handsome :DD

Sure there are rough patches in their lives, but I adore them and am sooo sooo soo proud of them for being able to go through it and still come out with their heads high and just so damn happy that they will not give up that easily. I really admire their strength, and we are always there to support if they need help :)

He’s one of the screaming cereal that I most definitely did not meet in the Fander Pride Meet Up and instead in another server and I’m glad to have met him XD 

I don’t know the *exact* thing I texted him, but I definitely remember asking him about something in his status and I most definitely was satisfied with my answer and we just started talking in DMs for a bit, before I invited him in to the screaming cereal bowl server! :D

The Promised Day – Part 1

This time on P3R, I went on vacation and ran my way all the way to the ending. I’ve definitely got some thoughts, but one thing at a time.

First of all, spent a lot of time in Tartarus and managed to get a lot of significant high-level personas. Including Helel, Messiah, and my dearest husband. XD

I will say, I think it’s a little more impactful the way the movie handles Messiah. Fusing him in the moment at the top of the tower to go after Nyx is better from a story perspective? Like how you summon Satanael against Yaldabaoth.

I genuinely thought Messiah was a NG+ persona, but no. You can just fuse him. At least it’s still Orpheus and Thanatos.

I guess Orpheus Telos is NG+.

Anyway, time is moving, I’m trying to finish as many social links as I can even if I won’t get them all, and Mitsuru is doing her best to sabotage that by dragging me away from them. She has something important to tell me, because I am the leader and I need to know things?

Oh. She’s finally telling me that Chidori is alive.

She also has no idea how to tell Junpei the truth.

Good thing Junpei just overhears and runs off for the hospital, saving both of us from having to explain. XDDD

Because Chidori has gone through significant trauma and also “given up” her persona abilities to Junpei (which I guess is similar to what Yukino does in P2), she no longer remembers the Dark Hour. But her memories have a chance to come back, because she’s been dreaming about Junpei.

The explanation they give for why she was able to heal is that she had put a lot of her healing powers into the flowers Junpei brought her, so when the doctor placed all those flowers around her body, the healing power… returned to her, and brought her back to life?

It’s wobbly, but I’ll accept it. And I suppose that means that the deciding factor is whether you buy the flowers from Rafflesia and give them to Junpei. Otherwise this whole bit doesn’t happen.

This bit needs to happen.

I finished Maya’s link, and that was cute. I’m very curious, though, because you can’t actually be in a relationship with Maya. That was interesting, since I’m pretty sure you can date all the other girls. I know Maya’s situation is different, but like, there could have been a way to do it.

I also finished Keisuke and Mamoru’s links, which were nice. And Akinari’s, which, uh… First of all, depressing as hell. Second of all, I think his ghost was the one I was talking to. Like. How.

Off to Tartarus, and there’s another cat up here. HOW did you get to floor 250-something, kitty?

No wonder you’re sad! You’re so high up!

Also this area is wild. I like it a lot.

Liz gave me a quest to kill the Reaper, so I camped out on a floor and waited for him to show up, and it turned into a whole thing. Po was on vacation with me and was baking a cake, so midway through the fight, I took over beating egg whites by hand (because who knows what happened to the mixer?), and Po took the controller and was following orders.

I ran out of homunculi, so Junpei and Akihiko eventually started dying EVERY time the Reaper used Mamudoon. So I just left them down and relied on Koromaru, who is immune. Until Koromaru got hit with a fear ailment and ran away instead of using the healing item.

Po’s reaction was funny, though. Just a confused, “Is he coming back?”

So then it was Minato alone, cycling through Megidolaon, Diarahan, and Debilitate. And I swear, we were like three hits from killing it when it got a lucky critical with brave blade, knocked Mina down, and killed him.

At least in that time, the egg whites were appropriately stiff peaks. X’’D

So I went downstairs, went to the Velvet Room, fused Lucifer, went back upstairs, and hit the Reaper in the face with Armageddon.

Po’s reaction to that was fun, too. Yes, surprise, you can kill anything but Liz in one hit. With no consequences. Unless you happen to run into Phil and he can murder you dead with Armageddon R. XDDDD

And then, it was time for the end. SEES has realized that if they defeat Nyx, they might forget everything, just like if they’d killed Ryoji. But they’re not worried.

We will meet the day of graduation on the roof of the school.

There are a few floors between us and the top, and Jin is waiting partway up, while Takaya has gone ahead.

Jin is tricky, but not bad. I did have to go downstairs and get Liz to heal me after his fight. He did some damage, for sure.

The defeated Jin has some more details that SEES didn’t know.

Mitsuru is horrified, but considering Ikutsuki, I’m really not surprised. He seems like the sort to do human experiments on children. But I do have to wonder if the antique store lady knew what was going on. Yukari’s dad? I’m assuming this was before the bridge, mostly.

Also, if they were yoinking orphans, why didn’t they grab the kid who literally had Death sealed in him? There’s a fic concept there. I just need to refine it.

Anyway, SEES refuses to kill Jin, shadows start spawning in, and Jin won’t come with them, either.

