Whenever you feel like leaving a mean comment, anonymous hate or make a ~clever post about how ‘lol look at all of these overused tropes every fic writer crams into their fics’ remember you’re being a dick to someone who shared their work with you. You’re not being funny, you’re not being edgy, you’re not being brave for calling something out - you’re being a dick.

I have -3.something on both eyes but I have Keratoconus. My left eye basically works like it has astigmatism on steroids. The right one not that much. And yes, it is disorienting a little bit but Ig I just got used to it. Sorta. At least enoigh to take a shower without glasses.

And also, contacts in showers, pools and such is a bad idea. Lenses cause microscopic abrasions in the cornea that can make it easier for organisms from the water to go into your eyes and potentially cause problems. It's rare but when it happens it usually sucks big time
