So. Apparently halfas are like phoenixes or something, which Danny would’ve really liked to know. 

See, usually with ghosts if they’re forced to retreat to their cores they reform as was, but apparently, since they’re still partially living, schrodinger's people and all that, halfas have to regrow their body from scratch. At least that’s what he’s understanding from Frostbite. 

But how come he has to deal with it? It’s Dan’s fault for trying to pull such a stunt! Oh, it’s either him or Vlad? Well fuck, he might have calmed down and is going to therapy in both the living realm and the Zone, but he’s waaay not equipped to raise a child except for like, monetarily wise. 

Well dammit, how long will this core incubation thing last, he has his new job in… let him check which offer he accepted again… He has his new job in Coast City that he needs to finish packing for and then all the rest of the stuff to do. 

What do you mean it’ll take months?! He doesn’t have months?! Urgh, fine. At least being a mortician isn’t that exciting, nor dangerous. Just hand him Dan’s core and he’ll figure things out for the living side of things. He’s sure Tucker and Sam wouldn’t be against helping, if only to try and claim favorite aunt or uncle spots.

Gentle reminder as the spooky time has arrived: If you go to a haunted house/attraction, remember that you paid to be scared. Do not go to a haunted house, and try to impress your friends by assaulting the actors. I would even go so far as to beg you to please stop trying to show off how not scared you are. Please stop this mind set that "not being scared" makes you a cool person. It doesn't. It makes you look like a jerk. And I get it, sometimes, you are legitimately not frightened. I worked Haunted houses, I've been legitimately not scared or impressed. You know what DOES make you cool? Scream anyways. Screaming at jump scares makes it more fun for you and your friends. It makes it more fun for the actors. It makes for an overall better time. If you go about a haunt, acting a fool that's not impressed, the haunters will not waste their time, and they will find someone else who gives them something to work with.

it’s wild that people hate Arya so much they’re literally defending septa mordane??? like septa mordane is every abusive, shitty teacher out there who shouldn’t be allowed to teach a vulnerable population (ie. children) because she’s literally out here emotionally abusing Arya for not being feminine enough. I’ve had teachers like septa mordane and the trauma they gave me lead way into adulthood, people like septa mordane shouldn’t be allowed around kids

Considering people excuse Joffrey's actions when he attacked Mycah, it's truly not that surprising. People dislike this nine-year-old so much that they're willing to excuse her being mistreated by her teacher. Septa Mordane was obviously a very flawed teacher and even more than that, Arya was NINE at the beginning of the story. People are really putting the blame on her instead of the adult who had authority over her. She left one lesson after being embarrassed and left a meal early while being depressed thinking about her friend who was murdered and people treat her like the antichrist. But this all ties back to people resenting Arya for not conforming and wishing that she would be punished for her behavior. They side with Septa Mordane cause they have the exact same mindset (+ they want their fave to be rewarded for conforming). They invent backstories and scenarios to make her seem more sympathetic to justify it. They hate that the narrative is on Arya's side and doesn't condemn her for not conforming to the ideals of a misogynistic, patriarchal society. It's just really pathetic to see how desperate people are to find reasons to dislike Arya and I'm over taking them seriously.

my job wants me gone so bad , like 1 month in and they have already brought out their no effort in communication and gaslighting full force, and telling me much of the work I am doing is wrong and accusing me of not doing the basic things like stocking, that I try so hard and am sure to keep up with being the only person working at a time? like if they are going to do this at least do it while i am on the clock..

ok because i’m on the train and i just bought some what do you think the best post apocalyptic rugelach filling would be. (if you don’t know what rugelach is, click that wikipedia link, or the truncated version is it’s a filled small pastry originally from jewish communities in poland but now it’s made all over the world and people put all sorts of fillings in them. the filling can be jam, nuts with spices, flavored pastry cream, or even savory fillings. the kind i just bought are chocolate, in case you’re wondering.)