He blows himself up before they can kill him.

On floor 263, we find the last room before the roof, and it’s cool.

Takaya is here, and he’s fully in apocalypse prophet mode.

He’s also extremely dismissive of Mitsuru. Which… I get being pissed at the people who hurt you, but Mitsuru had nothing to do with any of that. She was like… eight.

Whatever, dude. We’re still not going to let the world end. Let’s go.

Takaya and Jin are both not good to use Armageddon on because they have forced dialogue. So you can’t womp them in one go. The dialogue is good stuff, though.

Takaya and Mina are great foils. The false messiah and the real one, standing against each other embodying the will to live and the desire to die.

Also Takaya has a move that steals all your MP, and his own theurgy. It’s awesome.

But eventually, he goes down, and he stays down.

Don’t worry, he’s just unconscious. He’ll be fine.

Assuming we don’t die.

WOW. saki’s family is the perfect example of HOW to be. too bad so many families of the zodiac kids can’t react this same way. complete unconditional love <3

Puppeteer 2 Reaction!

Let’s just... get directly to it. It’s very long. Adrien and Plagg in the beginning just having fun spending time together. That’s really sweet, we need more of this. Adrien can invite a friend somewhere for once :o So he calls Nino, who’s with Alya, and Alya wouldn’t go without Marinette so she has to come too, but sadly she’s babysitting Manon so 1 becomes 4 guests. But for real, Nino trying to set up Adrien and Marinette. xDDD He reacts the same way as Marinette, it’s so amusing. He, just like her, keeps saying things wrong, oops. Children see things for how they are. It’s amazing that older kids and adults don’t take this seriously. They also don’t know anything about subtlety. Manon’s questions and comments in the car... They’re stuck in a small space and she has nowhere to run. Poor Marinette. But I love how Adrien explains to Manon about why Marinette has so many pictures of him in her room. xD And how she gives him a grateful look. SHHH about the hearts, Manon! The animation in this scene. I really noticed how amazing it was when Marinette covered Manon’s ears and got upset, whispering to Nino and Alya. “Wait, Marinette wants to be alone with me?” *squeals* “Well, Marinette, alone with you? Surely not, you can’t be farther from the truth! That’s even the contrary, I would say.” “Marinette doesn’t want to be alone with me..? *shoots her a really pained look*” Wow what a big, painful fail. “Wait, she hates me?” My heart = shattered

That seed of doubt has been planted in Adrien’s mind. Oh gosh why. WHY?? Seeing Adrien sad over this huuurts. I have to say, rewinding the scene to get both conversations that were going on simultaneously was pretty neat. Especially the different angles of the same scene we got. Okay, I appreciate what Alya and Nino are trying to do for Marinette, but trying to get them alone so she can confess to him is a lot of pressure to be thrown on her last-minute! Nino and Manon are so cute aww. Marinette: *screams through the door* DON’T LEAVE ME ALONE WITH HIM! *turns around to see Adrien is like 3 feet away from her and realizes you don’t  want to be alone with him and how it visibly hurt him* Yeah girl, that’s not going to help matters. Like I get your fear, but you can’t say that for him to hear you. “Nino said...” “DON’T BELIEVE ANYTHING NINO SAID, IT’S NONSENSE!” That sigh of relief though oh gosh. Oops Marinette said too much, now she has to make it seem like she likes him, a lot, but not in a romantic way, so she says the wrong thing and now he’s sad again oh shoot. “If I’m not a good buddy, then what am I?” This moment right here was KEY. This right here is when she should’ve just taken a deep breath and be honest with him. Told him how he means a lot to her, even if she left the romantic part of her feelings for him out. Instead, she panicked and ran away, leaving him feeling bad. This shows that she’s not ready at all to be with Adrien, because she can’t even bring herself to tell him how much he means to her. Plagg’s comedic relief today. xD Just the fact that Adrien thinks he’s done something wrong makes me feel bad, and how he wants to make her feel like he’s her friend. That self-doubt of his... my boy DX Tikki’s advice is usually pretty good, but today, it’s just going to completely backfire. Adrien with such a determined look on his face saying Marinette is very important to him and would do anything to make her feel good when he’s around? So between Chat Noir’s declaration in Weredad and this, Adrien honey, why can’t you see that this is not what “just friends” do?? There’s a difference between wanting your friends to be happy and helping them, versus what you’re saying about her. Alright, so what happened was I saw the thumbnail with the kiss prior to watching the episode. I saw one second of another clip that came up where Adrien was standing there with the Clara/Laura statue behind him. I knew coming into this that Adrien was going to pretend to be a statue and she’d kiss him, and was horrified to be right. This entire scene. This whole scene. I couldn’t watch it at all the first time. I had to pause it multiple times the second time, and here we are, the third time around, and I told myself ‘you’re going to watch it without pausing. You’re going to get through it. You can DO IT’ No, I very well cannot do it. As soon as she touched his face I went NOPE and paused the video. I tried thinking of focusing on the animation and how beautiful it is. BUT NO I CAN’T DO IT. I just started screaming “WHY?!” in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese. The only way I can get through it is by pausing every few seconds and screaming in multiple languages. She just... has to say those things....and touch him... and plucked his hair and put it in her bag. WHY MARINETTE, WHY??? You didn’t even know it was Adrien! You know what? Give a round of applause to Adrien for not bursting into laughter, because nobody would keep a straight face and remain still like that through this.

I actually went into a rant with my sister because I just can’t... believe this is real. Both shouldn’t have done either of these things. He shouldn’t have pretended to be a statue, she shouldn’t have ever done something like this in a public place. Adrien apologizing for it and Marinette being upset and lightly pounding on his chest about it not being funny at all. This scene, despite what just happened, is so cute and like something I wouldn’t have expected to see in ML for some reason. xD It’s interesting that he says that after all the time he’s spent with her, he still doesn’t know how to be a good friend to her. He keeps thinking he’s doing things wrong and that’s why she acts the way she does, when in reality it’s the exact opposite. He’s so hard on himself about it because she’s so important to him. After a brief intro to Puppeteer and Alya/Nino being affected by the akuma, we have to go back to serious Adrienette stuff. *deep inhale* Adrien wants to know if everything she said serious. This was the absolute best opportunity to just say “yes” and then she could explain if she wanted. Really the only time Marinette lies to people, other than to get away from a situation to become Ladybug, is when Adrien asks her about her feelings. Having to lie about getting away to become Ladybug is inevitable, but this... this needs to change. Please, if it ever comes up again where Adrien asks her about her feelings, she has to finally admit it. Please. Please please! Every time Adrien and Marinette are in a situation where they’re being attacked, Marinette always just freezes and Adrien swoops in and protects her. Every. Time. This was so Chat Noir though, c’mon Marinette! The animation is just so GOOD I can’t get enough of it! Marinette: Be careful! Adrien: *fending of wax Hawk Moth with an umbrella* Don’t worry about me! Literally 10 seconds later, Ladybug rescues Adrien. Adrien: *runs to hide* Literally 10 seconds later, Chat Noir plops down next to Ladybug. GUYS DO YOU NOT FIND THAT WEIRD AT ALL, CONSIDERING YOU’RE ALONE AND THE AKUMA ISN’T PUBLICLY BEING BROADCAST, THAT YOUR FRIEND RAN OFF AND SECONDS LATER YOUR PARTNER SHOWS UP? Ladybug informing Chat that Puppeteer has returned. But the only way she’d know that is if she put together that it was Manon’s voice that came from the speakers, like Marinette and Adrien did. Seriously, are these coincidences ever going to add up?? Chat almost kissing a statue xD Thank goodness he was still aware enough to smell that it wasn’t Ladybug. But if he knows how she smells, does he not notice Marinette smells the exact same way? And earlier, Marinette noticed how Adrien smells. Does she not notice Chat Noir smells the same way either?? Now we have SMELL becoming a part of this! I also appreciate the advice Chat gave Ladybug when she wondered how he was able to say things expressing how he feels about her so easily. “Only one cat can ask for her hand.” OMG Chat! Okay okay so Marinette and Adrien are apologizing. Marinette said she’s sorry for kissing the statue, if she had known it was him she wouldn’t. But earlier to cover up her feelings, she said she knew it wasn’t him. So um.... Now he explains about why he did it, and she lets him know of course she wasn’t upset with him, he asks if they’re friends then, and she says of course they are! It looks like a cute and happy ending to the episode that’ll put a smile on your face and make everything earlier not seem as bad. And then, because Marinette says they shouldn’t joke anymore when in doubt, he has to add on that the girl he loves says that a lot too. *defeated groan and sigh* THINGS WERE GOING SO WELL. But it’s only fair she knows now. He knows Ladybug loves someone else, now she knows Adrien loves someone else. I think this is what Marinette needed to hear to let go of him quite a bit and just have him as a friend for the time being. But gosh this sucks. He has to know she’s upset now, right? And that she was fine before he blurted that out? Can he piece it together later, please???? She’s so upset she didn’t even say goodbye. She just says “Yeah” and shuts the door. This is angst. This is the start of angst that I didn’t know this show would give us. “I think life can give you a lot of surprises, Marinette!” That’s true. And she would know what those surprises are (: I’m glad she had the same reaction of being positive despite being told your crush likes someone else as Adrien did when he found out. c: Nice parallel. “Maybe... it’s a ridiculous first kiss, anyway.” Girl, you don’t even know. This episode... this episode was so serious. It felt more like I was watching an Asian drama or something as opposed to ML and I honestly really like that? It felt more realistic and not rushed, and it covered issues (but one’s still lingering and I’m sure will be mentioned later) that have been hanging around for awhile. If production order is about chronological order, then it will likely be a long while before we see anything that’s to take place after this. Despite how cringey Marinette’s statue scene was, this really showed that she’s not ready to let him know yet, she has to change something. And that change will be brought on because Adrien loves someone else. She’s going to be made to step back and respect Adrien and who he loves, which will help her get over this obsession she has. She really needs to do this, and as hard as it was, this is what was needed to happen.
